It is also a short bike ride from the house to the Cape Cod Rail trail where you can ride your bike to Wellfleet or Yarmouth if you're up for it. The Brewster Whitecaps’ (Cape Cod Baseball League) home field is also a short drive or walk across route 6A and is always a great way to see up and coming baseball prospects and perhaps get a signed ball by the next Big Papi.

Beautiful weather everyday!
Convenient and happy to be able to walk to beach..cute house, a dishwasher would be a nice upgrade as well as a bathtub for the little ones.

This is an excellent property close to a private association beach on Cape Cod Bay. The home is clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything we need to cook for a family of four. The house comes with basic beach equipment, saving space packing it.
The house is a close walk to a very nice beach on the bay. The bay in general is excellent for families. It's calm and warm.
The owners are friendly and very helpful.
Excellent property. Looking forward to staying there again!

One of our best Cape Cod trips ever! The house was perfect, clean, and super close to a private beach with many great food choices nearby. Owners are super nice and communicated fast with any small issue which there were not many. Perfect family vacation and the house is even better than advertised, we can't wait to come back!

We had a beautiful week in Brewster! We enjoyed this property & the big deck to relax on each evening. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed for the week (including beach chairs!), and the owners were easy to get ahold of when we had questions. We had plenty of space for our family, and we would return again!

First family vacation in a LONG time. Fabulous property and incredible location.

My family of 5 (3 teens) loved the feel of the home. It looks even better inside than the pics. They each loved having their own beds, walking to the private beach, and swimming on the sandbars. Cute coffee shops within walking distance. Enjoyed eating outside on the deck, watching movies in the cute living room, and having two bathrooms. Met the owners who were very kind. Great central spot to go to Chatham, provincetown, drive in movie at Wellfleet etc. Very relaxing and highly recommend!

The accommodations were quite nice, quite clean. The bay shore was only a block away.

The cottage was spotless and everything was as described. Great location and proximity to the beach. Host communication was prompt and helpful!

We were here for our son’s wedding and this house was perfect for our needs. The proximity to the beach is lovely. Our only suggestion is to have the back door fixed- it was extremely difficult to open and close and there was a high amount of humidity build up there. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay!

This is our third stay at the house and we will return again. The house has everything you need and more. Love the Brewster Flats!

Our family has stayed at this property multiple times and would hope to do so again. The house is clean, well-appointed and well maintained. The pictures are accurate.
The house is a very short walk to an excellent private beach. Cape Cod Bay is warm and the water is calm. It's great all around, but especially for those with younger children.
The owners are very responsive and are very friendly people. Anytime an issue has come up for us they have responded promptly.
5/5 stars for sure.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly situated so close to the beach (just under a 1/4 mile ~ 5 minute walk) and getting to the bike trail was also very easy. The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.
One note to future travelers...many of the wall outlets are 2 prong outlets so plugging in my laptop in the living room or bedroom was impossible.

Great location close to beach with a well stocked and comfortable beach cottage. Very clean and well maintained. New bathroom in basement was a plus. Very nice deck!

Location is a very short walk to the beach. You must go out at least once during low tide, you won't believe how far out the tide takes the water. A very unique experience we won't soon forget. The internet wasn't working when we arrived and the owner's helped get it fixed right away, they were very responsive.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house, and both times have been such a pleasant experience. The house is clean and well maintained and in a great area, and the owners are very kind and responsive.

I was here 9/4-9/11/22 for my daughter's wedding in Harwich, her in-laws live in Brewster a 1/3 mi away. House had everything you need to cook -we had some meals at home, and hosted a small cookout for a few hours one day w/12 and worked perfectly, plenty of seating, all were comfortable. You can't park on the streets here, but we managed to squeeze in 6 cars in the drive during the one cookout, rest of time was just 2 cars. Stayed mostly just 2 of us, until my brother joined us for last 3 nights. Plenty of room for us, 2 baths, 3 showers (outdoor was nice, makes it a beach house!). Beds were comfortable, area was very quiet. Didn't meet the owners, tho I think they are next door, if weren't for connections already w/ the area, might have stopped by to ask thoughts- tho the house book is very thorough as well. Walk to beach is short, Brewster Flats are something to see! Lots of shopping for your needs very close by, so no worries there. With the large family contingent in other areas, we only explored up to Provincetown one day (artsy pretty town w/plenty of eclectic folks in a pretty setting) while others took in Nantucket and other areas. Did ride bikes (we have road bikes) and saw lots of other beaches, didn't stick w/rail trail, which is super bike friendly.
So, plenty to do, well equipped house and comfy beds. You'll be pleased if you rent here!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The walk to the beach is 0.1 miles; about 300 steps (yes we counted!). A wooden staircase brings you to the private beach. We spent 3 days on the beach and could’ve spent every day there! The house was great- the owners thought of everything- cleaning supplies, labeled light switches, great Wi-Fi and tv works great (Roku is an added bonus), beach chairs and umbrellas, brochures and maps for the area and an organized property book. Basement and garage access was great for storing our bikes and sand/ beach stuff. Only minor gripe was that the main bathroom is in need of new tiles- several were loose and taped. The shower door also didn’t work great. The bathroom in the basement was practically brand new so we used that for showers etc. the air conditioning was great and the windows were easy to open on cooler days. If you’re disabled it could be a little challenging as access to the side door is via a path through the back yard that isn’t flat or paved. You can enter through the basement but there are stairs to go up to the main level. Just pointing this out for folks that may need to use a walker or wheelchair. It was no problem for us and would be fine even if you needed a cane to get around. We hope to come back in a few years. It’s honestly a little slice of heaven!

Great property, close to the private beach, biking trails and downtown Brewster. Clean and recently updated with central AC and deck. Had. All we needed for our family of five including a garage to keep our bikes and beach supplies. Highly recommended!

This was a return trip because we absolutely love this property and location. Great house that suits our family of 5 perfectly and the updated deck and central air made it even better. Having laundry in the basement is also amazing and the outdoor shower is clutch. Thanks for another great vacation!

Some Issues
I have stayed at this property for the past 10 years or so. Overall, the property is great. Owners expanded the deck, added central air, and a new TV this year. All of these things are great.
There are a couple of issues. Many of the floor tiles in the main bathroom are loose. This made my girlfriend feel somewhat uneasy. The other issue is that the carpeting in the house is getting a little too old. You can see a dirty traffic pattern.
Overall the house is great. I’ve always had a nice stay.

Great beach house and a great beach
Our family has stayed at this house many times and look forward to our future stays. The house is very well maintained and clean. It is well appointed and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
The house is a 2 minute walk to a private association beach on Cape Cod Bay. The beach is wonderful. The water is calm, warm, and generally fairly shallow. It's perfect for families with younger children (and people of all ages!).
This is an excellent property to stay at.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The location was great--steps away from a beautiful bay beach in a very quiet area. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck when we were not at the beach. The house was very clean and perfect for us. When questions came up, the hosts were very responsive.

Delightful house a stone’s throw from the beach
The home is comfortable, clean, and well organized. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It is in a lively neighborhood with close access to a private beach. Great for kids as the bay side has gentle water. It has, too, amazing sunsets.

Sweet and clean beach cottage in Brewster
We stayed here for 4 nights (4 adults and 2 kids). The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, within a few minute walk to a private beach. It’s a good location to visit neighboring Cape towns. This place was VERY clean, well appointed, and the owners could not have been more accommodating answering questions during the booking process as well as prior to the trip- extremely responsive and accommodating.
We would stay again!
