Light and bright end unit/vaulted ceiling. New floors and carpet in October 2019! We are conveniently located less than a mile from The Village at Mammoth and Village Gondola, 1/2 mile from Canyon Lodge, and 1 mile to Eagle Lodge. Also a short walk to the free shuttle stop.
This is strictly a non-smoking unit.
Sleeping: Queen platform bed in loft, sleeper sofa in living area with memory foam mattress (just replaced with a new one September 2021). All furniture purchased new in summer 2017, and new queen mattress in the loft was replaced October 2019, and a Dormeo topper added September 2021.

Baths: Large full bath upstairs in the loft has a walk-in shower, hair dryer, quality towels, glass shelving and hanging storage. Convenient small 1/2 bath is downstairs. ** September 2021 ** Kitchen Upgrade! We remodeled with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and granite composite sink, and we added a small dishwasher!
Parking: Loading/unloading is a snap with two reserved spots right at the front door. This is a quiet, convenient location where you can enjoy all the offerings of this beautiful area. Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowmobiling, Hiking, Fishing, Sight-seeing, Shopping, Dining, there is plenty to do!
Pets: We are pet-friendly! We are animal lovers and have a 13 year old pup, and a puppy that joined our family in September 2019. For years struggled with the challenges of finding affordable, well cared-for, pet-friendly units to rent. Here your house-trained and well-behaved pets are welcome! You will find bowls for food and water available for your fur-kids. Silicone mat for the water bowl too.
** Please do NOT leave pets unattended or alone in the condo, we have nice neighbors and other renters to consider. **
Pets typically are not allowed on rental unit furniture. Pets get on rental unit furniture. We get it! We have cute dog-themed couch covers for each couch - if your pet does want up, please use the covers to protect furniture from those nails, dirt, or other damage. We'd like to keep the furniture nice for future guests as well. Please do your best to wipe paws before hitting the carpet. We just put in new deluxe vinyl flooring and carpeting in September 2019, we'd like to keep it nice as long as possible! We provide a few things just inside the front door to help: a "Mud-Buster" which is super helpful to wash paws, towels to wipe paws, large drying towel, there is also an extra mat designed to remove mud from paws just inside the door. We will keep the one-time pet fee low (as opposed to the nightly fee that we have experienced over the years), however if there is additional mess, excessive fur or damage, there will be an additional charge to clean/repair (that goes for any additional people-mess too! The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Anything over and above that will be an additional charge)

Loved the condo and location but there was a ton of construction noise from across the street every day. No fault of the owners, just bad timing 😕

It’s small, but packs a punch. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. Great location to Canyon Lodge and Mammoth Village. We walked to both!
Owners very receptive to text messages when we had questions. Will definitely stay again!

Wife, adult daughter, our two dogs and I stayed here for 5 nights (had to leave one day early because of need to be in Olympia WA for unanticipated event. The condo was compact, very comfortable and well-stocked with all needed cooking supplies. Half-bath on main floor is very "compact" but functional. Enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Enjoyed staying at this studio condo for a two-week hiking trip with my dog. The studio is quite spacious and had all the amenities I needed for an extended stay. The kitchen is extremely clean, and I loved having pots and pans that were in great shape and a pleasure to cook with. The loft bedroom was very comfortable.
I had plenty of hooks and storage space for my hiking packs and shoes. The storage is designed for skiing, but it worked great for summer activities!
This is a very pet friendly place and the owners provided extra dog supplies and pet blankets. Nice touch for dog lovers!
Owners are very responsive when I had questions about their home or the area.
I would definitely stay again.

Loved this condo. It’s in a great location with full-time residents so you get a neighborhood feel while also being in walking distance to restaurants.
It’s the most dog friendly condo - with extra blankets just for the dog (and helpful if you have a dog who sneaks onto every couch). Super appreciative that they allow dogs while also keeping it so clean. Loved the brand new adorable kitchen!

The stay here was cozy and cute! The decor was adorable!! Everything was very clean. Love the extra little things to keep the dogs tidy. The parking was close and it was in the perfect location near everything!! The host answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed in the Connestoga property for 4 nights in March. together with our dogs. I am a skier my wife is not. The property is ideally suited to skiing Mammoth Mountain. You can walk to the Canyon Lodge base area with a little effort. You can take the shuttle if you want to avoid a little effort. The unit itself is small but very well designed and very well maintained. Also, the hosts are skiers and have thought of absolutely everything that you might need. Plus, they are very friendly and very responsive if you need anything or any instructions at the property. The arrival instructions are great. They make it absolutely as easy as it could be. The kitchen is small but you can work with it. Probably best a one chef experience though. Really enjoyed it.

Had a great stay!
The place was clean and cozy. Perfect place to stay for a couple and their fur babies!
Nice to have a wood fireplace! Nothing beats a wood fire to sit around on a snowy day.
The kitchen is tiny but had what we needed to cook a few meals.
We really appreciated it being pet friendly! They even have a doggy bag by the front door with items to clean off your pet after a day out adventuring. My only issue was that on the day of our trip, I was sent an email informing me I was not charged the pet fee because I booked through Vrbo.. I didn’t see anything mentioned about an additional pet fee in the Vrbo description and figured it was just part of the general cleaning fee. Something that should be addressed.
Overall we were very happy with the place and would love to come back in the future!

Check in process was very easy and convenient! We were able to contact the owners with immediate responses to our questions. Professional and considerate communication from owners. Listing appears exactly as the place was presented! Very clean, comfy, accommodating home away from home environment! The guide book provided ahead of time made packing and travel a breeze. We especially loved the extra blankets, cleaning products/tools, and kitchenware and condiments that were provided. We love ice too and we’re excited to see a full tray already made in the freezer! Instructions clearly laid out for use on all amenities and having the ALEXA product was awesome to maintain temperature, the ceiling fan, and lighting. We also really appreciated the provided wood and lighter so we were able to have a cozy fire when it snowed during our trip!!! Really great hosts and we would gladly stay again, thank you so much! Great price and super great location as we booked to snowboard at Mammoth mountain it was less than 5 minutes from the main lodge straight up the road. So grateful for a successful trip!!! Just remember to bring chains if traveling in winter we definitely needed them to get up the small hill to the lodge. :) ;)

My family enjoyed staying here. Very cozy but equipped with everything you would need. Easy instructions to follow to access entry, use anything in and out of the place. Clean and nice kitchen with a table & chairs for 4. Located for very easy access to the town. Ski rack and the shoe trays were very useful to dry over night. The heater keeps you warm. There is a beatiful fire place but it was very hard to keep the fire on going. I tried to follow the instruction but I failed. I might not be skilled enough to use them but it is in high altitude. Futon bed mattress was thin and not very comfortable. This was only thing that i would wish to be improved. Overall, it was a great stay and we would want to come back if we go to mammoth!

We enjoyed our stay at Roger and Steph's condo. The location was perfect for exploring Mammoth Lake and East Yosemite. We love to hike and enjoyed hiking Rainbow Falls, Devils Postpile trail - easy out and back hike of 5 miles and well worth it. We even were able to do a small section of the Pacific Crest Trail accross a lovely bridge the crossed the Rainbow Falls trail. We also did a pretty hike off of Lake Mary Road -- 3 pretty lakes and gorgeous views along hiking trail. The condo was clean, had nice fluffy towels, and all the ammenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Just right for the two of us. Thank you Roger and Steph for sharing your lovely condo with us and giving us a great home base for exploring the area. Mike and Diane

Everything we needed, great use of space, quiet neighborhood, good in condo information that explained how to use things, very clean.

We were so grateful to find this pet-friendly condo at a reasonable price! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, organized, and well-equipped this was for a popular rental -- It's obvious the owners use it themselves because the attention to detail and quality made the place very comfortable, even for a short weekend stay.
I would only warn light-sleepers and those with light and noise sensitivity: the loft is exposed on three sides by windows and neighbors with flood lights, and there is significant construction going on across the street (in October 2023). It wasn't too much of an issue for us, and we would definitely recommend this condo regardless.

First, I would like to say that Roger was very good at communicating with me about my stay at the condo in Mammoth.
Second, the condo is in a great location--there's a walking path along Lake Mary Rd. You can walk right down to a shopping area with a great local coffee shop, other stores, pizza place and a liquor store.
The condo interior is very nicely decorated and laid out.
The loft has a nice bed and bathroom. I stayed up there. My brother and niece took turns sleeping on the pull out sleeper couch they said it was comfortable.
We had a nice fire in the fireplace two of the three nights.
Everything was very clean and well organized, especially for a small place. Lots of plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, coffee mugs in the well stocked kitchen.
A big plus for those traveling with a dog--they have everything well organized for having your dog staying with you.
I would definitely book Conestoga 112 on another visit to Mammoth.

Beautiful space—very clean and charming. It was exactly what my husband and I needed to get away from the daily grind and enjoy our time together. The owners are very quick to respond to us. We ended up not bringing our dog, and I was happy that they refunded us the pet fee without even inquiring about it. The space had everything we needed. It was perfect!

Great experience for my first trip to Mammoth. The place was perfect. And the hosts were the best. Great communication!

We stayed at the cottage during the summer. The location was perfect as it was still close the all the shops and restaurants, but also close to all the trails and lakes! The home had everything we needed! It was so nice to be able to go back and forth to this little place and have an inviting place to relax and refresh!

The property is very cute located at an elevation above 8000 feet.
We stayed here to accalamatize for mt Whitney hike. It was perfect for exploring the town, short trails around mammoth and the scenic gondola ride to the summit

I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed spending 4 nights here during our trip to Mammoth. It’s walking distance from downtown restaurants and Twin Lakes, which was great!
The bed was comfortable and living room was plenty spacious for the two of us.
This is a pet-friendly rental, so there was pet fur on the rugs, carpet, and bedding. Keep that in mind if you’re allergic or not a fan of pet hair. We didn’t have any pets with us and didn’t love bringing home stranger’s pet hair on our clothes, but we knew it was pet-friendly going into it!
Overall a nice place to stay in the Mammoth area! It was easily driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go and loved having a parking spot right in front of the door. Kitchen is small, but fully stocked and very clean.
You can tell a lot of love and effort was put into making this a cozy condo :)

This place is better than the pictures. Stayed here with my mother in law. This place is walkable to the village and so close to many walking trails. It was the perfect stay for two nights with my dog. The evening were chilly and we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi in the complex. Will be booking again!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was perfect for my wife and I and our dog. Very close to a walking path that we took the dog on a walk and went into the village. It is also super close to Canyon lodge, which made it easy to get to the lifts. The property was super clean, quiet, and peaceful. Everything worked well and we loved playing monopoly and scrabble that was there. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is clean and well decorated. It's 2 minutes driving distance from Canyon Lodge, or 12 minutes walking distance. Location is very convenient. The only thing we notice is that the blinds downstairs can't block the light from the street at night, and made it harder to get back to sleep.
5.0
Cozy place with cute decorations. It is great for couples and pet friendly as well.

The place is in the perfect location for the best price. If you come to snowboard or ski, the gondola is a short drive or you can even walk to it.

Great little spot worked out perfect for a quick ski trip.
