Start planning your vacation at The Venetian on Grace Bay, one of the most beautiful and secluded condominiums on the island. Venetian 101 is a ground floor oceanfront condo, offering the most convenient beach access to the renowned Grace Bay beach, with both screened and unscreened patios with 2500 square feet of living space.
If you are looking for privacy, intimacy and an exclusive oceanfront residence, then look no further than Suite 101 at The Venetian on Grace Bay.
Venetian 101 on Grace Bay is the perfect getaway. You won't be in a hotel with many guests but rather in your own home on the least crowded spot on Grace Bay Beach. Located on the first floor, the view from our screened-in porch is amazing, and you are just steps away from the Venetian boardwalk that leads directly onto Grace Bay Beach. Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, 2500 square feet -- the master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a nicely sized, well-appointed master bathroom; the other two bedrooms, both queen beds are located in the back of the condo and each of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom as well -- perfect for families or couples! There is a half bath located off the main hallway as well. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine marble floors; opens up to our dining room which opens up to a living room. You will also have state of the art video equipment, televisions, iPod docking stations for your use. There is a laundry room located off the kitchen. The screened-in porch beckons you in the morning drinking coffee, watching the activity on Grace Bay Beach and in the evening watching the breathtaking sunset. With beautiful furnishings throughout the condo, you will be spoiled!
If you only need to rent our 2500 square foot condo as a one or two-bedroom rental, we can 'lock off' the bedroom/ensuite bathrooms of your choice, and receive a reduced rate. You still have a very spacious 2500 square foot condo (minus a bedroom or two)!

The resort was beautiful and well maintained! We were a family of six and our condo had everything you needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The beach was and water was beautiful! We did not rent a car as they drive on the left side of the road and none of us were brave enough to try it! We used a taxi quite a bit to get to restaurants or shopping! October is considered hurricane month so a lot of restaurants were closed! We did not see many people on the beach and it was very quiet and relaxing! Our taxi driver was the best and even stopped at the grocery store on the way to the Venetian! Overall it was a great and relaxing family vacation!

The property was great! Roomy for 5 of us and the view was perfect. Ground floor with walk straight out to beautiful grace bay beach. No crowds or loud music on the beach. The crowds were down the beach maybe a 1/4 mile and I never noticed them. Each day the crew cleaned and prepped the beach and umbrella. Kitchen had everything needed for meals if you wish. Easy drive to restaurants as well. We walked to cabana’s for breakfast (they are 2 properties away on the beach) and you could set up a tab for the week for the food as well as drinks on the beach. Overall no one of my favorite vacations.

My wife and I scheduled an impromptu getaway to Turks. It was the best trip we’ve taken! From the oceanfront accommodations of the Venetian to the locals who treated us like kinfolk!
The location is the best on the island in my opinion and the host was extremely accommodating!

We had the best stay at this property and will definitely be back. The pictures don't do it justice! Being on the garden floor was perfect with a toddler and both the beach and pool were just steps away! The property was spotless when we arrived.

Let's start with the absolute strongest positive (of many). Having traveled extensively in the Caribbean, Grace Bay had the longest, bluest, flatest, most temperate waters we have ever seen for three straight days. And the condo we rented was fewer than 100 feet from the beach.
We originally intended a long weekend away for four adults, one couple and two of our siblings. We purposely sought three bedrooms and, hopefully, as many bathrooms. The goal - total chill as the world emerged from Covid. Our decision to go to Turks and Caicos related to the proximity to the US for a long weekend and warm water. None of us had been to TCI before and we searched many potential properties. Jai's condo, #101, seemed the best choice.
It is one of 27 Venetian condos. This unit is on the ground floor with essentially a beach walk out. The hotel faces West, allowing amazing sunset views and all three bedrooms are spacious with en suite bathrooms. There is even a "guest" bathroom in the unit. The beach is incredible. Each morning we could walk for miles and hardly pass a soul - though the property was supposedly full. The Venetian is the last hotel/Villa on Grace Bay and in one direction there is tranquil privacy. The other direction takes one past the Tuscany (sister property), Ocean Club, Club Med and then to the "heart" of the bay with Seven Stars, Villa Renaissance, soon the Ritz, and others spanning the several miles of the white sand and Cerulean blue waters.
The Venetian has an upscale beach set up on a first-come, first-served basis with lounge chairs, low tables and umbrellas positioned in groups of four. For our entire stay, there were always available chairs and nothing was crowded. Powerful foot jets and on site float rafts make the beach experience excellent (more to come...).
The facility itself is gated, serene and lovely. Handsome, mature bushes, palms and flowers escort the walkways and spaces. A large pool sits central in a quad bounded by the Gate house, twin covered garage buildings (openings for vehicles on the outer side so nothing visible in the pool area), and the majestic Condo/Villa building closest to the beach. Again, the pool has lounge chairs, umbrellas and group chaise chairs. The property has bikes for guest use, a small gym, and eco-friendly filtered water stations to refill your complementary Venetian thermos.

My wife, 2 children and I stayed at this beautiful condo in March. The photos don’t do the place justice, and we were seriously impressed when we entered the unit. It is spacious, quiet, and everything inside is top-notch (the furnishings, linens, televisions, kitchen appliances, etc). The picture-perfect beach is just steps off the screened-in back patio (from where we watched the sunset each evening). When we weren’t on the beach, we were enjoying the pool. We would love to return again next year.

I just stayed here with my family. We were celebrating my son's 30th birthday. We were 5 adults, the accommodations were outstanding! There was nothing that this condo was lacking. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and pool. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed full use of the kayak and paddle boards as well as the grill on the grounds. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our family of 6 (with 2 grandparents) stayed at the Venentian Resort #101 at the beginning of April. We had a fabulous time! There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo is beautiful, quiet, inviting and clean as a whistle. Everything you need for an amazing vacation is there. There are two nice grocery stores relatively close by but you will have to drive there to get your groceries.
The pool was great. At any given time, there was, at the most, two other families in the pool. It was like having our very own swimming pool. The same for the beautiful ocean. There were some floaties for the kids which was nice. It is hard to describe how beautiful the ocean is until you see it. As noted in the description, this resort is at one end of Grace Bay making the beach very quiet; it was heavenly. It was great to have a ground level unit so we could all come and go from the ocean or pool to the condo very easily.
I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone considering going to Grace Bay. The owner was very easy to work with and the staff at the Venetian (particularly Colleen and Ornella) were very helpful and kind. We will hopefully be returning next year! It was very difficult to leave- it is truly paradise.
