This property was as good as advertised. A beautiful custom built property on a golf course inside a gated community. It doesn't get much better than this!

Great property in perfect location to enjoy all that the Asheville region has to offer. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amazing Mountain Views.

We were extremely excited to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday at this beautiful rental! We planned to cook a big birthday meal and discovered upon arrival that there were literally no pans to use that didn't have peeling nonstick coating! The kitchen was so poorly stocked with such terrible cookware and utensils our plans were completely foiled! You would think that if you're spending this much per night they would at least provide a kitchen with functional items! The house itself is in bad shape with respect to wear and tear as well. Not at all what we were expecting...

Gorgeous well-appointed property in beautiful gated community just outside Asheville. Loved spending time on the lovely patio. Thank you.

It was a wonderful gathering place for kids, my grandkids; and me as we attended a wedding in Mills River, NC. It was more than adequate to meet our needs. We loved the common areas, and all the seating available. We ended up not using 2 bedrooms, as we used cribs in the walk-in closets, which were huge! I did have one question, and Lindsey (homeowner) responded within minutes. It’s an absolutely gorgeous home with all the amenities you need. Thanks for making a great family memory.

This lovely home in a quiet community outside Asheville was perfect for our group. We had a great time!

This house was perfect for our trip with 7 friends from across the country. The home was beautiful, clean, and included everything we could have imagined. Check in was simple and easy, and the home was conveniently located - felt like we were out in the woods, but only 15 minutes to nearly everything we needed. Outstanding rental and vacation.

Our ladies book group has members from three different states. We usually have zoom meetings but decided to meet in-person at this VRBO in Asheville. It was a perfect location and suited our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is gorgeous and so quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of room for our entire crew (6 ladies) and the home furnishings were incredibly comfortable. Several ladies remarked that they had never stayed at a nicer home. We were very close to the NC Arboretum and approximately 25 minutes from downtown Asheville. This is a lovely home that I would return to in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home! Will stay again!

We needed a place to host our extended family for the holidays, and this home worked perfectly for us. There are 5 or 6 bedrooms, which served us well. The open floor-plan downstairs (living room, kitchen, dining niche, and pool table) was a great place to hang out. The two larger bedrooms have huge bathrooms and walk-in closets. The appliances are high-end Vikings and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The Asheville airport is 15 minutes away, the downtown area about 25 minutes, the arboretum is very nearby. In sum, this was ideal for us and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and well appointed….we’ll be back.

This is the perfect family vacation getaway. Great proximity to all that Asheville has to offer with the privacy and high-end touches to make your stay memorable. Multiple fire places to gather around, a great pool table in the main part of the house and lots of space for everybody to spread out and have their own area. Truly a wonderful experience; highly recommend this one.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean home. The manager responds quickly. We had a few small hiccups along the way with some maintenance issues, but I’d definitely stay here again. The kitchen is very well equipped. If you have a group with more than 6, I’d suggest requesting that the dining tables leaves be installed.

We had a great time the house was very nice and in a great location.

This was the perfect property for our team to meet and socialize. Great location and easy access to Asheville.

This place was perfect! We had 8 adults and 2 kids with us and this place was perfect for our group. The aesthetic is classic and the attention to detail should also be noted. I highly recommend this place and may have to snag it again on my next trip to Ashville!

We all enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. With four couples the rooms the house allowed for privacy and gathering space for our family reunion. Although in a gated community access was easy. Would definitely stay again when we return to the area. Fantastic location.

My group of 10 spent 3 days seeing countless nearby waterfalls and hiking state parks (Chimney Rock, Gorges, Dupont, Pisgah), lunch at the Ugly Dog in the Highlands, dinner and tour at nearby Sierra Nevada Brewery, dinner at nearby White Duck Taco, and the Gorge Zipline. This home and surrounding mountains, area and neighborhood were gorgeous. We all had a fabulous time and all said we would come back in a heartbeat. So much to see and do nearby and such a great place to stay.

I would recommend this house for a large group or family. Our group of 10 (5 couples) had more than enough space and the layout of the house worked well. The amenities were plentiful and the check-in was easy. The only "warning" would be that it's not an easy address for Ubers to get to due to the gate entrance that is required for renters. It's not impossible, though, and I would not let that deter anyone from renting this great property!

Absolutely LOVE this property. Beyond wonderful. I would suggest a 12 cup standard drip coffee pot and a large fry pan and large stock pot bc not enough large pots to accommodate cooking for people that would rent a 6 bedroom property. Thats it! All else EXCELS!!
4.9
Large, beautiful property with plenty of space for our family gathering. Lovely area!

Awesome townhome with plenty of space for all of our family members to be comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised in the listing. The property manager was easily available to assist with obtaining the key for entrance. This property is in a great location to visit the downtown area and many nearby locations for hiking etc.

We were very happy and comfortable. Igniter on the stove needs to be looked at, but otherwise a perfect stay.

The house was magnificent and had plenty of room for the 9 adults that we had in our party. The dining and socializing area was great and the table had ample room for all of us to eat, chat, play cards, etc. The location was perfect for visiting Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. They had record cold temps while we were there, so we ran into an issue with city pipes freezing. We had to leave 3 days early and Lindsay could not have been nicer about helping us! Would absolutely stay here again. If I had to list any negatives (and they are so minimal, but I like to share all of the details), there is not a family size pan for preparing meals for a group our size. We made it work and still had a fantastic time. The dishwasher tilts forward so you have to be careful when opening the door as the top rack slides out rather quickly. But those are the ONLY negatives that I could come up with. No deal breakers and I would rate this house and location 5 stars! Lindsay and the house were both a pleasure!

Roomy and well maintained property comfortably fitting 6 adult siblings and their spouses - 11 total - for a long weekend getaway.

Made our trip a great place to stay.

The house is as advertised though one master said it had 2 beds but had only one at this time. We had 7 older women and it was outfitted as advertised. We ate some meals in the house and it had everything we needed. The location is beautiful and the house is lovely.

Ladies weekend in the mountains. :) What a great weekend full with lots of memories made. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home. Lots of space for everyone to stay.

Would stay again. Just wish all bedrooms had a television. Other than that, great experience.

Great property. Can accommodate several families, which is very helpful when the kids have kids. Easy access to the golf course. Great pool table to entertain everyone.

9 of us, ages 33-75 and it was great. 2 bedrooms downstairs were good for the older guests. The home is beautiful. Internet a little spotty but otherwise great!

There was 10 of us adults sharing the home and the home was comfortable, easily accommodated 10 adults. Had all the supplies you would need.
Caregiver needs to update the written instructions & tips as there is only 1 page that does not include all the info and you can tell it was once 1 of 2 or 3 pages. Thankfully we were able to figure things out on our own.
A great home and we would definitely rent this house again.
A 9 of 10 would be my rating!

Fabulous stay
Our family had a mini reunion this past weekend, and the place was perfect. Bedrooms are very big, and bathrooms too! We had a blast relaxing at the house, while also close enough to go into Asheville each day. The house had everything and then some needed for the kitchen. The host was very responsive! Would highly recommend this house.

Spacious for extended family
Home was as described, but couldn’t find fold out bed. Definitely a bit dark, but met our needs for a brief stay with extended family. The drive in / out of the community got tiring after a few trips into town, but not terribly far from all the action.

The isn't anything that could make it better. I really appreciate the responsive
communication! The house is beautiful! We had such a great weekend!
