About this apartment rental
Located around the back of the house down the paver walkway to an inviting outdoor living space with lounge chairs, dining, and grill. Enter into a sleeping area with an upholstered chair, queen size bed, and internet TV with WiFi. Bathroom with step-in Shower. Eat-in Kitchen with standard-size stove with oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Tile floor and rugs throughout, in-wall AC Unit, closet, and pantry storage.(No Laundry Machines)
One block from the beach directly East of Lido Beach Resort which has three Restaurants. Directly down Garfield Dr. Is a public beach and pool. Five minutes walk you are in St Armand Circle, two miles, and over the bridge is Marina Jack's and Downtown Sarasota.
Note: We welcome your pets with a fee. We will know if you bring them.

Great little property. Perfect for a couple. The hosts provided great communication and details. We also really loved the little backyard. The little electric torches around the patio were a nice touch. It is a perfect location. One block away from Lido Beach and about a 10-minute walk to St. Armand circle. It was clean, quiet and has everything you need for a nice getaway including a full kitchen. We will definitely consider returning when we come back to the area.

This is a cozy studio with everything you will need to feel at home. There is a great outdoor patio area for extended living space. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful and informative. It is only 2 short blocks to walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking around the shops and restaurants in St Armand’s Circle. I’d love to stay here again.

Property had great location, 5 minute drive to restaurants and beach.
Ac cooled room very well.
Outdoor patio bqq area is nice however were not able to use due to heat in summer months.
Kitchen is very functional however, it currently need vents installed in the top area of the seperating wall in order to allow cool air from ac to enter into this hot area even though it has a ceiling fan.
Shower opening dimensions needs to be opened or widened a minimum of 4 to 6 inches on each side ( spacing is readily available )in order to allow large size adults easy entry / egress.
Also please consider moving the bed 6 or 8 inches further away from wall by eliminating or relocating small end table in order to allow easier access to bed.
Providing a wall mounted for guests would be welcomed which can easily be achieved by relocating existing dresser cabinet to another wall and table for suitcases swapped.
Despite the minor inconvient deficiencies existing we would stay again in the future.

It’s mud season in the high rockies. My family lives in Sarasota and I needed the beach. This location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and walking with my dog. It was very comfortable with everything I needed and even thoughtful things only a dog owner would provide. It’s my new Gramma Getaway. Camille is charming and attentive.

This property is as advertised. It is very close to the beach, which was not crowded. It is also within walking distance to St. Armand’s circle. The neighborhood is very quiet and the everything in the unit was in great shape. The private courtyard is a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing week on Lido Key. The location was close to the beautiful white beach. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the gated outside space. We brought our dog this trip, enjoying long walks and several pet friendly restaurants. We look forward to coming back again.

This is an adorable attached bungalow in a beautiful neighborhood one block from lovely Lido Beach. Perfect private accommodation for a single person or a couple. Just down the street from St. Armand’s Circle. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating, and very knowledgeable of the area. Would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent time at Lido Beach
We had a great week in Lido Key. The neighborhood is wonderful. The short walk to St. Armands Circle was nice. The unit itself was exactly as described. The back yard patio was very nice. We had our pup with us and it was wonderful to relax in the back knowing it was enclosed. The beach was a short walk with bathrooms, food, and drinks available. There was a very nice dog park on Longboat Key.

There is so much to enjoy in this cozy “studio”. The linens and towels are top notch! The kitchen is really well appointed and spacious. Numerous stash spots so you can spread out, without tripping over your luggage, and, a very comfortable private patio!!!

Wonderful Adult Getaway
My husband and I really enjoyed our week here. This unit was very clean and we had everything we could need for our stay. The space is perfect for 2 people. We brought our dog as well and she enjoyed the backyard space to lounge around in. The location can’t be beat! Beach is only a couple blocks away and a nice 10 min. walk to all the shops and restaurants. If we ever get a chance to visit, without the kids, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Looking forward to our next visit to the Lido beach area!

Perfect relaxing getaway
My husband and I had a very nice stay at this lovely property while we were in town to elope on Lido Beach. It was the perfect size for the two of us and our French Bulldog. Very clean, quiet and private. We loved having our own back entrance with a private backyard area, and enjoyed sitting outside each night. Location is amazing and so nice to walk to both the beach and St Armand Circle. We will definitely be back again!

Unspoken!
We are so grateful to the Lord for this vacation! It was a "mistake" that the property became available right when we needed it. The Christian band, "Unspoken", was slated to perform at Lido and were to use the place to refresh themselves. For some reason of the Lord's, we were able to be here and to enjoy one of our favorite bands which, through many miracles Camille and Lou had brought to the Key.
The property is cozy, clean, close to the beach and St. Armond's circle. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and quiet we needed. 5 stars!! Come and relax. You'll be glad you did.

Peaceful retreat
This property is amazing! It’s proximity to both the beach and restaurants/shops is exceptional!
The beach is a 3 minute walk (ignore maps it will tell you otherwise) - a beach cart, chairs and umbrella are provided and boy are they soooo handy.
The outdoor space is quiet and relaxing at all hours. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well.
Lodi is a stunning place, you will feel like you’re in another world. The singular con that existed for my fiancé and I was the lack of uber/lyft, the rides are hard to come by so not having a car is out of the question. There aren’t any markets/convenience stores within walking distance so make sure you keep that in mind and I recommend going by a supermarket before going into Lido.
Overall the space was excellent and really exceeded our expectations!!

Lido Beach area
Well appointed ‘pied a terre’ in super location of LIdo near St. Armands Circle. If you’re okay with small, this is a very good property with everything you could want. My hubby & I stayed here with our large dog but we’re pretty good at maneuvering around each other so the smallness wasn’t an issue. It may be rough if we stayed did a long-term stay - but a few days was good. The gated yard made it nice with our pooch. We used the Trek bikes to ride a few blocks to the beach & that was very nice. I’d say its best for a single...and a very good deal.

Great getaway for two
This rental met our needs quite well. It is a short 5 minute walk to a nice beach. While this is an apartment at the owners home, we felt like we had total privacy. We even had our own private patio to enjoy the Florida sun while having breakfast. The owners were helpful in pointing out the best walk to the beach. This walk as a short 5 minutes which was very convenient. St Armands Circle is also a short walk from the rental. The rental had a well equipped kitchen that meets the needs of two people very well. We only had three nights here but this would also have suited us for a full week. We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.
