This fabulous, spacious, elegantly decorated and furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in the luxurious, upscale Anderson Ocean Club and Spa by Hilton enjoys breathtaking direct, unobstructed oceanfront views. Fully renovated in 2021, the condo is kept in immaculate condition, and features a beautiful, high-end kitchen with luxury granite counters, three generously proportioned bedrooms, and an upgraded living-dining area that opens out onto a spacious balcony with spectacular ocean views.

The master bedroom features a luxuriously appointed king sized bed with pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count luxury pure bamboo linens. This bedroom has a built-in closet, comfortable armchair, a luggage bench, and a dresser with a flat screen 55" smart TV. The en-suite master bathroom has a tub shower combo, vanity with granite counter, and WC. There is also a built-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of extra thick and fluffy luxury towels.
The second bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, both also fitted with luxurious 600 thread-count bamboo sheets, a tall dresser with 55" flat screen smart TV, built-in closet, luggage bench and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a full sized bed, a dresser with 42" flat screen smart TV, a luggage bench and en-suite bathroom.
The unit is also fully equipped with a stacked full-size laundry for guest convenience.
The kitchen features gorgeous cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, full size modern appliances and comes fully stocked with every convenience a cook could want, including a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, cooking equipment, tableware, and flatware. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view through the main living/dining area.
The main living/dining area is spacious and luxuriously furnished with a 6-seater dining table, twin-sized sleeper-sofa with an extra thick, super comfy mattress, 2 high-quality armchairs, ottoman (stores bedding for the sleeper and also provides extra seating) and TV cabinet containing a huge 75" paper-thin smart TV for your entertainment. Upgraded wireless internet is also accessible throughout the condo for your convenience. The living room opens to a large balcony with uninterrupted oceanfront views and a seating area equipped with chairs and coffee tables. The condo is high enough up to enjoy total privacy, and avoid noise from the pool during the summer.

Very clean and in good location. My son and his fiancé were married on the beach while we were there. Would and will recommend it to others. The lights in the first bedroom did not work well. That was the only issue we experienced.

Right on the beach can’t beat the location. Close to everything. The facility was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the nicer complexes in the area. Room was as described. Very nice clean three bedroom that has been kept up very nicely. Comfy beds. Only negatives were the light switches have been modified with ceiling fans and remotes that end up working on lights in several rooms (so we would hit the remote button in one room and it would turn lights on or off in our room and sometimes one of the other bedrooms). Water pressure was great, ( almost too much. The middle bedroom’s attached bath was so strong my son couldn’t shower in it). We could tell it wasn’t just us, the sink cabinet next to the tub has some wood that has been rotting from the moisture. But overall a comfy and homey room that we were very happy with.

A beautiful property that is well maintained, comfortable, and met all of our large group’s needs. Check in was seamless and simple, and the location is central to everywhere we were going. Even better, we booked for the Myrtle Beach Marathon weekend and had a front row viewing of the race on Ocean Blvd. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I would recommend to anyone considering g booking this property.

Multiple emails prior to the day of check in were NEVER responded to. The day of check in we were told we could check in early, however, there was zero communication as to early check in process. We finally located the check in code approximately 30-40 minutes prior to normal check in time, however, the code did not open door. Multiple attempts by us and the Valet staff were without success.
When we finally recieved a response from the Manager, to which she blamed the inability to open the door on us (the client). She stated WE had entered the incorrect code some outlandish number of times which was completely not correct. We each had the correct code embellished into our memorey.
The Manager had given us the local maintenace man's telephone number. We called it multiple times and on each call, the message stated the phone number was not a working number.
At approximately 6:20 pm the maintenance man came by and ANNOUNCED TO US THAT THE ENTIRE PROBLEM WAS THE BATTERIES THAT OPERATED THE DOOR SYSTEM WERE DEAD and needed to be changed. Once changed, the door operated perfectly.
The entire process was extremely frustrating and an insult. The fact, we were told by the Manager that we were the PROBLEM by entering the incorrect code some ungodly number of times combined with the lack of communication and the late checkin with no ability to contact the onsite maintenance personnel, we arent certain that we will ever use vrbo again.

Loved our stay this week! Everything was just like Ms Louise described. Fully stocked kitchen…..nice decor and plenty of room for our 8 guests. The view is gorgeous! Everyone at the resort was super friendly! The only thing that we were disappointed in was the putt putt golf across the street (free til 7 ) was not open while we were there. But other than that excellent stay. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend it.

Several of my friends and I were on a Golf outing with several others. We attend this Golf outing each year. Last year we stayed at the Margate VRBO 10 miles North. We had more than enough room and and excellent view of the beach from that location. Unable to secure same VRBO this year, so searched for a VRBO similar on line, This VRBO appeared in our search, looked at the on-oline pictures and appeared similar. We had 6 golfers in our party, and were looking for seperate Beds for each Golfer. The decription of the property said it slept 8 people. And I am sure it did but 4 of our adult golfers had to share a bed. A little uncomfortable for strangers to do that. Did not specifically state the couch had to be rolled out to sleep additional people. Again, not very comfortable for individual golfers. It appears this may be a good property for a 'family' environment. Parents with children. But not for 6 adult golfers that would need privacy. Also at the last VRBO we stayed at last year, there was a notebook on the table that gave instructions on how to use the TV's in the VRBO, and a quick reference book on where the other attactions may be in this area. The parking for this VRBO is located 2 blocks from the unit, and is far from the facility. Not very convienent for adults that are golfing in the early mornings. . Also did not know this area was in a different town from N. Mrytle Beach and there were specific rules that the town imposed on this property. There were no lights allowed on the balcony where one could sit out at night and view the ocean front. . We felt these rules and other things such as parking should have been explained to our party before we booked the reservation. We will not be back next year to this location, we will look for another property closer to N. Mrytle Beach where we normally stay with our other group.

This Hotel/resort was so nice, clean, and conveniently located to just about anything you could want to do in Myrtle. Particularly the beach!!! It was big, spacious, comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities you could need/want. Let’s not forget, beach front property!!! It is my absolute hope to be able to rent this or a similar property again in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience and memories. I could not have asked for more!

We were stunned when we entered the condo - beautiful. The beach and ocean view were breathtaking. We watched the full moon and morning sunrise each day. Everything was updated, very modern. It was fully equipped and very spacious. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Excellent Location and Great Property
The property was as described, but lived larger that it looks. My wife, son (14), and I spent the week here and never felt cramped or crowded. We spent everyday at the resort or the beach which was only steps away. The pool was never crowded and we always found an nice spot in the shade to just relax on the beach chairs.

The process to rent property and communication with management were very good. Quick response to issues and resolution of issues. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and for many years but not at this unit. We were disappointed that the unit had not been upgraded at all. Furnishings looked original to unit when opened many many years ago. The unit wasn’t clean. I tried to wash the shower and we even bought cleaning products. There was hair on the shower wall and the shower curtain was very moldy Also the commode seat was broken and moved. These are things you notice not only when using them, but also when cleaning them. Why wouldn’t they be fixed if found while cleaning? U less they weren’t really cleaned. There was no room in the closet to hang anything until we took beach chairs and wagon out. We put chairs on deck and left wagon in dining room area. The chairs and wagon were new and very nice. Didn’t use chairs but wagon came in handy. Realizing the unit was 1 BR we understood lack of storage for these things. Can’t say enough good about management and response to things that needed repair. They responded instantly to my issues and they were corrected quickly. The hotel could use a facelift. Our beach area was awesome and because we came before Memorial Day there was no crowding on the Beach. We had a nice stay and saw friends who now live there which was awesome.
