Not worth it! Won’t come back!

The bed was comfortable.

The WiFi was not working at all. The shower did not work properly as well as the ac. The worst of all was the staff. We were given an expensive motorcycle without any fuel, they charged us to much money for the taxi, and didn’t assist us at all by finding our bus connection to our next stop. The English was very limited as well!

Superb

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Property was clean and well appointed.

The location was nice, but a bit far away from most of town, though still walkable (15-20 mins) to restaurants and shops.

Brilliant value, more like a 4 star hotel

For the price this place really exceeded our expectations. The room was detached so very quiet and the bed and bedding was all comfortable (nice to have 4 pillows!). Shower was powerful and hot and bathroom was very clean and modern. The large TV was a nice touch and also a bonus to have a hairdryer, toiletries, slippers and minibar which isn't always found in this price range.

Only slight disappointment was the internet, it was a bit intermittent and slow. Not a major problem as we had mobile data.

Nice and practical.

very convenient for a layover on our way down south. individual units so no noise from neighbors. we stayed on our way back up also and they gave us an even nicer room.

badly needs painting. so many cartons can’t shut out all of the morning sun light

the air-con blew in our face no matter what setting. so much window space, had to keep most the curtains closed all the time.

great hardware but need improvement

individual unit, very spacious room, comfy bed n parking is right in front of the room.

i think they have a very big problem on the septic tank to bathroom pipe problem. very heavy smell rise up from the bathroom n affecting the air atmosphere of the whole room. It become worse during hot hour of the day. To my experience since i have built similar small cabin home, the piping from the bathroom to the individual septic tank, need to b T-joint n raise a 4 inch pipe to the roof level top to help the flow of air n the meantime get rid of the smell.

Value for money

it is just convenient pitch stop for us driving from Phuket to Bangkok

It is a little run down and not well maintained. Not so clean. But value for money. and think one of the better ones in this town.

we had a perfect stay!

clean and very spacious!

The airconditioning in our room made a very weird noise every once in a while, like a loud tick. But it didn’t really bother us.

great individual apartment set up, spacious, modern and clean. staff very helpful

nice large rooms with large bathrooms, pleasant staff and a nice breakfast.

aircon was very noisy, it made sounds we did not know how it was possible, dogs in the area kept us awake for one night

Beautiful hotel, modern, quiet, with lovely staff and near to town

The room was lovely, very modern and spacious. Bed very comfortable, with a big beautiful bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Just a short drive away from the town and facilities.

Suffering from Covid 19

I really tried to like this place, even though it was suffering the lack of customers. The staff did try but the language barrier caused some problems.

Not that it’s the hotel’s fault, but Ranong is a bit of a boring place. The shower was cold. I know there was hot water in there somewhere because after letting it run and fiddling for half an hour, I got hot shower for 2 minutes! By second morning, I gave up trying. As there were no customers, the breakfast option was going to be Thai gruel until I showed some displeasure. Arranged a very simple breakfast, so thanks for that. Second day …. Similar breakfast, but reduced some more. The hotel is a bit far out from anywhere, and there seemed to be better options ’in town’ Would I go there again? No.

Quiet, clean, and great staff

Spotlessly clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly, helpful and happy to help make our stay comfortable.

A little bit out of the main town but quiet. Breakfast was a bit limited.

Exceptional

Everything thing here is so amazing. The resort itself is super clean and beautiful. The architect did a real good job in designing and the interior designer did their job perfectly too. The staff is friendly with usual Thai hospitality. The resort is within 5km of Tesco & Makro, and within 10km of the beautiful Rolling Bald Hills. Next time when I visit Ranong, it would be a sin if I stay somewhere else 😂. Loved the resort!
