We like the property close to the beach, in apartment was everything we needed

Upon arrival, we (girlfriend, 2 teenage daughters, and I) were immediately relieved that everything looked as was pictured in the listing and were impressed with the size and layout of the unit, as the open living and dining areas combine with tall ceilings to give a very spacious feel throughout. The rear deck overlooks a lake that is stocked with countless Florida Softshell Turtles that will quickly swim in your direction in anticipation of being fed!
The unit was clean, the mattresses were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-supplied with appliances and utensils (including a washer and dryer) and the bathrooms were stocked with extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Being able to keep our van in the garage (and out of the Florida sun) was a luxury while the coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. in the garage were put to good use, although I have to admit we were somewhat disappointed that only 1 of the 4 adult bicycles were in working condition. Finally, the pool area was adequate, offering a nice retreat after a day on the beach.
The unit is located in the back of Lake House Circle so noise from Beach Road was never an issue. The unit is less than 2 miles from both the Siesta Village and South Village areas and directly across the street from the Siesta Beach parking lots. There is also a trolley stop located directly across from the entrance.
All things considered, I believe Michelle offers what may be the best STR value on the entire Key!

Michelle’s property was exactly as pictured online. She allowed for an early check in and the place had everything we needed (coolers, beach towels, toys, speaker, spices for cooking, etc). We would absolutely book again.

This townhome was very beautifully decorated, very clean, very high quality comfortable mattresses in bedrooms and affordable competitive price rate. Very short walk to beach. Also, I recommend this unit for anyone that likes quietness too!

This place had much more space than I was expecting. Getting inside was a breeze and Michelle was a great host. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the deck and turtles and the location is excellent! Only a couple minutes away from the village and walking distance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Literally across the street/walking distance of the best beach I’ve ever been to! Every morning I woke up to a sunrise (this unit has the best view of sunrise in entire complex) & turtles in the pond out back swim up to say hello. Open layout made for easy conversation across the unit. Easy access, parking, garage had lots of toys. Kitchen had all the gadgets. Towels galore. Siesta key village just a 5 minute drive away. I would Definitely stay again. Thank you so very much for your hospitality!!!!

This condo was gorgeous and so spacious. There is a balcony in every room which I loved! (Both bedrooms, living room, kitchen!). The trolley is conveniently located right out front, at the entrance. Michelle had everything we could have needed during our stay at the condo. My son loved seeing the turtles in the lake from the balcony. We were here while it was 90+ degrees outside everyday, so a walk that is a few minutes to the beach seemed like it took a while to get there due to the heat. The pool was very hot as well, we only went in it one time during our week stay. The drum circle takes place on the beach at the access across the street which was lovely! Michelle had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, bikes, a cooler, umbrellas, etc for us to use.

Great location, excellent accesories (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc). Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. I agree with other reviews that say its an older place (i believe built in 1981). Some normal wear and tear, but perfect for us. The cordless vacuum does need a new battery Charge, because it doesn't last long. I would definitely recommend

This is our second time to stay at Michelle’s townhome! Very clean ,well stocked and always an at home feel. Michelle is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure her guest are comfortable. I can’t wait to return to the townhome and Siesta Key, 5 star all the way,

This was our second stay at the Lakehouse. The size of the townhome was perfect for our family of five. My kids love to swim at the pool after a hot day at the beach. Located right across from the main public access and a short walk or drive to less busy beach access points and all the shops and restaurants. This will be a go to location in the future.

This property is located right across from Siesta Key Beach. They had everything you could possibly need from baby items for our granddaughter to pool toys to beach chairs and carts for taking all your things over to the beach. Great place, very clean and a great location.

I was very impressed by this condo and the owners.It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better for us. The price was great and so was our stay. We didn’t need anything extra as far as beach chairs and umbrella’s. Thank you to Michell and Michael for renting their condo to us. I will definitely stay there again if we go back.

We’ve always liked staying at OHAB when in Siesta Key. It’s a great property overall and the pool is perfect! Nice roomy lake houses with everything we needed.

Close to Siesta Key village, beach (would recommend taking car) and easy to get on/off island. Home was very comfortable but if you have trouble climbing stairs this may not be the unit for you. Loved having a garage to keep car out of Florida sun and rain. Would come back to unit again.

The property was nice enough but we paid for a unit with a queen and a king bed but were switched at the last minute to a unit with a king and twin beds. Unit was also a second story which was a problem for two older ladies hauling luggage up and down the stairs with no assistance. Had we know about these issues, we would have not chosen the unit.

The owner made check-in a breeze. The townhouse has all the amenities necessary for your stay. Your vehicle is parked inside their garage so if it rains you drive right inside and unload your car. The pool is very close by and the beach is a short walk away. You can also drive across the street to the public parking. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Michelle!

The property was roomy and clean. Well stocked pantry and cleaning supplies. It is across the street from the public beach parking lot, we found it easier to drive and park there. Townhouse is close to the pool. We loved it all.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach for most of you have small children or trouble walking it is a bit of a distance. The turtle pond was absolutely amazing. House was a perfect size and nice and clean.

Perfect place to stay for a small family in Siesta Key! The pool had a grill we were able to use, town was close to bike/drive to and the beach is very close. Michelle was a fantastic host who answered any questions. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The property was exactly as advertised with additional positives! Location was very close to the beach. Close to restaurants/shopping in Siesta Keys. Property was clean and quiet. The kitchen was pleasantly well stocked with cooking utensils and plenty of spices/supplies. Garage stocked with beach equipment (chairs,umbrella, beach toys) and plenty of beach chairs. Adjoining pool was clean and a nice change of pace from the beach.
Very happy with our stay and experience at this property.
