About this apartment rental
While vacationing in Grand Cayman, enjoy an exquisite panoramic view of the world famous Seven Mile Beach from the Lanai of Unit #32. From a distance, you can watch the cruise ships dock in Georgetown each morning and evenings can be spent gazing as the sun slowly sets over the magnificent Caribbean Sea. The entire unit was renovated a few years ago with beautiful granite, new modern bathrooms and all new furniture and beds. The condo is decorated in a tropical beach style with your comfort and relaxation in mind.
There are 3 “Smart” flat screen televisions …a 60” TV in the Living Area, a 40” TV in the Master Bedroom and a 32” TV in the Second Bedroom. Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected. The unit sleeps 7 comfortably …the Master Bedroom has a upholstered King Bed, the Second Bedroom has both a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed, and the sofa in the Living Area pulls out to be a Queen Bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the amenities of a modern kitchen. There is a Washer/Dryer in the unit for added convenience. Snorkeling equipment in a variety of sizes from child to adult is available in the condo. Come to Discovery Point Unit #32 and find your Caribbean oasis.

Awesome place to stay! Had everything we needed and staff at Discovery Point is great too. We enjoyed the beach but also the pool and hot tub. While we were there it was very quiet with very few on the beach. It felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. Plenty of beach chairs cabanas and umbrellas.

We loved our week at this property! The location was perfect- close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The beach was great- plenty of seats available every day. Easy check in and check out. Everyone was very friendly. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies plus various snorkeling and beach gear to use. We can’t wait to visit Cayman again!

This condo was a perfect location. We rented a car so made it easy to move around on the island. Was 15 minutes or less from anywhere you wanted to go. Literally 2 minutes from the nearest grocery store. It was well stocked with everything from snorkels, high chest to kitchen necessities. Beds were comfortable. If we needed anything, the front desk was very accommodating. In fact, we were coming in right after Hurricane Beryl hit the Caymans. The host, Christina and condo Mgr, Ms Ollie, were great with updating us and answering any questions we may have had. Highly recommend! Will be back!

The property was amazing, comfortable beds, updated furnishings & appliances. Everything you need is there! The location is fabulous. It's right on the beach. Just walk outside and be at one of the most beautiful beaches on Grand Cayman.

The condo was amazing- plenty of room for 2 parents and 3 adult kids. Balcony is large with comfortable seating, with magnificent ocean views. To have breakfast out there every morning was heavenly! To listen to the waves at night was so relaxing. The condo was well equipped- appreciate use of the snorkel gear, cooler, lovely fruit gift basket on arrival. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Daily maid service was a very nice treat! Pickle ball court right on site with equipment avaialble for use- had so much fun! Location is perfect, snorkeling was great right outside the condo. Quieter area of Seven Mile beach, always chairs available, plenty of shade, great hot tub- nice place to meet other guests staying at the resort. Will definitely be back!

We SO enjoyed our stay in Grand Cayman and particularly were very pleased with #32 at Discovery Point Club! The unit was clean and comfortable and contained EVERYTHING we needed to cook meals, etc! The view from the patio was amazing and we spent a lot of time there when we weren’t out on the beach which was NEVER too crowded—no need to “reserve” beach chairs/cabanas with your towels in the morning bc there is always plenty of seating and shade. We rented a car which is a must for this location unless you don’t plan to leave the property. All Star car rentals were great to work with and reasonably priced. Fosters grocery is just up the road. We were given a lovely basket of refreshing fruit our first day—a nice touch! Though we tried to clean up after ourselves, it was nice to know housekeeping was coming behind us and getting what we missed as well as refreshing our towels, etc. When we arrived there had been a nasty storm 3 days prior and there was a bit of beach erosion which exposed a lot of rocks and caused there to be a significant “drop” on the beach to reach the water. By day 3 that had filled back in with the waves and tide. Beach entry is a bit rocky but a soft entry can be found by walking a bit to the south by the yellow umbrellas. We enjoyed snorkeling right off our beach. We did walk to Cemetery Beach to snorkel one day but I didn’t find it to be that much better than ours. May be time to replace snorkel gear. We had to rent. Beach chicken added to charm.

This condo was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 adults. The kitchen was beyond stocked and one of the best parts of the condo! It is also very clean. The property managers/staff/housekeeping were friendly and professional. There were books, games, movies, snorkeling equipment, all available for use. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept. Location was close to George Town by car. Thanks for a great stay on the island!

This is my second stay at Discovery Point. Again, it didn’t disappoint! Our adult children, my husband and I had a great stay. This unit is well stocked, clean and organized. The beach, pool and staff are knowledgeable and very helpful! Snorkeling was wonderful right from the beach! We will be back again.

We loved our stay at Discovery Point Club. The owners were great to work with and the local staff was amazing and very friendly. Our family of 5 loved our unit and had plenty of space. The neighborhood was quiet and more peaceful than down at seven mile beach. We loved our stay and hope to go back again.

These beautiful condos are right on the most pristine beach for snorkeling, floating, swimming, and lounging. The property staff was attentive, kind, and helpful. They have pickleball/tennis courts, a beautiful pool, and basketball.
The layout of the unit is spectacular and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly.
We will for sure frequent this property and beautiful island again.

My family of 4 could not have been more pleased. If you want a place with beautiful water, friendly people and a relaxing, quiet area but still close to a grocery store, liquor store and great restaurants this is the place. Snorkeling is amazing and steps from your condo. Very clean and everything we needed was available. Housekeeping and Dr J were very attentive. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Our host was great about answering all of our questions prior to our visit. The unit was clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The beach was perfect. We had no trouble finding chairs in the shade to relax throughout our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool area as a break from the beach. Overall a fantastic vacation!

This condo exceeded our expectatations. It is a very clean and well stocked cozy home. The location is the best Grand Cayman can offer, the beautiful sandy beach is wide and not rocky compared with other locations. The management and cleaning staff are friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay and cant wait to return.

Every need was met with this condo. The beach was fantastic. Chairs that you could sit in while the water kept you cool. Beach loungers were plentiful. Loved having a bluetooth speaker in our condo to take to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping was so attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay and the yummy fruit basket. We ate all of it! :-)

We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Dr. J, who works on the property is very helpful and so full of joy and laughter!!! Theresa and her Aunt Ila were super sweet and did an amazing job of making sure the condo is kept tidy and clean throughout the week! The view from our balcony was incredible! The condo had everything you could possibly need!

We’ve stayed in a lot of condos and this one was one of the best. The daily maid service is over the top, but much appreciated with the Sandy location. Kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of and the location does not get better.

I have no complaints. The condo was beautiful, clean and right on the beach. Cleaning ladies came in every day which was glorious because you usually don't get that in a condo. The beach was extremely quiet and this was during spring break! The beach in front was absolutely beautiful. We received a fruit basket at the condo which was a nice touch. The property manager, Ollie, was helpful and gave us great recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This was our first time visiting, and we were beyond impressed. We can't wait to come back again. Everything was so convenient, beautiful and clean. We were steps from the beach and were able to customize our days depending on what our family wanted to do that day. Christina and the staff were so accommodating. They helped us with any questions, we had, offered great recommendations and were delightful to interact with. We can't wait to visit again!

Discovery Point Club is in an ideal location. Separate from the large hotels with a quiet beach and great pool, but close enough that we easily walked for Jet-Skiing and spa. Close to Fosters and the yacht club - don’t miss Captain Clinton’s tour to Stingray city! Daily cleaning, spacious and comfortable condo, and beautiful and well-maintained facilities made our stay truly wonderful. Plus, the kindness of the staff can’t be beat!

Great location and lovely people. Quite amazed when we walked in. Everything you would need for your vacation was in this villa - from movies to novels. Kitchen was well stocked with all utensils that we needed. Comfortable bed with private baths. We rented a car which was parked right next to our villa, which was great! All in All a great place to chill and have fun with all the essentials that one would need while on vacation. We also met 'The Coconut Man' himself. Got some refreshing coconut water and had some good laughs with him - Big up Dr. J!

I wholeheartedly recommend this property. We had a heavenly week and wished we could stay longer. The home is fully equipped and very comfortable. The beach directly in front of the property could not be more beautiful. The on site manager and housekeepers go out of their way to be friendly and kind. Truly a special place.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Discovery Point. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway.
Jerane was the ambassador of island life. His laughter made us smile and his helpfulness was second to none. He and the staff even remembered my husbands birthday and shared a cake with us to celebrate! Jerane said that on the island they show you they care, they don’t just say it.

Our children described this trip as the "best vacation ever". I am not sure parents of a 13 and 11 year old could ask for more...
The location was perfect; along with the beach, pool, staff on site, and accommodations. We had a turtle make her way up on the beach and lay eggs one night. Also, while relaxing in the ocean one afternoon a massive Stingray swam right between me and my wife. It is important to mention that this section of beach is not only beautiful, but perfectly located away from the cruise ship day-trippers. We made it a point to book all of our excursions when no cruise ships were in port. Last, every meal we had out was very good to excellent. The condo unit had everything we needed and really felt like our home away from home. We will absolutely be back and look forward to our next stay at the Discovery Point Club!
