We are located directly across the street from beach with a private beach access gate. The property has a large swimming pool, tennis courts and volleyball court on site. It is a 2 Bedroom condominium that sleeps 4; master bedroom has a King Bed and Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds .

One of the nicer places we have stayed in the 12 years we have been coming to Destin. Condo was well stocked and very quiet and conveniently located. Will definitely be back. Hosts were very responsive as well.

The host was beyond friendly and helpful in making sure our check in process was easy and our stay was enjoyable. They treated us with champagne and a card as we came for our honeymoon. The host called/texted with me to communicate quickly. She made sure we found our chairs and umbrella on the beach. She was very accommodating given the “ground stop”event 7/19/24. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy, clean, comfy and in a great location so you could easily walk to the beach, 3 restaurants and even an ice cream shop. It has everything you need to cook in if you prefer as well. The host is a pick to respond and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

My wife, I and our three kids just stayed here for a week at the end of May/first of June. We had zero complaints about the Condo. Everything was great about it and it had pretty much everything that was needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. There were even plenty of beach toys/chairs. We didn’t even need to bring the beach items that we brought with us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Hopefully sooner than later.

This is our 2nd time booking this place, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. We loved the convenient beach access. We also enjoyed using the beach items available to us. Lots of things to do around in the area. The rooms were clean and comfy. Lots of amenities inside for daily use. Definitely would recommend!

The place was clean, and everything was in good working order. They have essential amenities to get started or if only there a few days (i.e trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper). Owner was great to work with and easily accessible if needed. Bathroom towels, wash clothes provided. Great location and directly across from the beach access. I would definitely rent from them again!

While this property has a great location, that is honestly the only thing it has going for it. The unit has not been well maintained, and definitely not recently renovated as stated. The windows are screwed shut so you are not allowed to open them. One of two sliding glass doors was completely inoperable and the other was very difficult to open and close. The knives in the kitchen were dangerously dull. The dishwasher needed at least two cycles to get items clean. For an 11 day stay, I found I needed to provide many items that I simply ran out of including trash bags, paper goods and dish soap. Also, be aware of damaged items that you might be held accountable for later. Consider just paying the non-refundable damage deposit. I was accused of damaging the microwave, which I adamantly denied and believe was caused by typical wear and tear after years of use. VRBO kept money based on the owner’s claims. I had no way to prove the damage was not my fault. I hope the owner responds with pictures of the “damage” so you can judge for yourself. They are obviously looking to use damage deposits to upgrade the unit. I’d keep scrolling for other units if I were you.

This condo had plenty of parking, was in walking distance to beach and restaurants but was quiet. It was clean and had a nice outside area with comfortable chairs and a table we used when it rained. We couldn't find the beach gate code but someone (owner?) answered right away when we called.

We enjoyed our stay . The condo was very nice and host was great with replying to our questions.We were glad that the umbrella and chairs were available on the beach since we had to walk across the street and down several steps to get to the beach.

The condo was just as advertised! There was plenty of space for our needs. There was an abundance of storage and useful beach gear in their storage closet. The beds were comfortable and the place was very homey and well decorated. The location was a very convenient, short walk to the beach as well as several eateries. There was good communication for check-in and it all went smoothly! The weather was not entirely cooperative, but we still had a great time. I would definitely recommend this condo to others, especially if traveling with children and will keep it in mind if we want to travel back to Destin again!

Absolutely fantastic. The VRBO was above and beyond what we ever anticipated and the communication was great. Dina was informative and helpful. Across the street is the most beautiful beach you have ever seen and felt. Sand was incredible. We will definitely come back again

Our statin Destin was probably one of the best we have ever had. This condo comes with everything needed to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. It is a two minute walk to the beach and Suzanne & Dina were very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be booking again!

Nice high rise. Very clean. All amenities as stated in description. Beach great. Beach chair and umbrella included was a nice touch. Walk to beach across Scenic Highway 98 was short and crossing roadway was easy with low traffic and cars yielding to peds. Well stocked unit and we lacked for nothing. Furnishings very nice. We had a minor hiccup at the beginning but nothing worth mentioning bc as soon as we contacted the owners they answered and resolved the issue immediately and it was completely out of their hands. They did nothing wrong. My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary! The property was very clean and supplied with everything you could possibly need. Very quiet and everyone around was very friendly. The beach is a very short walk and when you go to the chairs and umbrella, the gentleman will come by to check your name on the list. He did that the first time and remembered us each time after. We never made it to the pool but it seemed popular. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the hosts for making it a smooth vacation!!

Clean, cute decor. Nice location in Destin. Beach access is nice, complete with chairs and umbrella, but stairs going down to beach a little difficult for aging mom. Pool was average size and amenities, but clean and not overcrowded. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Condo has a nice layout with appealing furnishings. Hosts are updating it nicely. Gulf is easily accessible and with the beach chairs that are included >> a definite plus. Location was not congested (While we were there) and quieter than some areas. Convenient for shopping and restaurants.

This beautiful apartment was comfortable and inviting for us — very clean, well-stocked, smart plugs in every room, easy/quick access to parking and the beach and restaurants. It’s located in a quiet area so no noisy neighbors or heavy traffic and yet it’s right next to some fun spots. The hosts were accommodating and easy to reach and lightning quick to respond. The unit comes with umbrellas/chair that were set out every morning for us on the beach. The whole thing felt very personalized and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The condo was awesome. Right across the street from the ocean. We were disappointed we didn't get to go parasailing. They were booked for the next 2 weeks. We did take a helicopter tour. We saw a shark, turtle and a stingray. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Dina responded very quickly to any and all questions we had. Thank you for everything.
