Easy beach access, nice pool

The owner did renovations during my stay. This caused me to move between units. Day 1 of my holiday I couldn't unpack, (waiting to move) so I couldn't actually use the facility I paid for. Day 2, I had to wait for the renovators to finish the lock on the front door (only at 6pm) I was robbed of 2 days of holiday time. I'm disappointed that the owner greedily took my booking and doing the repairs in my holiday time. Unlike the pictures Unit 25 has no dining room table. In this family unit, where were we supposed to eat? There is not even chairs on the patio. The facility needs maintenance. Glass door also doesn't lock properly. I didn't feel safe here.

I didn't like the way they treat us with toilet papers,, they leave 1 and didn't give us,, that's not good

Great property right on the beach and close to everything one needs to have a great stay! Will stay at this specific property again when in Port Elizabeth for either work or play. Host and housekeeper are super friendly and supportive.

Overall great stay, the place just needs a bit more TLC but it’s in a great location and is well fitted. Good value for

The Wi-Fi had backup power which was great for load shedding. There were good heaters for the cold weather. We had direct access to the beach.

We arrived to the place a bit dusty (needed sweeping and dusting), however the beds were made and the kitchen was clean. The helper was still busy with laundry in the house as we arrived. The host should look into changing some of the pots and utensils as they’re a bit old. The couch is also quite uncomfortable.

That there was not washing going when we arrived and continued the whole night. Mould marks on the ceiling in the shower. Not being able to access the balcony after 21:00. Not having a lift.

Not clean Appliances Need maintenance and needs to be cleaned properly after each stay (only 1 of the oven's elements is working). Sandwich press was not cleaned during last stay. Towels were smelly Very complicated check in and no proper communication from reception. No hospitality skills I don't think this should be a holiday apartment if the neighbors complain about you leaving and exiting the apartment as this is regarded as noise Mats were extremely dirty during check in Curtains and inside the cupboards was dirty Consumables such as the sugar had ants inside.

The rooms was not clean. Linens was smelling bad. As if it was not washed..the other room is too small it doesn't even fit two adults and you can even close the door

the stay was nothing short of amazing from the views, the location and being able to stay connected to the internet even

the location was convenient and the views where beautiful.

the stairs, for an elderly person are a bit hard to go up and down on.

The location was great! The apartment was very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable.

Small towels. The couch needs to be replaced, it was very uncomfortable to sit on. There was supposed to be a mop but we could not find it.

It was the weirdest place I have ever been to.

It's proximity to the beach is magnificent.

The weirdest place I have been to.The host wanted us to send our pictures before we could check in.She refused to give us the apartment number before sending the pictures, which we blatantly refused. The address listed on Booking.com is not the correct one. The bedroom tv is not working.Had to ask the owner but couldn't be helped.

It's the place to be,very nice and quite Easy to walk to the beach and to the shops

Cleaning item,we only found the broom on the last day in the wardrope behind the gown but we manage to clean No dust bin in the apartment
