This beautifully decorated, spacious, direct Gulf front corner unit has views from all windows and one of the largest balconies in the building!! Look at the pictures, it's a great unit!! Huge living area, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful bedrooms! Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves, or watch the kids in the pool below.

*This is a NON-smoking RESORT. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Two hot tubs, sauna, racquet ball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball, large pool and also a kiddie pool. Indoor swimming available next door. Great gazebo and recently updated BBQ area. Security at gated entrance. Our unit has a king bed, queen bed, full bed and trundle. Twin air mattress available.

Though VRBO has a non-negotiable traveler service fee to ALL VRBO listings, the cost of renting this gorgeous condo still provides one of the most affordable, nicely appointed, beach-front experiences available; as attested by our many repeat renters.

The condo is always amazing ,a few minor things wrong. But nothing major. The owner is the sweetest ever. This is our fourth year to stay here and we are never disappointed.

The property was great. It was busy and there were a lot of folks around grilling and swimming and relaxing just like us. Everyone was pleasant. There was no drama. No noise. No parties. It was great for our family. The only thing that aggravated me was the online listing. If it is listed for “x amount” a night I think it is very uncool to tack on SIX HUNDRED ADDITIONAL bucks in fees that weren’t mentioned to begin with. Fool me once….

We booked this last year for Mother’s Day weekend. It was an amazing time. Location was great. The condo was perfect for six adults and an infant. Amazing view, great balcony size, and right by the boardwalk to the sand. We will be back next year for sure!!!

Property was great and exactly as promised. Location on the beach and within Orange Beach is second to none! We spent a week for spring break with our 6, 9, and 12 year old and had a fabulous time. Lots to do and within a short distance to many local attractions. Highly recommend- we will be back!

We were initially surprised that the main bedroom didn't have an ocean view. This was not an issue and we realized that the balcony off the main bedroom was the perfect place to see the beautiful color of the night sky. The condo was great, especially the oversized balcony. Kay was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again.

This was my family’s second visit to Orange Beach. Weather, location, pool, beach and condo was all great. My favorite part..the deck facing the ocean. Just a side note the wrap around deck was to the front of the building and too hot to enjoy it. Plenty to do in the area and just enjoying the view was awesome.

We have stayed in many condos and this is now one of our favorites! The views were spectacular! Watched sunrises and dolphins from the huge balcony! There was a closet with beach chairs and toys. Plenty of room in the kitchen with all you need for cooking. Comfy beds too! Kay was very prompt and helpful with all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Phoenix 2 was very old and unkept . There were couches behind the elevator in lobby (old) all week , couldn't get around them . Walls were dirty . Won't recommend .to friends !!!

It was awesome. Beautiful condo. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Kay and Chris communicated every step and So accommodating. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Convenient to everything. Just loved it and made for a wonderful trip.. Could not be more pleased.

I stayed at the Tennessee mountains this year but last year I stayed at this location and it was so wonderful and the whole time I was in the mountains my kids, husband, and I spoke of this place and how wonderful it was and we wished we came back here but we wanted to try something different. Boy did we regret it. I loved staying here so much and walking on the beach at sunrise and sunset and the friendly hotdog vendors by the pool. And visiting the neighboring buildings pools. Plus the balcony closet FULL of fun toys and beach chairs etc. Very comfortable couches and beds. Well Stocked kitchen. Great washer and dryer. Beautiful sunset overlooking parking lot in back LOL but seriously I enjoyed it because everyone else wanted the other balcony facing the water so I had some nice alone time. So awesome!!! I will definitely plan on coming back next year!

The condo itself was great for us. We loved the large balcony and living room. Third floor is perfect because when elevators are busy it’s an easy walk up the stairs. The problem is parking. First it’s expensive -especially after having paid for the condo. Secondly, it’s a rare occasion that a condo that sleeps 8 people will only travel with two cars. We had people traveling from different places and had three vehicles. We had to pay $15/day for the third car to be parked at an offsite location 4 miles away. While we loved the condo itself, the parking inconvenience will probably prevent me from booking again.

The rental process was so easy. My husband and two sisters, all in our 70's and 80's, and two of my granddaughters, ages 5 and 13 had a fabulous time. Everything we needed was supplied, and the girls enjoyed the balcony closet which had tons of beach and pool items. Hated to leave! Kay was quick to answer any questions we had.

This unit was perfect for our family of 5! Everything was there that we needed for a long weekend away. Best view of the gulf from our large balcony! Would definitely recommend this condo. A small Walmart is just down the street making getting groceries very convenient too.

Wonderful stay! We had our 4 and 5 year old and were worried about them having balcony access but the door was too heavy for them to slide on their own. Condo was clean and spacious!
