Really nice stay with a great location!

The hotel was nice and quiet and close to many restaurants.

Horrible. Did not even stay for an hour.

The unit does not look like the photos posted. It was dirty with unmade dirty bed, no bed sheets, no pillowcases on stained pillows. There were 2 comforters folded with no cover and it was badly stained. Found hair everywhere specially on the bed topper.

Worst I have ever been.

I do not recommend anyone to stay here. other than the surprise of how small the space (you can barely fit 2 people) was, we were extremely disgusted at the cleanliness of the linen. The bed was stained with some sort of dark brown liquid which also reeked of a foul smell, together with 2 coloured blankets which were stained with colours that resembled blood. My friends and I were very traumatised by the look of the blankets and bed as it even resembled a murderous scene. The extra linens were not folded and merely dumped into a plastic bag at the corner of the room, and we were no even sure if those were prepared for us or just left over from the previous boarders. The wifi connection does not work either and for the price we paid, you are really better off staying at a proper hotel nearby. The location was not as accessible as we thought due to the high slopes.

There is a lot of dust on the appartment, the courtains are very stained. In general the place needs lots of cleaning.

Staff was kind and the localization is great!

The best thing about the property is location and the facilities. Out of all our stays in Japan this was the only one with an Iron.

The room was filthy when we walked in, a half full glass of water on the bench, receipts from the person who previously stayed there. On top of that a used toothbrush on the kitchen bench and the beds looked as though they hadn’t been made. The bathroom as stains on the walls and empty chewing gum packets everywhere. Furthermore we were a group of 4, which was a struggle in this property as it is very small, but that is expected of Tokyo, so prepare yourself! If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s central and you’re willing to clean the room yourself it’s great!
