We loved our stay in Nashville! It was an easy walk along the River greenway to get to Broadway ( and we did some scooter riding for fun). After returning for the evening we lounged in the very nice pool. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the decor offered fun and elegant touches.
4.7
The floors were dirty. The bathroom shower had mold in it and there were damaged tiles. There was dirty silverware in the drawer. The beds were clean and overall the space served our purpose and was tolerable. I recommend getting a better cleaning service. It's a great location and the covered parking is a bonus.
4.7
This condo was a great stay. It was exceptionally clean and had a great view of the river. The pool was fun for the kids. It was close enough to all the action in Nashville but far enough away that it was quiet. The property manager was absolutely wonderful to work with, very quick in her responses to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
4.7
The property was cute, nice decorations, I would like to see the tiles in the bathroom floor repaired. But good stay and good distance to Nashville downtown area. Thanks for the stay!

Communication with the property manager was timely. However upon arrival a heavy smell of pinesol was in the air. It was overwhelming . The floors and corners were dusty and dirty.
One of the mattresses was totally sinking in the center.
Two of us stayed and basically used it to shower and sleep.( 3 night stay) After an unexpected 11 hour drive home today, I received an email from property manager accusing us of having a pet in the room and charging us $75. When the place was dust covered and dirty when we arrived.
We had no pets in the place nor do we own pets.
My friend told me not to say anything about how dirty it was but to arrive home and read this email accusing me of pets and pet hair.. I was livid.
I would not recommend staying here.
Very disappointed

Pluses: The unit was comfortable for two people. Complex was quiet - i.e. no parties. Place was close to everything in downtown - within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Easy access to freeways if going away from town. Nice river view - small balcony was nice to sit at & have coffee in the morning. Livingroom furniture was comfy. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/pots/pans/utensils. Bathroom stocked with enough towels/shampoo/conditioner/soap/hair dryer. Great water pressure! A/C worked really well. Bed was comfortable, but probably could use a flip. Has a Roku TV in the living room with lots of viewing options.
Minuses: There is a freight train track very closeby that runs on the tressel shown in some of pictures. Trains running day & night. No trains ran on tracks in the front of the complex - at least I didn't notice any. Walls are thin - we could hear everything in the condo above (walking, shower, toilet flush). It might be a vacation rental as well as we were there 5 days, but we only heard noise from above over Sat, Sun & early Mon.
All in all, we were content with the place & had a nice visit in Nashville.

Furnishings great, comfortable beds. Very walkable to city. A few things: for the $ bathroom could use hooks and more towel bars. Porch could use a screen door. Dusty in corner of floors. Overall good stay!

Space was just right for our family of four. Communication with host was great and location was perfect! We had a great weekend!
4.7
Property was super clean and had everything you needed. Great location and scenic views from back patio. Would gladly book here again if coming back to Nashville. Definitely recommend.
4.7
Clean and efficient apartment with all the comforts of home. Great communication with a caring and helpful professional property manager.
4.7
The property is in an excellent location within walking distance to Broadway. It is clean and just enough room for 3 adults. It has a really nice view of the river. We had a great time and would definitely return.
4.7
The place was a perfect size, easy to get to and close, but not in the mix of it all. Felt safe and secure. Very pleased with our stay and communication with the owner.
4.7
was a great spot to stay! the host was very quick with responses!

My wife and I had to split Christmas this year with our two daughters and their husbands. Our youngest lives in Nashville and 736 Riverfront was the perfect setting for a post-Christmas, Christmas celebration. The living room gave us ample space for unwrapping presents and the electric fireplace was a smash with everyone providing comfort from the cold Nashville weather as well as a warm glow from the faux rocks and flames! The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was extremely comfortable. The property delivered big and we would stay there again!
4.7
Loved it here ; they even let me check in early, so quiet and peaceful but just a 15 min walk to all the action
4.7
I cannot say enough great things about this property and the host. We absolutely loved our stay for a girls trip. It was cozy, clean, and a great location. A short walk to broadway or a $10 Uber it was great! I was pleased with how quick the host responded to messages as well.
I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend to another guest!
4.7
This place was exactly as described. Quick 10 min walk to all the bars on broadway. Super cool being on the river and watching the barges. Host is very responsive. Worth every penny.
4.7
We enjoyed our stay very much and it was a nice 15 min walk to downtown so we did not need to drive or uber! Everything was clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Would definitely come back!
4.7
The place was exactly what we were looking for! My husband and I stayed for a few days. It's on the small side but it wasn't cramped, so for just the two of us it was perfect. There was a second bed in the bedroom and also a couch, so it can accommodate more people, but I feel like it could end up a bit crowded if a large group was staying for longer than a couple nights. The view of the river was fantastic. The pool was really nice too, we used it on a day that was too hot to do much exploring. We were able to walk most places. We didn't use any rideshare apps or electric scooters (like bird) during our stay, but we saw them out and about nearby so those would be easy options if you didn't want to walk. The instructions for check in and check out were super clear and simple. We would definitely stay at this place again!
4.7
I rented this for a GIRLS TRIP and we enjoyed it. Communication with the property management team was fanatic and we were able to check-in early. We had a GREAT TIME in Nashville!!!
4.7
The condo was just as it was listed, we really liked the layout and it worked perfectly for a get away. The location works out great, as the walk to Broadway is very doable. We felt safe along the walk and had no problems.
Condo was neat and clean and was supplied with everything we needed.
We would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed Nashville and this place was a perfect place for my family to rest!

Great location
4.7
We were in Nashville for a couple of days for business and decided to bring the kids along! The location was fabulous - our kids loved sitting on the porch and watching boats and barges float by on the river! They had a great time at the swimming pool and we were so close to “all the sights and sounds” of Nashville!
4.7
The place was super cute. Too far to walk to town.
4.7
Close to the action, nice pool, and suspect neighborhood.
4.7
Very easy communication with Amy.
Condo very clean, nice view of Cumberland river from balcony. Pool area nice, little bit of distance from our condo. Glad laundry facility was there, easy to use app.
Broadway St not that close, but $6 Uber ride!! Did walk back a couple of times, wasn’t bad at all.
Did hop on hop off bus tour, very worth while and the pick up stop was only 3-4 blocks from them condo.
Overall good experience .

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to Nashville. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the river. Beds comfortable and condo was clean. Would stay again.
4.7
We came to Nashville looking for my sister a wedding dress. This was the perfect property for us to stay at. Close enough to downtown but also far enough away for it to be quiet.
4.7
Beautiful view of the river and close proximity to many attractions.
4.7
Right on the Cumberland river and is walking distance from downtown. We have stayed here several times already.
4.7
Stay was very good.. no hassle.. stress free. Would recommend to friends.
4.7
This was a great pick for the three of us traveling. We wanted something close to Broadway but far enough away to be away from the noise when we wanted to be. It’s about a 15 minute walk into downtown and a 5-6 minute ride. We loved the balcony and the views of the boats using the river. The communication was great with the owner/ property manager. There were no hiccups and would definitely stay here again. Great town and great vibes in the condo!
4.7
Check in was simple, owner was very responsive to shifting the check in time. Room was clean with a nice view.
4.7
Nice to see the Cumberland River and close to Ryman and Broadway!
4.7
Old, dirty, wore out, construction, distance to town, train tracks and the list goes on. Beds were not usable due to excessive use as was the couch. Bathroom had urine stains around the toilet, extreme noise and in a Terrible neighborhood!!! We left two days early and forfeited our money. Complete misrepresentation by out of state owner looking to put lipstick on a big pig only to take advantage of out of state end users. Ruined our trip!!
4.7
The booking and check in was easy and convenient
Property was clean and very well kept, we all enjoyed our stay. Friendly owners with clear directions. Location was great for us to walk or Uber where needed. Will most definitely stay and recommend again.
4.7
Everything was kept nice and easy to find
The owners were very kind and the place accommodated me and my friends very well!
4.7
The unit was clean, & modern. The deck has a wonderful view of the river & if your an early riser the sunrise is so beautiful, best seat to sip coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, & all the equipment to cook a meal. The walk to downtown is a nice & beautiful 17 mins. Make yourself a cocktail to help shorten the walk LOL.
4.7
We enjoyed our stay. Really liked the location of the place. We were able to walk through most of our destinations. Would stay again.
