The Space:
This fully equipped apartment with a balcony is suitable for 6 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. At request, parents travelling with small children can reserve a baby cot and a feeding chair.
The apartment has welcoming atmosphere thanks to warm decor and comfortable furnishing. Our guests don’t have to worry about packing – all essentials are already waiting for them. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and kitchenware allows guests to prepare home-cooked meals. Additionally, guests can enjoy a breakfast or dinner on a private balcony. The apartment has also free WiFi access and a flat-screen TV (with the channels in Polish and German) in a living room.
The guest can also reserve a private parking space in the closed courtyard and not worry about parking space even in the touristic season.

The Neighborhood:
This comfortable apartment is situated near the beautiful promenade in the Seaside District of Świnoujście with lots of shopping centres and restaurants.

The apartment is situated in the best possible location for the seaside vacation – in the seaside district of Świnoujście, just 400 meters from the beautiful beach. The location provides perfect opportunity for outdoors activities in charming atmosphere – the lovely Promenade (a broadwalk along the beach coast) is just the extension of the apartament street. The green recreational area, Zdrojowy Park, is only 500 meters away from the apartment. The district has great walkability with numerous shopping outlets to fulfil daily needs, as well as many cafes and restaurants offering a wide range of fish specialties and world cuisines. The apartment building is next to the hotel with SPA&Wellness facilities. Nearby there is a bike rental in which you can rent the bike and explore the rest of Świnoujście, for example a rope park (2.2 km) or historical fortifications (1.3 km). If the temperature does not encourage outdoor sea adventures, you can visit the Baltic Park waterpark, which is just 7-minutes by foot away from the apartment.
