The home was very nice and clean. The elevator really helped my husband and I get our heavy luggage up to the top floor. While it was only supplied with “starter” supplies, it was plenty for us for the whole week.
I would have preferred a door or curtain on the 3rd-floor bathroom shower. It was very cold with it so open. Also, a small bench or ledge to put your foot on to shave/wash your legs would be helpful.
But overall, it was a very nice clean home we would stay at again.

Let me tell y'all this place was absolutely amazing!! We had a party of 12 everyone was comfortable with plenty of space! The kitchen was large enough to cook big meals and offered plenty of seating for everyone! The balconies were wonderful and access to the beach was a breeze!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and furnished well!! The master bedroom is to die for!! We really really enjoyed this home it offered everything we expected and more!!

Our family of 14 stayed at Beach Witch in June 2021. Our group included kids of all ages, elementary age to young adult. Everything about this home was PERFECT. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would possibly need in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone & the location was so convenient since it only required a few steps to cross the street to reach the sand. When we booked, we were worried how hard it would be to cross Front Beach Road to get to the beach. Don't worry about this - it was never an issue! The community pool is only shared between a few homes & it was never crowded. It was nice to have that option for the kids in the evening after we had returned from the beach. We had a few maintenance issues while we were there & they were very quick to respond. Nothing major - rainstorm resulted in rain leaking on 2nd floor sliding door and no brook to sweep since battery on cordless vacuum was not charged.

There were a few problems during our stay. I talked to Denise and everything was taken care of promptly.We really enjoyed our stay completely. It is something we would do again.

This house has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We had multiple families and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen has any of supplies you need for cooking or grilling at home. We spent a majority of our time on the porches overlooking the ocean. You're able to walk directly from the driveway to the public beach access. There aren't any high rises in the area so the beach even during a holiday week was not overly crowded. The beds are very comfortable and the design is inviting enough to make you feel at home. We will definitely be renting here again in the future.

This house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The 2 large balconies are a great place to take in the ocean views. The downstairs mother in law suite is perfect for those desiring more privacy. The location Is convent to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Paradise Properties was great to work with and promptly responded to our needs. The only downside we experienced was the fridge space was limited for the number of guests the house accommodates.

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Access to the beach is convenient. There was plenty of room for our large extended family. The decor is tastefully done. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for the cooking that we did. And the elevator was a lifesaver for unloading and loading suitcases and groceries. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our first time to be in the Panama City Beach area. We have been staying in Seaside for six years, but the home that we have been staying at ,sold. This property was perfect for our 16 person family. The area was quiet and peaceful and the beautiful beach was right across the street. We will definitely be back!!!

We had 2 families share this home and had plenty of space and everything we needed from plenty of towels to beach items. Beds were very comfortable, as were couches and chairs for lounging. Everything worked properly and the elevator was a nice bonus for unloading and stocking the kitchen! The location is perfect for beach access. We loved the patios with plenty of furniture and great views!

We loved this house. The layout was perfect for 2 families. The decor was gorgeous. And the location to the beach cannot be beat. You walk across the street and you are ON THE BEACH. We watched dolphins each morning and enjoyed the large patios. I definitely recommend staying at this house!

We stayed here from a Thursday afternoon until Sunday. The house was beautiful. Very nice, 3 stories, and even a great view from the balconies. Unfortunately, my sister and her husband got the master bedroom, with the best view, it was her 50th bday. What a beautiful suite, huge shower, great view, and everything. The house is just across the street from beach access, which was no issue at all. That end of the beach, at least for now, was not very crowded at all, and no issues with people. I would recommend this location and house. Paradise Properties were actually very pleasant to deal with, also. No issues, very polite, and were always available.

We vacationed with our grown children and grandchildren. The home was a perfect fit for our group. We found the home decor and furnishings to be appealing. There was no complaints with the comfort of the beds. The 3 stories give you privacy at bedtime. We found the location of the home to be perfect. The was NOT a crowd on the beach. The only negative was the shared pool. The furniture was in need of replacement and there was weeds growing through the brick decking around the pool. The pool itself was clean and most days we were the only people using it. It is located about 10 feet from our back patio. Over all it was a splendid trip with family!

We were impressed with how clean this property was. We have stayed at other beach homes over the years and this has been the cleanest. Two tubs were clogged when we arrived. We called for service and the issue was fixed the same day. Great customer service and I recommend this property

This house & location was perfect for our beach trip. The beds were super comfortable, the house was fully equipped with all we needed including kitchen items. The kitchen has a Keurig and coffee pot to choose from. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated!! Even being across from the beach, it was easy to access the beach and no steps required as we were able to store our beach belongings in the garage. Even with public beach access across the street, the beach area was never overcrowded! Love the location as it’s quieter on that end and the Carousel store is right down the road and has any groceries you would need. The elevator was a definite plus. Would HIGHLY recommend this house and we will be staying at this location again!

This house was perfect! Very clean, easy booking and check in process, best location, very spacious, and amazing views of the beach and gulf! For the last 2 years we have stayed in the house that is similar on the outside, but 2 houses down and loved it, but this house was even better! Any issues we had were addressed immediately (nothing major) and we were called and texted to see how everything was going and to follow up. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the Beach Witch! Perfect for families with young kids, each family had plenty of room to spread out and have their own space. Balconies are very comfortable and give wonderful gulf views. Beach access is easy, the outdoor shower is great, and having a hose & garage for sandy stuff is perfect.
This is not a problem with the house, but it took me a few minutes to figure out the coded access door is the one on the left side of the house (next to the neighbors) NOT the other keyless entry door by the street.
The only disappointment is that I was unable to get chair rentals set up on the beach. Not a huge problem since beach access was so easy with a beach cart, but would have been nice with young kids. I may have just been unlucky with the chair rental companies I contacted, we did see a couple other groups on the beach with rental chairs.

The listing description and pictures are accurate. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for everyone. There was an issue with the ice maker and a couple other things but they were addressed by the property manager. The access to the beach was awesome. The house also had some beach chairs and toys. The four bedroom areas gave us a lot of room to not only spread out but to supply each family a retreat for youth nap times and just to be together. AND, these areas did not allow noises , yes we did have children crying at times, to be passed to the other areas.
The huge kitchen , family room and deck areas provide a great space for meals, enjoying games, tv and just enjoying being together.
This property was neat and clean upon our arrival and any questions or problems were quickly responded to by the Paradise Properties personnel.

The Beach Witch is a beautifully, decorated home with a breathtaking view of the beach and beach access nearby. It was the next, best thing to staying on the beach. The listing description was very accurate and the house was clean and well-maintained. Families looking for a quiet place to stay, but near restaurants and shopping will enjoy staying at the Beach Witch.

The beds were so comfortable and everything was spotless!! The elevator was a "godsend". Loved having the pool just steps away. We loved having morning coffee out on the decks and being able to view the beach, waves and the sunrise. Although it rained on two days, it didn't last very long and we were still able to go spend time out on the beach. Such a beautiful beach and its only across the street, just steps away and not a problem for us when we carried our beach chairs & canopy. The beach was always clean and never overly crowded. When our week ended we were all reluctant to leave, but voted to return next year to Beach Witch. We love this place!!! Simply great
The house is simply beautiful and provided great access to the beach and pool. Every room had it's own TV and we loved the bluetooth speakers out on the deck. We were so sad when we had to leave. Really great house and they did a great job with it. The management company was also great to work with. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the ground floor. We slept down there and we came home with all of our clothes and belongings smelling like mildew. I think the owner/management should consider putting a dehumidifier down there. Would make a huge difference.
