Excellent beach and pools, close to restaurants - highly recommend!

We had a great time in Aruba. The condo and facility in general were both great. The owner was great to work with. The airlines caused us a one day arrival delay. The owner allowed us to push everything back one day which meant our trip wasn’t cut short. He was very understanding and it meant a lot to us. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the grounds and location. The condo was cleanish but worn. Light switches, doors, curtains and shelving all had discoloration and need a deep cleaning or replacement.

Property needs new pillows and trash can other than that it was a great stay. Love the location and the pools.

This was a perfect location and we have no complaints! Two adult couples shared the rental and enjoyed cooking in mostly. The pool almost seemed private. The simple walk to the beach was wonderful. Would highly recommend this property! Would love to come again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is great. The location is perfect. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 teens. The hot tub was great after scuba diving. The only complaints, we could not get the BBQ to work (probably user error), the plastic chairs inside are not necessarily comfortable but probably needed that close to the ocean. Last but certainly not least, the dryer needed at least two cycles for a small load. This is more a concern for the owners electric bill. Overall, we had a blast. We loved Aruba and our home away from home. Thank you!

Everything about this unit was perfect. It was clean, equipped with everything we needed and it was in a perfect location for us. We loved being in the quiet area right on beautiful Eagle beach. My kids were with us age 18 and 20 and although they liked being down in the palm beach area for the evening they did agree that this area was the best beach spot. We solved the issue of not having a lot to do at night by renting a car. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the pools on property. They were also usually quiet. It was nice to have chairs provided and a cooler. There were a couple skinny noodles for the pool and we bought a couple bigger ones and left them in the closet for the next renters. The managers that checked us in were informative and left a number in case we needed anything which we didn’t). There are some nice restaurants just a short walk away but everything else is only a short drive. Also close to the grocery store. My kids loved that there were huts to rent her skis just a few steps from our property. I would definitely rent from this owner again. We loved the property! I already recommended it to a friend that is planning to come this winter.

The property itself is wonderful. The unit was large and perfect for our family of 5 - 4 adults one child. A couple of minor issues were quickly attended to by the management company. Some of the furniture etc needs to be updated as it is past prime. Couch not the one in the photos. Deck is huge and BBQ was brand new. Great location, property and service.

Very disappointed with this rental . Needs to be updated . Dirty pillows and stained couch . Dryer does not work well . Location is great.

Ana the concierge was great! The property was in the fantastic location and exactly as described If you are looking to stay away from the overcrowded area, this is perfect, Yes, still close enough to get there very easily. The property is well maintained, however, they were a few minor things overlooked. There is construction going on right next to the property all day every day including Sundays. Constant drilling and heavy machinery. Then if you are planning on doing laundry, expect to dry things at least four to five times Only two towels per guest for an entire week. The private jacuzzi was nice, however the umbrella for the deck is broke and just left there which it gets very hot. Also the toilet in the massive bedroom you have to hold down the entire time to flush. The sliding door leading to the patio does not have a handle on the outside. Which makes it very difficult to close. I understand these seem like minor issues in which they are. However, if they are minor, it should be addressed very easily. Overall, the place was great besides the small glitches. And I would have recommend it for a quieter Aruban vacation.

The condo’s is beautiful. Then location is perfect steps from the pool and beach. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic week staying here. We loved being on the 1st floor with the large outdoor space to grill and take hot tubs at night. It was so easy getting to the pools (which were never busy), beach and parking. We were also right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit- 10 minutes to town, 10 minutes to the Palm beach shops and restaurants. Eagle Beach was by far the most beautiful beach on the island, and the location right across the street from the condo was never crowded. We were so happy we stayed here rather than a busy resort. It was everything we hoped it would be! Aruba was also fabulous- lots of great beaches, good places to snorkel, and fun excursions to keep the teenagers happy (UTV tour to the east coast, 'blocarting', wind surfing, and sailing).

Très propre, lits confortables, literie et oreillers amplement suffisants. Climatisation très efficace. Seul point négatif: certains électroménagers à moitié fonctionnels tels que le grille-pain, le barbecue et sécheuse peu efficace.

We had a perfect vacation staying at this 2 bedroom unit in the Oceania Residences. This place was very well kept with all the necessary items to make our stay complete. Great for families with kids with such a large deck with lots of furniture, grill and hot tub. All staff were very accommodating and quick to take care of anything we needed. The grounds outside are a lovely paradise with 4 pools and easy access to beautiful Eagle Beach. Will definitely plan a return trip and would love to stay here again. Thanks Richard!!

Everything in the property needed updating even the linen the beds the pillows. Furniture and all.

The unit had different furniture than was listed on line. There was no umbrella for the deck. Toilet leaked in the guest bathroom, sink was clogged in the master bathroom. Ice maker kept getting clogged. Beds were comfortable and appliances all worked, though the dryer was very slow. Outdoor areas were beautiful!!!! Very convenient to the Beach and the staff was amazing and friendly. Contacted the owner a couple of times and though he insisted that he tried, no one ever showed

5 stars. The apartment couldn’t be located in a better spot! Right across the best beach in Aruba, Eagle Beach. The listing is very accurate, and describes exactly what you are paying for. The apartment was pristine clean when we got here, and we were well received. Anna walked us through the apartment and helped us with questions on Aruba and the places to visit. We enjoyed the private deck, jacuzzi and grill. The property is so well kept, amazing pools, gym, just perfect. It was very convenient to have rented a car, as it allowed us to drive to different beaches every day, with at most ~45 min drive to Baby Beach which is on the farthest point. At night we usually drove to the high rise Hotel area, where you can find pretty good restaurants! We are so happy yo have chosen this apartment. Thanks to Richard for the prompt responses to every inquiry, being so kind and pointing us in the right directions every-time. We had an amazing experience and will be returning soon.

Aruba is lovely and and easy. The condo is in need of a refresh but the location is wonderful and Eagle Beach is splendid. Food on the island is really great and getting around is fine by cab or car.

Really enjoyed having the large deck. Easy walking distance to great restaurants.

Estuvimos desde el 25-12 al 31-12-2018. Un condominio muy lindo, muy bien equipado. Enfrente a la Playa Eagle Beach. Una de las más lindas de la isla. Teníamos sillitas para ir a la playa. Nos tocó unos días ventosos y descubrimos que yendo más cerca del Hotel Costa Linda no se sentía tanto. Excelente la vista de los atardeceres en la playa. Por la tarde disfrutamos del Jacuzzi y también de la parrilla que estaba en el exterior. Excelente la atención del dueño Ricardo, que nos asistió en todo lo que les preguntamos. Sobre todo cuando nos dimos cuenta que llegábamos en Navidad el supermercado estaba cerrado el 25-12 y 26-12, y gracias a él, pudimos realizar la compra online anticipada en el Supermercado "Groceries to go" y cuando llegamos teníamos todo en la heladera. Luego hacíamos las compras en Supermercado "Super Food" que íbamos caminando. Lo único que no sabía era que no incluía el servicio de limpieza diario. Sólo incluía el final. Si lo quería, se tenía que pagar. Me fijé en la reserva y no decía nada que lo incluía. Como fueron pocos días, no lo necesitamos.

We had a great stay! The beach is beautiful and the water perfect -- we had a couple windy days but the pool was perfect and we usually had it all to ourselves. The deck allowed us plenty of room to relax outside in the shade when we needed a break from the sun. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed preparing breakfast and lunch at home and then going out for delicious dinners. Hope we can go back again next year!

We enjoyed our vacation very much. Our greeter was waiting for us and friendly and helpful! Our unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The bed and bedding was great, and we had plenty of towels and beach towels. Furniture in living area could be more comfortable. Beach and water superb, pools well maintained and warm! We did rent a car and found plenty of great restaurants close by (many within walking distance for avid walkers) and Super Foods within 1/2 mile that offers food and alcohol for all yours needs. Second time at Oceania, and will definitely consider for next vactation to Aruba!

Great Location and great condo enjoyed the Pool and Beach and close to everything

Our family of 6- two adults, four children (aged 4, 6, 8, and 10) stayed in this condo a few weeks ago. This unit is conveniently located on the ground floor, for easy access to the pools and beach. Our children enjoyed playing outside before breakfast and chatting with neighbors on the balconies above. This unit was clean, bathrooms were nicely finished, open kitchen/living room provided good hangout space, and bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space. The washer and dryer are VERY large and worked nicely. There are beach chairs, sand toys and plush beach towels all stocked in the unit. Bathroom towels, sheets and bedding were all good quality. Kitchen well stocked. Only complaint was about the master bathroom shower door- it opened in towards the shower only- so you have to get in and turn it on and wait for it to get warm. Water pressure was excellent. We were met at check in by Annika, who showed us around the unit and the complex- a very nice touch. She answered all of our questions and gave some good tips on places to go, things to do, and getting groceries, etc. We spent our days bouncing back and forth between the beach and the pools. The beach is stunning, very quiet and calm. We did not have to get out early to fight for space. Note the palapas are free to use, but they are set way back on the beach. If you have children who like to spend their time in the water, there is a place about 20 yards down the beach to rent an umbrella for the day- they are happy to set it up right by the water for you. There is so much space on the beach (from the water back to the road) that we were able to set up a small wiffle ball game, throw softballs and footballs, and even fly a kite! The pools were amazing. There were three on one side of the complex- one 4-5-ft deep pool with waterfalls, one 2-ft deep circular pool, and one 'zero-entry' pool that gradually went to 5 feet deep. There was one on the other side that was a smaller zero entry pool with waterfalls. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed pool hopping. One note for families- there were literally no other families at this complex. We could not figure out why. Many of the units were empty and many people we met were couples or friends down for a quiet vacation. My husband and I loved it, however, by day 3, my kids were looking to play with other children. We did a day at Palm Beach- beach was crowded, but our kids were happy...and one day on De Palm island, problem solved!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oceania Residences. Our condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The resort itself is beautiful and very convenient to Eagle Beach right across the street. We loved having the beach chairs and toys. We spent a lot of time in the resort pools, too. There were a few small glitches - the bedroom overhead light went out and as it was Easter, it took a couple of days to fix it. The grill didn't work, but we loved the deck. We didn't have linens for the pull out bed (which was pretty comfortable!) and only had four beach towels for 8 of us. The person who met us was very friendly and helpful. A note for travelers going over Easter: the islanders celebrate Easter by camping out on the beach. There were a ton of tents and a lot of activity. By Tuesday, most of them were gone. We would definitely stay here again!

I would recommend this property for a max of 6 guests (assuming 2 each would sleep in the double beds). I would not recommend using the pull-out sofa to sleep. Unit was bigger than it looks and everything was in good working order. A/C worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Having the deck was awesome. The entire complex is well kept. Location right across from Eagle Beach was perfect for long beach walks. Would definitely recommend.

Oceania is a great location for Aruba. Condo is clean, sparse, a bit too bright, furniture could be more comfortable. Person who checked us in was wonderful, notebook full of local info. Deck is awesome, perfect setting to enjoy Eagle Beach and surrounding area. Highly recommend Aruba, people were so friendly, food was delicious, and our family had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay, the photos accurately depict the condo and it was really nice having our own private hot tub. It is in a great location, just a short walk to beautiful Eagle Beach. Eagle Beach was just what we like; relatively quiet compared to Palm Beach a couple of kilometres up the road. It was also nice having beach chairs we could take with us. If you like the hustle and bustle of a busy beach you may prefer Palm Beach. There were many restaurants within walking distance although there is much more variety up at Palm Beach. The locals will tell you that Palm Beach is a 20 minute walk. We walked it the first night and unless you are into speed walking it is more like a 30 minute walk. We ate at Palm Beach most evenings and started taking a taxi, which was $8 US one way. We also used the gym lots, it has good treadmills and ellipticals and an OK selection of dumbbells. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Oh, and the only reason I gave it a 4 star rather than 5 is that I’m a hard marker and the condo and the entire complex are great, just not 5 star.

The location is perfect! Great beach and pools. We preferred a car since we don’t want to depend on busses but the busses were quite often. The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Only thing I would say bad about the place is the living room furniture was uncomfortable. We weren’t inside much. Basically just to sleep. It’s modern and had everything we needed for our stay.

Our family of four was very happy and comfortable during our stay at Oceania. We have a five and three year old and spent the mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. Oceania is very conveniently located to a large grocery store so we grilled out and ate at the rental for most meals. We went out to dinner twice (Screaming Eagle and Zuzuroh, both of which were in walking distance.) We had a great time and everyone slept well in the comfy beds and a/c after long days of play!
