New renovations include refinished hardwood floors and hurricane shutters throughout, central AC, beautiful updated kitchen, which opens to a huge living area. Two large family rooms for entertaining.

This home was wonderful! Bright, clean and spacious and everything we could possibly need was provided. Walking distance to the beach and so much more. The hosts were the best at communicating before, during and after our stay! We will definitely return to this comfortable home.

This property worked perfectly for my family! The location, the size and the backyard were all just right for our stay. We had three little kids and this place was very accommodating to that - pack and play, high chairs, sippy cups...all made our stay a little bit easier. Janean was great to work with and she always responded quickly to questions. I would definitely stay here again at our next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The house was beautiful, well maintained, and walking distance to the beach. The backyard was an awesome asset, as we love yard games like wiffle ball and frisbee. The owner was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We will definitely use this house again when we come to the area!

We stayed at this great location. There was so much to do, that we didn't have enough time to do it all. There was like 5 minutes away a inflatable park/water park. Our grandchildren loved it. Would go again. The owner was very helpful too! Would highly recommend to anyone to stay there. Mayflower beach was great nice and warm. We stayed June 18th to 25th. The property is clean and well maintained. There is a restaurant in Yarmouth on the water. The food was fantastic and so fresh. I could not get enough seafood. We also did a private tour of Martha's Vineyard. The tour guide was knowledgable and has been going there for over 40 years. Daughter and Son-in-law went to the aquarium and said it was interesting too.

Had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Cape Cod home for a long weekend with our Children and granddaughter. The owners were wonderful to work with and all our expectations were fulfilled. This property is in a great location because it afforded us the ability to bike to the main Cape Cod Bike trail, walk to the beach and enjoy the local restaurants. The house is nicely furnished and had everything we needed including a grill for our steak out! Everything in the description is accurate and directions are easily found throughout the house and the owners were very attentive to questions before and during our stay. We enjoyed the Gazebo by utilizing it for dinner and just chillaxing. We were in the Cape in the middle of June and it was beautiful weather so having the outdoor shower was a wonderful bonus as the men opted to use the outdoor shower because the ladies were taking a little too long in the other two bathrooms. If you are looking for a well maintained home with great mattresses, wireless and a great location this is the place for you! Thank you Janean and Andy for sharing your wonderful home with us. I hope we will be back again soon.

This was our first family trip with our two young children. The house was great! It was very clean and had everything we needed! We had some of our extended family visit for a night, and the house was comfortable for all. It was nice to have two full bathrooms. The back yard and the gazebo were perfect! It was a perfect place to have a cookout after a day at the beach. The house was in a great location and it was convenient to beaches, restaurants, playgrounds, ect. The owners were extremely helpful in giving us advice about the area, and were available to answer our questions!

Wonderful home and great location for family vacation. This roomy home was so clean, comfortable and had all your basic home needs. Having 2 full baths and a outdoor shower was so convenient. The outdoor shower was so refreshing after a long beach day. My family and I walked down the street to a great Irish restaurant called Oshea's. They had great food and awesome Irish music. West Dennis beach is walking distance however we chose to go to Mayflower beach which is 15 minutes away. One of are days we drove to Provincetown for the day which was 55 minutes. We had lunch on the pier and did some shopping. Highly recommend. Their is also lots of stores walking distance from vacation home. We spent several days just relaxing at home and playing outdoor games in their good size yard and at night we played cards in the gazebo, which was so cool..

This was our first trip to Cape Cod, and we honestly did not know what to expect! We were so delightfully surprised at how relaxing and fun our vacation was, even when traveling with two kids under the age of 5! The house was perfect for our needs and very comfortable! We loved the open living/dining/kitchen area, and that is where we spent most of our time, playing games with the kids, cooking, eating our meals, etc. We love how close the house is to West Dennis Beach, and the outdoor shower was used DAILY to rinse off all the sand that we would bring back from the beach! For this trip, only 4 of us stayed in the house, but we will definitely be coming back and bringing the grandparents as there is PLENTY of room in the house! The owners are absolutely fabulous! They helped me through the entire process of renting the house and accommodated our needs in every way! They even responded to my questions right away when I was packing and preparing for the trip. We wish that we could have stayed even longer!

Our family of four had the best experience renting this home, even better than anticipated. The house is immaculate, updated, had everything we needed. We can't say enough about the property, the backyard is huge for games/running around, huge picnic table, screened gazebo (our kids loved) Outdoor shower, beach is literally down the road. The beds are very comfortable, list goes on. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this house and cared very much about our stay. We will definitely be renting for the years to come, couldn't imagine not staying here again. Love the area, love the house, loved everything thank you thank you!!

Fantastic, West Dennise, Beach House,

We just returned from a relaxing, fantastic vacation and can't say enough about the house, the location, and the wonderful owners of the residence. There were 10 of us, including 2 small grandchildren. There are many great features about the house, it's hard to pick just a few! The renovated kitchen, the enclosed sunroom, the large back yard, the screened Gazebo was a huge hit with all family members. There was plenty of space for everyone on this vacation. We would definitely recommend the house to others. The beach is short walk around the corner. Also very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again, without hesitation, in the future.
