Cette établissement est très bien situé pour vivre une parenthèse exceptionnelle au Spitzkoppe
Le manque de choix au petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du niveau du lodge

The location is magnificent, the lodge is super comfortable.
All was excellent.

As good as it get! A perfect score.
Nothing.

Very special surrounding, huge rock mountain out of nowhere, the bike tour to visit Bushman rock art and sunrise hike are amazing. Stay in the lodge is not cheap but is worth for sure.

The lodge is located in a magical place. The tent was very comfortable, bed was huge event for two adults and child. View from the room and from the pool is spectacular. You can see zebras from the room. The pool was nice. Breakfast was delicious.
You can make a self-hiking trip in the area, just ask on the reception.
Dinner was average but tasty.
4.5
Amazing location, nicely incorporated within the Spitzkoppe rocks formations, nice small swimming pool. Great breakfast and dinner. Nice rooms all separated. Friendly staff.
No airco, very loud mobile fan in the room.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious chalet, very beautiful nature all around
staff need more training. although they are friendly it is more a act then true warmth.

Amazing scenery, awesome staff!
Time there was too short

it’s location is superb. The main lodge and and facilities are separate areas to the chalets and a buggy transport is available between the two - its a 5-10 minute walk between the two.
The views from the chalets are fantastic and good for sunrise. The cats themselves are well equipped but do not have TV or Wi-Fi or air conditioning - this is not needed as there is a natural flow of air through the floors and netted windows
Do take the evening guided drive for superb views of rock art and especially the natural arch in the evening light.
slow Wi-Fi

the location was great
the room itself is nice, except that there is no air conditioning
the staff was not very professional
breakfast was far from good
the value for money is very poor

Breakfast and dinner good and fresh. Waiters friendly and helpful. Location of lodge is excellent. The sun downer area on the rocks was well planned and the snacks a nice touch.
A sun filter blind could maybe be installed in the dining room. At a certain time of day and year the sun is a big problem. Also no airconditioning to help against this problem.

Incredible location and views, private lodge area so tranquil and no sound or view of other tourist locations, beautiful room and facilities, great power shower despite being in the middle of the desert, stunning views from by the pool especially at sunset, fantastic food especially from the headchef who we found out was doing a competition for best chef in Namibia!
Great that you can organise tours from the lodge - we went on the sunset tour with Anna. We loved the tour and Anna was great - very fun and knowledgeable!
Internet was patchy in the main area but can’t complain too much as it was in the middle of the desert!

Spitzkoppen Lodge is in a class of its own, not only because of the superb accommodation, fine dining experience (even breakfast) and professional staff. From the moment you are welcomed and assisted to unpack by the ever friendly and helpful staff, till the regretful morning that you have to leave, you are surrounded by an immersed in majestic rock formations, no matter what you do. From seeing the sun rise from your comfortable and clean chalet, to breakfast, hiking around the area, enjoying sundowners with amazing sunsets around the pool or after a game drive, keep your camera ready, there is a surprise waiting around every corner.
Lack of WiFI in chalets not ideal, but no different to what we experienced in other remote areas of Namibia.

Amazing, very spectacular place in a breathtaking environment. The staff is super friendly and even helped us fixing our broken tyre (Thanks Budda :-))
We had the best food here during our 2 weeks Namibia trip. This place was my holiday highlight.
A bit overpriced maybe, but I would come again.
It‘s windy and cold at night in the lodges. We didn‘t mind as it was cozy but we can imagine that other guests won‘t like it.

This lodge is amazing. Very welcoming, absolutely beautiful. The bungalows are very modern, well equipped and clean. We would hVe loved to stay longer.
This is just a small point bc we have absolutely nothing else to complain. We thought the piano music during dinner was a bit out of place. Some african music would make the feel more authentic.
