Its all about being tastefully decorated, on the top floor of the best building with the largest end unit with ocean views from all 12 windows. You will have sunshine and the most magnificent unobstructed ocean views from the living room, kitchen, master & guest bedrooms and balcony. This condo sleeps (4) four adults, (the sofa is not a sofa-sleeper). The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, a bay window sitting area with magnificent ocean views, private full bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with adjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower. Each bathroom comes complete with hand held shower, hair dryer, towels, beach towels and starter toiletries. Both bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen HD TVs, and the living room has a large 50" flat screen HD TV. Free WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked to handle all meal preparation. Also in our condo are new, large front loading washer & dryer, and iron with ironing board. We own this condo and hands on manage all maid service and its maintenance. We chose not to have our condo on the Provident Ocean Point Rental Plan. Our condo will always be immaculately clean and in superior condition upon your arrival. All amenities at Ocean Point are available to all guests who rent our condo. Our large, end unit condo is super quiet, with the only common wall being a thick concrete structural wall, you will never hear, or be heard by your neighbors. No noise from people coming and going from the elevator walking past your bedroom windows, or dumping their trash down the trash shoot. Located on the South end, top of building 4, (our building has an elevator), it is the closest unit to the ocean in the entire complex, while still being only steps away from the pool and marina. Amenities include a completely new huge heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with pool bar, private sandy beach on the ocean, private cocktail lounge - café, oceanfront deep water marina and the safety of a 24 hour guarded security gate entrance. Lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo and outdoor BBQ grills for you - all situated on 62 lush tropical acres. All photos speak for themselves. Located at mile marker 92.5, you are within two miles of a multitude of restaurant's, water sports, parks and attractions, as well as a Hospital, grocery stores, movie theater and pharmacy. Sorry, but no pets are allowed on any condo on this property.
To all boaters, if you plan on bringing your boat, all fees and rules mentioned are between the on site Marina and you. We don't collect, or make any money on any marina fees. Marina rules state your boat must be 28 feet or less, and you must carry insurance of $300,000.00 / $100,000.00 liability and property damage. The boat must be registered in your name. Marina wet dock space is $3.50 per foot per day, and trailer parking spaces are $40.00 per day.

the condo was beautiful, clean, well equipped and lovely to stay at! Some things that can be improved include knowing the Unit number prior to arrival, knowing that the property management company will NOT allow guests on premises (2 car limit, no exceptions), and the wifi info was not posted or communicated

Great spot in key largo close to Islamorada. Pics are just as advertised including that amazing view. Perfect location for a quick trip to do some scuba diving (which was awesome).

We did a stop over for three days to just relax before heading off for a family wedding in Miami. We were able to get in two days at the beach and some snorkeling in even though it had rained pretty hard. Cynthia’s place was as described and comfortable for two adult couples. We will look to rebook when we make it back down again from the NorthEast.

My wife and I had a great time staying at this resort, and this unit in particular. Being an end unit, it had so much natural light, and just felt bigger. This unit was very clean and decorated nicely. we felt right at home almost immediately! The pool and beach area were also very nice and inviting! We would definitely stay here again, and would love to be able to get this unit again too! Greg J

The unit was clean and ready for us to just start relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and the pier out into the ocean. Communication was easy and the packet provided was extremely helpful. Tony and Cindy were so considerate, making sure we were able to get in after our late flight. A great experience!

We were more than satisfied with the accommodations! This is a beautiful corner unit with beautiful views from every room. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. Hosts were accessible by text and answered questions promptly. I’d recommend for anyone needing a place in the Florida Keys. Two hours to Miami. Two hours to Key West. Great location!

Owner Cindy was wonderful; prompt, communication, and willing to accommodate allergies. Everything was so clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Many delightful restaurants nearby. Also nearby John Pennekamp, the diving museum, dolphin, research, and more. Will definitely return!

This was a wonderful experience. Tony was the perfect host, responsive, pleasant and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated and all the amenities are top rate. You can really feel at home here. The place is also lovely with a beautiful and active pool area and a lovely beach. There is a cafe by the beach but it was closed during our stay, The pool has a bar area and food is available. There are also grills but we didn't use these. Great area with lots of restaurants and bars to visit. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Tavernier! The condo location allowed us to enjoy Key Largo and Islamorada. Waking up to enjoy coffee with the amazing view was a wonderful way to start each day. The pool is so big, clean and never overcrowded even on Memorial Weekend. We look forward to our next trip to the Keys and would stay here again.

The place was beautiful and views incredible. Instructions and dirctions to and of the Condo was right on. We would absolutely stay here again. Had small issue when we arrived but called owner and within 5 mins he called. Issue taken care of. As for the the proberty the pool and hot tub were awesome did not eat on property.

A fantastic condo on the ocean! We stayed at “Kondo in the Keys” for 10 great days in January. This condo is first class in many ways. To begin with the condo looks like a model home. It looked like new and sparkled. The decorating and furnishings fit the location on the water. The unit itself was spotless. It is obvious that it has been well taken care of. Everything that you see in the pictures and video tour are exactly what you get. Because it is an end unit every room has big windows making it bright and cheery. And because of the location and windows we got to see the sunrise and the sunset every day from our balcony! The location in Tavernier is perfect because it is in the middle between Key Largo and Islamorada/Marathon. It also is off the main road about a half mile so it is removed from road noise and traffic. The Ocean Pointe complex is in the middle of a natural area that separates the condos from the water, but there is a private beach and boat launch on the property. The pool is a good size and even though the weather was perfect it never felt crowded. There is a small drink/snack bar that serves snacks and various drinks. While we were there a food truck was also available just outside the pool. Finally, the owner was very detailed. His welcome packet had all the info we needed for a nice stay. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back again!

Unfortunately my sister went into a coma and I left a day early.My friends stayed and I guess 2 other people came to visit but at no time were there 7 people in the apartment . The most was 4 only at a time visiting not staying the night . Before leaving the condo to see my dying sister I tried to make coffee and it was broken . The owner is now charging me 500.00 more for having 7 people in the condo and a broken coffee pot . Ridiculous

This was a wonderful unit with a stunning view! A great expanse of windows overlooked the water and morning sunrise. Very comfortable accommodations and as written, it had the best view on all of the property! The property was lush with blooming flowers and many varieties of palm trees which we enjoyed. We especially loved going out on the pier to the tiki hut sitting area every morning. Fabulous view. Marina was very well maintained and it was nice to watch the boats coming in and going out. We took advantage of the pool and appreciated the comfortable chaise lounges and 83 degree temperature of the pool. We also enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening. Lovely, lovely property!

Note that the "beach" pictured is not a beach. It's a boat ramp with chairs that has no real view of the ocean. We wanted something on the beach where we could relax with an ocean view and breeze. Expect to stay in your condo the whole time or drive to a beach (which you could do for much less). Also, it was the smallest balcony I have ever seen. It was impossible for 2 people to get comfortable. Given that we had to hang out on the balcony a lot given no beach, it was a beautiful view but extremely cramped. Also watch out for the ring device on the balcony where the manager was watching us. We covered it up. On the plus side, it has stunning indoor views.
