The amenities you provided were fabulous and welcoming. You created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making the visit extra relaxing....the star-filled nights were dazzling. You bring enjoyment to all souls who have been lucky enough to accept your hospitality. Thanks so much for letting us rent your lovely home. We adored every minute and hope to return."

We had a wonderful week relaxing at the Apple Pie cabin — watching the tide, walking the beach, and cooking great meals together with family and friends. We found the kitchen well appointed and the pans were in great condition. The bedrooms were clean and cozy, and we were glad of the extra towels for dusting off sand.
The cabin was reasonably easy to babyproof, with the exception of the gate to the stairs. The bungee cord worked well as a latch for the first few days, but our 12 mo kiddo had figured it out by the end of the week. Perhaps consider keeping a u-latch as a backup measure?
Ps. The afternoon sun is truly brutal in terms of heating the house. We found the wood slat blinds in the bedrooms were not nearly as effective as the cloth ones in the living room for blocking out the light and heat. Perhaps consider replacing the downstairs blinds?

We loved this vrbo and will be back again!

The beach cabin was a wonderful place with a view that was to die for. I honestly never wanted to leave. Fresh air, rain, time with family, beach walks everyday. My heart was happy!

Our third time here was charming. This beach home has everything: sheets of windows with an astounding view of the Netarts Bay and ocean, direct access to the beach from a path down, deck off the main floor kitchen, a primary king suite with bathroom, additional queen, two more baths, laundry, quiet neighborhood, and more. Super cozy getaway, highly recommended.

This was our third stay and each time seems to get better. Comfortable beds and furniture, amazing floor to ceiling ocean views, short path down to the beach, well stocked kitchen. We look forward to our next visit!

We’ve had an amazing, peaceful time just enjoying the astonishing view, walking on the beach, and enjoying meals on the lanai. Comfortable bed and couches for lounging.

The house was super cute. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were down stairs and the loft was up stairs. The main floor bathroom was small so if you are claustrophobic definitely not for you.
The main living area had a million dollar view of the bay! We had no obstructions in our view like other houses around us which was super great. Watching the sunsets were amazing at night and watching the morning birds and men catch clams on the bay was fun! Getting down to the bay wasn't super hard but it definitely a little bit of a climb back up. But while we were on the beach with the tide out we were able to find many many shells! Some of them very large and not broken at all. I knew going in this house had stairs but I didn't realize how steep they were so that would be my only issue.
Check in and check out was easy! And Patricia and I talked a few times and she was amazing!

This was our second time here and we will be coming again! The home is located close to where the bay meets the ocean. Very entertaining to watch the clammers and crabbers, boaters and wildlife. The home provided binoculars and we saw 19 sunbathing seals, two with babies. We also witnessed two bald eagles chase and take down a sea bird.
The two downstairs bedrooms have full on views of the bay/ocean. My dog would not attempt the spiral staircase but quickly learned to go around to the lower level door.
The kitchen is WELL stocked and easy to use.
Its a zigzag trail to the bay below the house. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
Our host was accessible and accommodating. Its a perfect place for maybe 4 or 5 people. I'd be comfortable coming here alone.

House was just as described. We loved the location, with easy access to the beach and a very quite neighborhood to enjoy on walks. Tillamook was a short drive and we also enjoyed a few other towns along the coast. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable (and what a view!). The stairs are steep - our dog wasn't a fan. :) But there is outside access to the downstairs bedrooms if you don't want to use the spiral staircase. The Netarts Bay is lovely and remained uncrowded even on Memorial Day weekend (when other towns were overrun).

The view was what hooked me. Loved being on the coast, the location allowed us to go both North and South to explore. Sitting ok the deck watching the sunset was a nightly occurrence, with a glass of OR wine. In the morning, watching the clammers/crabbers was fun. Everything was as it was described in the listing. Patricia was helpful and reached out to answer any questions we had and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. Go and enjoy Oregon, especially the coast and the Willamette valley.

A nice well designed cabin that takes advantage of its amazing views. No wasted space. This place is very efficient and full of PNW charm. Lucked out and had a couple amazing sunsets.

Just what we needed! Wonderful location, on a quiet road perfect to take a walk on. Easy access to the beach, walkable to Schooner's, master bedroom was very comfortable, I used the extra room as a yoga room. Very home-y! We used the fireplace all 5 nights we were there, the ambiance was beautiful! Didn't rate 5 on cleanliness, but hey, it's a beach house! Cannot wait to come back next year - wish we could have stayed a week!

We had a great Xmas! Power out for 1 stormy evening. The beach was beautiful and our dog had a blast! Perfect vacation place!

We enjoyed our stay in Netarts so much. The view-and the daily show by the bald eagles, seagulls, buffleheads, and seals- was our favorite part. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary at this cabin with our son and his wife and dog. It rained the entire weekend and was fairly chilly, but it just didn't matter. We unplugged and spent Thursday through Sunday relaxing, talking, playing games, reading, cooking and putting puzzles together. We enjoyed the fireplace and the views. We saw seals, eagles, pelicans and many other birds from the comfort of the cabin. The beach was perfect for walking during the short periods of light/no rain. The cabin was clean and had all of the necessities plus extras. If you're looking for quiet and relaxing, this is the place. Not recommended for small children or people with mobility issues.

We loved the cabin and all of the Beaches to roam around Netarts. Relax and enjoy the stay. Lots of scenery to enjoy.
Thank you to our hosts that had answers to our questions on the area and what the fishermen are up to at night time.

We had no idea how amazing this house and its location were until we walked in the door. The view was incredible. The furniture and bed were so comfortable. And, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and more. Just watching the fishermen and crabbers was fascinating in itself. This place is truly a gem.
Thank you so much Patricia!

This place was great fun for a couple of people. Not much extra sleeping options. Musty smell in the downstairs hallway. Not reccomended for people with mobility issues as the bedrooms are down the spiral staircase. Overall it was a fun place to stay for a few days.

Beautiful location. Well equipped house. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Saw golden eagles, bald eagles and seals from our windows.

The house was wonderful. Excellent views, well stocked and convenient to many outdoor activities. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. When we make it back to the Oregon coast we will definitely stay again.

We skipped the last night and came home a day early because we needed to take a shower at home. Between the ants running around, a toilet plunger left in our shower, human and pet hair on all surfaces, bedding and furniture; the toilets not working, and sticky surfaces everywhere, food in utensil holder of dishwasher…I could go on. We used our own paper plates and disposable silverware due to ant problem and overall uncleanliness. Master bath trash wasn’t even emptied!
Great view, and house was stocked with Essential items.
I am not happy that I got charged cleaning fees for an unclean place, and I didn’t even get to use my last night. A refund would be appropriate for some or all of my stay.
I hope you do not take offense; but rather, action to improve the quality of this rental property for future tenants. Thank you,
Dan
