This newly remodeled and newly furnished 1500 sq.-ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with sparkling pool is centrally located near the downtown section of town. It is very close to restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores, shops, bowling, beach, London Bridge, marina, boat ramps, banks, post office, churches, hospital, doctor offices and the golf course.

We welcome you into a home with an open and inviting floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen has new countertops and bar seating. You will find everything you need to feel at home here: coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, electric griddle, utensils, and serviceware for a large family. The dining room comfortably seats 7 and the kitchen dining area seats 5. Garage parking is included and there is plenty of room to park your RV and your boat. A finished wall and gating surrounds the property for privacy all around.

The spacious living room has seating for the whole family to watch or play on the 50” flat-screen TV. The family room has seating for 4 just around the corner.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 32” flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private bath, and lighted ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, lighted ceiling fan, and view of the pool.

Bedroom 3 has a full bed, DVD-TV, lighted ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.

****House comfortably sleeps 6-10 people, utilizing 3 beds, sectional couch or air mattresses****

Outside, the covered patio has a table and six chairs overlooking the pool with six additional chairs for seating around the pool. A propane grill is available for your grilling pleasure.

The laundry area is complete with washer and dryer, ironing board, and cleaning items.

There is DISH TV throughout and Internet.

For our first snowbird winter in Lake Havasu City, we found a great place to call home. Tom is an excellent host, sending information in timely manner for check-in, replying to all of our questions within minutes, quickly resolving the few minor items that came up, and respecting our privacy by alerting us to scheduled service work. Everything in the home was in excellent working condition and it was well-stocked with the essentials as well as many extras not often found in vacation rentals. It was easy to get to all the places we liked to frequent and we met so many friendly folks. Others remarked about the traffic noise and it is quite loud at times, being located on a main thoroughfare a couple blocks from the fire station with sirens as well as loud ATV, motorbike, diesel trucks stopping and accelerating at the 4-way stop. If you can’t tolerate this, look further. For us, it didn’t offset all the pluses nearly enough to ding the 5-star rating it deserves.

Had a great time. No issues for me on my trip, enjoyed my time. As mentioned on other reviews noisy intersection was noticeable, but not a factor for me on my stay. The location was worth it. Location was close to everything needed.

Tom was such an amazing host! As soon as it got close to our trip, he reached out with all of the details and asked if we had any questions. It's always so welcoming when you know you can communicate with someone who will respond in case you need anything! The house was in the middle of Havasu, so close to everything. The house was so cute and remodeled and everything was spotless. Anything you could ever imagine needing was already in the house (which was really nice to have). The layout was very spacious and felt even bigger than the pictures looked! The pool was nice because I think it was only maybe 4ft deep throughout, so you could stand and hangout in the water. Everything was perfect from the host, to the location to the actual house. Also, plenty of parking!

The host and the home were great, along with the central location to everything. We brought our Polaris Ranger and was able to easily access the trails. Would love to have the pool be heated, maybe by the next time we return to Lake Havasu. The stay was great, the only drawback was, the traffic. It is at a busy intersection, and it is busy all the time.

What a great home. We are prior VRBO owners and Tom did an amazing job. This home has everything you could NEED or WANT. Very clean, well stocked and ready for you to travel. I messed up my reservation, contacted Tom and he fixed things for me immediately. Would highly recommend.

This property was perfect for 10 of us. The house had a binder guiding us through checkin and checkout processes. Perfect location close to havasu marina and London bridge. House was very clean. Plenty of parking for a couple boats and cars. Would love to come back! Thanks Tom!

This house is more spacious and attractive than it appeared in the listing. It was very clean; the host was friendly and responsive; and all the in-home instructions were clear. We had three couples (in town for a wedding), and we were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that the house is on a major, busy street. Two of the three bedrooms face the street, so there is a fair amount of traffic noise.

Tom was great. Everything was exactly as expected! We went to Havasu for a memorial for a friend. This home was a perfect escape for our family after all the events that we had. We slept great and the pool was a huge hit with the 5 kids! We played bags on the covered patio and enjoyed the fully stocked appliances. There were a ton of VHS tapes which was really fun to explain to the kids too. By the end of the trip the kids were saying "Be Kind, Rewind!" LOL Thank you Tom for opening up your home to our family and we will definitely keep your home in mind next time we are in Havasu!

This year has been challenging as far as visiting family. Thank God we got to see them on this holiday. The house was amazing. It suited all our needs. Our family is quite loud when we get together, so being on a busy street was great. I worry about the neighbor's. Thank you for letting us stay in your rental. It was wonderful.

Great find in Lake Havasu. We were in town for our son's baseball tournament. Tom was very communicative and helpful. There was a plumbing issue discovered on Sunday morning and Tom made sure to take care of it right away. Also, we were able to have the boys shower after their games on Sunday afternoon before heading home. Thanks again!

We found there weren’t a ton of options for when we stayed in Lake Havasu. When we found this place we hit the jackpot! It was perfect for us. The house is clean, comfortable, and a great location from the water and the baseball fields where our boys played. Tom, the owner is the nicest man and was so easy to work with. If we are back in the area we will for sure wanna stay here again. Tom was even kind enough to extend a late checkout so our boys could shower after their games before our long drive back to Orange County.
