This brightly decorated, 1,270 sq ft condo includes 3 bedrooms (2 king size beds and 1 full bed), 2.5 baths and a full size pull-out couch. In addition to being spacious inside, the condo also has 3 balconies, 2 of which you can sit out on and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a night cap in the evening, while enjoying the cool beach breeze. Has new sleeper sofa bed (2020), stainless steel appliances, new hot water heater, new floors and new quartz counter tops in the kitchen. Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard coffee maker is in the kitchen.

Xanadu Villas also has a pool, 2 tennis courts, and outside grill.

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located, spacious property. It was perfect for our girls weekend, and the host was responsive and very kind when we had a question. We hope to return again next year!

It was great having beach chairs and beach toys. We were able to add a couple of items to the collection. Also, we were pleased with the size of the rooms and the location. A couple of us took a photos of the codes to the parking area, building, and room to have on our phones for easy access. We felt very secure.

Had a great week in this unit! Beach access is super close. Unit is a bit outdated, and I wish the listing had specified that the washer and dryer are shared + cost money to use. Other than that we had a great time.

I had a great, quiet time here! I had invited five other people but none of them came along so I had this large unit to myself. Had everything I needed. Five minute walk to the beach. Two patios to sit on which I used a lot and one smaller one with a good view of the water below. Xanadu has made the access into the parking lot and buildings easier since the last time I was here. Perfect distance for a walk to Coligny Plaza to grab some breakfast or dinner! Everything in the unit worked and I had no issues with anything. Great stay here!

Really great place to stay especially if you love Coligny like we do. Check in was easy, location just a short walk across the street to the beach, easy walk or bike ride to the plaza, etc. We had a blast and there was plenty of space!

Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Place is slightly dated, but very clean. Has toys and wagon for beach (a little older). Be prepared to carry bags to 5th floor (building did not have a cart if any kind). Great host, great property.

I highly recommend this condo for a family trip to Hilton Head Island. The property is clean, comfortable and equipped with a full kitchen. Bike rental available very close to the property. Our kids loved the pool and the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Dining and shopping is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

The location of the condo was fantastic and we had so much room. Everyone had their own space to spread out and relax at the end of a busy day. Not far from the beach at all. The condo was very clean and check in process was easy. Loved that there was a wagon for us to use since we forgot to bring ours. Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Definitely would book again.

1st time visiting Hilton Head, this was an awesome location. Quiet but super close to anything we wanted to do! We had 5 adults and shared a car but being able to rent a bike and ride or walk from the Xanadu villas was perfect.

Great property and location. Place was huge, much bigger than pictures do justice. Easy to access all golf courses and restaurants within minutes. Great communication with rental agency. Highly recommend.

Condo was GREAT! Lots of room, quiet and very secure!! Bedrooms are spacious. Very clean and close to everything. Definitely would stay here again. If I had one thing to suggest for improvement, it would be that we only had 1 key fob to get into the grounds and the building, but had 3 cars and 5 people. There isn't a way (we could easily find) to WALK in and out of the property without the key fob and no way to enter with a car without it. It was just too inconvenient to always worry about sharing the fob and then worrying that we were going to lose it!!

Good location close to beach, shops, food...bike rentals just two minute walk. Close to a few golf courses on the Island and just off the island all within 20-25 minutes. Bring kitchen trash bags, paper towels...if you are gonna stay more than a couple days. If you plan to cook, bring spices etc. Nbq get charcoal brickets no gas. Nice overall condo, with pool, no hot tub. We would stay again

This place is at a good location. It is not on the beach but very easy to get to. Get some bikes and see the island. Loved the bike trails

When arrived the property was not so clean as i hoped. It was gringy as in dining table was dirty with stiky resedue of food. Also dirty spots on the curtains. Not enough spoons to use for family of 6. Wall in main restroom has doubtfull brown drippings on the comode wall. And had bread crumbs on side table of the bed. Area was close to beach that was great. And the weather was great. So we made it work but will not rent this one again.

Unit was as advertised. You can access the beach by walking to end of driveway and then the walking path to the Ocean Club Villas (about a 7-10 minute walk to beach). If you don't have a Shibumi, I would recommend investing in one. They are pricey but are light weight, set up in 3 minutes and work very well. Coligny is about a 15 minute walk, or you can drive a 1/2 mile and park for free. Bring extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, or you can purchase at the Piggly Wiggly in Coligny Plaza. The unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable, balconies were awesome and the AC and Wifi worked fine. Pool is small but secluded and clean. There is a washer and dryer on the same floor. Both machines take quarters. $1.00 to wash (30 minutes). $1.00 to dry (45 minutes). William was a great host. Very quick to answer any questions I had. You will enjoy your stay! Also, the Tiki Hut is up the beach, close to Coligny. They serve lunch and drinks and had live music every day during the days that we were there. It's seat yourself and the place gets crowded. Fun time!

Very nice and clean with bi bedrooms and a nice very view from the many balconies. Love that it is a short walk to the beach and is very close to several restaurants. The property manager was very quick to answer my questions and help in any way possible.
