About this apartment rental

We have Implemented an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of our condo between stays for your health and safety. We also provide cleaning and disinfecting products for our guests to use.

Steps to the beach, ocean view, 2 heated pools, one is shallow for your little ones, hot tub, two cruiser bikes and 2 Huffy kid bikes, 4 boogie boards, 8 foot Wavestorm soft top surfboard, wetsuits of varied sizes, 4 beach chairs, beach tent, umbrella, cooler and sand toys.

One minute walk to world's safest beach which is rated the #1 swimming beach in California. The condo faces the Salt Marsh Nature Park and Estuary. Completely remodeled beginning of 2021. Downstairs unit with access to beach from the patio. Built-in bar on patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean, mountain, and sunset views. There is a gas grill on the patio for barbecuing. There is high speed internet, brand new Samsung 55 inch 4K UHD 120 Hc television with high end Samsung sound bar and electric fireplace with heat, a laundry room and a gated parking garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and barbecuing including olive oil, spices, coffee maker, Starbucks coffee and filters.

There are two queen beds and two roll away beds. Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The condo is located at 4700 Sandyland Road, Unit 3
in the Solimar Sands complex at the corner of Sandyland Rd. and Ash St.

Beautiful beach known as "the world's safetst beach." Great place to surf and boogie board. Lifeguard and ocean activities center right there. Kayaks for rent. Great location. Walk to town or borrow our bikes. Great restaurants, shops, antique stores, two breweries and two wine bars. Safe town to let kids be kids! Excellent place to relax. Slow-paced town, but it's only 10 minutes to Santa Barbara if you want nightlife.

The property is as described, if not better. It has eveything you would need for a stay at the beach. You only need your toothbrush and a bathing suit. (There are even wetsuits of multiple sizes to choose from). Just steps from the sand and sea. We had a great stay!

Beach within steps from condo. Stanton Hosts provided yummy welcome basket! They have thought of everything: bikes, boogie boards, chairs & beach towels. Easy walking distance to main beach street, Linden. Restaurants with interesting craft cocktails and diverse menus. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice condo easy walking to beach. Very clean and stocked. Nice walking trails and seal sanctuary. Pool, hot tub, grill and patio. Cute small town with great walkable dining options. Easy drive to many towns. Plenty of ocean toys - boards, wet suits, games. Very accommodating host and they genuinely want the guests to enjoy themselves. I doubt there is a better option in the near vicinity.

Well equipped condo including beach gear, full pantry, a thoughtful gift basket of wine and munchies, and assorted other creature comforts. The beach was a half skip and a small jump away. We were looking for comfort and relaxation, and we hit the bull's eye finding this delightful property. Thanks Linda and Rick!

My husband and I took our daughter for a few days of vacation. The condo was super clean and was well stocked. It has a great patio with a view of the water and marsh. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was terrific (you can see the beach and the mountains) and the town is adorable with cute shops and great restaurants. Linda was so great to work with and the condo was better than described. Anything you could need they had from shampoo to a welcome basket to beach towels. We used the extra cot and it was comfortable also. Was very pleased, would totally stay here again! Linda was great to work with. Washer and dryer needed quarters, fyi, $2.25 each. We went to the bank but now you can come prepared!

Our family loved this place and we plan to come back again! Location was great, place was very clean and quiet, well stocked kitchen, and the bed was so comfortable! The host was amazing, very communicative and even left us a nice welcome gift basket.

The condo was roomy, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed from lots of towels and blankets to a stocked pantry. We've stayed in several condos over the years in Carp, but by far this one is the best. We'l' be coming back. Deborah

Wow wow wow. Ocean wave sounds fireplace ever thing you need is already there. Condo is set up for guests right down to the bath hooks and charger stations. The gift basket was great, popcorn coffee spices foil all set. Can walk to beach for sunset or walk or ride bikes into town. Perfect location. So perfect. No wondwe they are super host.

We loved our stay! The host was amazing and left a gift basket, which I have NEVER received in all my years of using VRBOs and Air B&Bs. Even without the gift basket, I would give it 5 stars. So clean and comfortable, quiet, has everything you need and steps away from the beach. Clear information for everything regarding our stay. We were there in November, so I am not sure how crowded it gets in the summer, but our beach time was quiet and special. Love the little neighborhood, and we felt very safe in this community.

This is our second stay at this cozy condo in Solimar Sands at Carpinteria Beach. Not only was the location perfect, but everything about the condo was perfect too! It was clean, the kitchen provided everything needed for cooking sit down meals, and the beds, especially, were super comfortable. The patio, which had a peek-a-boo view of the beach, was perfect for an evening glass of wine while watching the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Linda makes everything in the condo so welcoming for us. The condo has a lovely outdoor patio with a gorgeous view; the beds are really comfy including the roll out bed and she leaves us a welcoming basket which is a lovely touch. All appliances etc are top quality. We are returning guests and have already booked for next year! You can't get a better recommendation than that and this condo is really popular so book early! Already looking forward to next year!

If the dates are available & the bed count suits your travel needs… BOOK IT!!! Fantastic location about a 100 yards to the sand & walking distance to restaurants, cafes, market, & shops. Carp is a quaint & quiet beach town. Felt very safe with my 3 kids (15, 10, & 8) - my two littles would ride (on the provided bikes) to the bakery for pastries every morning. Owners provide everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Listing is accurate & owners are very responsive with any questions you may have. One of our favorite things to do was just hang in the very resourceful patio grilling, watching the sunset, hearing the waves, & enjoying the ocean breeze. Can’t say enough great things other than we will certainly be back!

The unit is nicely appointed and upgraded. You need only bring your toothbrush and bathing suit. Everything is there for you to enjoy your time in Carpinteria and the beach. The hosts are great and want your stay to be as easy "a day at the beach" or, 5, or 10. We will be back...

Steps from the beach. Could hear ocean at night. Especially liked the patio from which you can see both the beach and the mountains. My girlfriend and I stayed here with another couple (my brother/sister in law). In town for a wedding in Santa Barbara. Easy 20 min drive. Carp had great offerings as well (coffee, restaurants, etc…). Lisa was communicative and checking in and out was very simple. Will stay here next time we visit.

This is a great property with owners that are easy to work with. Just a stone's throw to the beach, and and easy walk into town. We had a nice time, only negative was the weather, only saw the sun one day of the week we were there.

Great hosts fantastic communication throughout the booking process. Arrived at the property to find lovely welcome pack and generously stocked larder. We could not fault this property and would highly recommend. The town of Carpinteria is a vibrant friendly town. The hosts are rightly proud of their town. We used the Amtrak to visit Santa Barbara, super easy to use and a great city to visit. For 4 travellers from England our stay in Carpinteria was a highlight of our California road trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing—right by the beach, the boardwalk next to the ocean, and the town with all the cute shops and restaurants. The place itself has a verandah with views of the ocean and mountains, a perfect layout, full kitchen, and comfortable beds. We would love to stay there again!

This place!!! So glad we found it. Comfortable, cozy, cute and steps to beach as promised. greeted with a lovely gift basket which we devoured. Bonus was walking to train station for a day trip to spend day in Santa Barbara. Only downer was lack of sun but who cares when you're lucky enough to be at the beach 😊.

We visited our daughter at a nearby school and stayed 3 nights. It was perfect for us. Beautiful condo and beautiful location. We would come at the end of the day and had a restful sleep. I am very light sleeper , but I did not have a problem and had a sound sleep on a very comfortable bed. We would wake up with a beautiful birds singing and had our morning coffee on a beautiful balcony facing the ocean. That was my best part of the day! The host was very responsive to my texts and would reply shortly.. Also, she was very kind to let us stay longer for check out. We will be back again soon,!

Carp is a wonderful place to visit with friends and family. We’ve stayed here a few times now with our family and love coming to Linda and Ricks condo. It’s clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to all the amazing activities Carpinteria has to offer. A must stay!

From the moment you walk through the elegantly decorated condo, you instantly relax. This is the perfect beachside retreat. It is very roomy, and comfortable for our family of two adults and two kids. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and town. We were able to walk around town and use the condo bikes to explore. The Condo pool and hot tub were great to relax in after a fun day. Linda was prompt and communicative the entire stay. We will definitely make this condo our go to when we are visiting family again.
