About this house rental
Summary:
Think relaxation, getting rid of all that stress and being surrounded by fun and laughter - then look no further than 3 Seagull Avenue in the newly created suburb of Chiton! Formerly part of Hayborough and located at the eastern (Port Elliot) end of Seagull Avenue with little or almost no passing traffic on the ocean side of the road.
The Space:
This beautiful north facing three bedroom Circa 1985 beach house is light and bright and offers the following layout:
Large open plan living, dining and kitchen
Kitchen features U shape and includes Oven, Cook top, fridge, microwave and dishwasher and includes quality crockery and cutlery
Dining includes seating for 6 guests
Living features two comfy lounges and large TV
This open plan area also includes combustion wood heater (Firewood supplied by guests) and split system heating and cooling
Three bedrooms two including queen beds and the third a double bed
Bathroom with separate shower, toilet vanity
Laundry
Outdoor paved area with outdoor table and bbq
expansive lawns and gardens at the front
Located just a short walk from the brand new Chiton Surf Life Saving Club (the clubrooms are amazing with dining and bar facilities) providing a patrolled beach for holiday makers and close to the village lifestyle of Port Elliot with its array of shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels. You can walk to either Chiton or Boomer for a surf or swim. You don't get a sea view here but you definitely hear the roar of the ocean! And a short stroll to the waters edge the home is a great location.
*Given the the size of the home and one living area the home is suited to couples or a small family. The yard does not have fencing and has large vegetation and dunes surrounding the home so it is important with small children that parents are notified of this.

Great little place, easy access to the beach, a short drive to other amenities. The place was clean and functional. Would recommend.
A note for future guests - it looks like there will shortly be some building work next door so worth checking before you book.

Awful house dark,dity and smelly. The pictures make it look bright and airy, it's totally the opposite. Luckily Harcourts are running the rental and went above and beyond to relocate us.

Girls weekend!
Well presented property. Was perfect for a weekend away. It rained the whole 3 days but we stayed in and enjoyed our surroundings. Comfy beds, toastie heating, everything needed was there! Will be back.

Perfect location with private back garden. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to beach and 2km coastal walk to Port Elliot.

Perfectly situated house
This place was super cute and only a 2 minute walk to the beach, we walked through the yard and over the train tracks to get directly to the gorgeous view. There were quite a few bugs and spiders but nothing major, overall the space was very bright with loads of mid-century character.

Great place and great spot
Beautiful place, cosy with all the comforts. The fire place was a treat. Comfy beds. You can venture out the back and over the train line for a great whale watching view. Recommended!
