As The Adventure Couple, we have worked in luxury adventure travel including two decades on islands around the world. We always wanted to design and build our own luxury custom beach home. We wanted to create a unique experience blending our knowledge of the finest beach boutique resorts from countries around the world.
The home is equal parts modern luxury beach home, private relaxing retreat and aquatic adventure headquarters located on one of the finest stretches of white sand in the world.
Starting with a one of a kind architect design, we drew inspiration from luxury boutique resorts around the world and created a modern version of the traditional southern style home. The home is outfitted with fine bedding and European pillow top mattresses on all the king size beds, a unique selection of indigenous art from around the globe and award-winning underwater photography. It has a large great room with a full sized bar with 55" smart HDTV, beverage fridge and coffee bar as the centerpiece and a home theater area with a 84", 4K UHDTV.
The location of the home was carefully chosen because not all sites are equal. The home features water views from every room in the house and access to both the Gulf and Sound. It is located in a quiet location without crowds or traffic passing in front of the house. The home is crafted to take advantage of the beach and dune views and wrapped with over 1000 square feet of covered porches and a private sun deck off the grand master suite. The perfect place to relax and unwind.
OUTDOOR LIVING AND POOL AREA
Delight in covered porches, decks, outdoor dining and lounging and your private pool with privacy fence. Just like the great Southern plantation-style homes, we designed Sea Gem to be outdoor living friendly.
The deep, front covered porch is over 500SF, enjoys sound and dune views and includes lounge area, picnic table and Adirondack chairs. It is raised off street level and private so you can enjoy your time without interruption from the street or anyone walking up on you.
The Grand Master Suite has it's own private sun deck.
The back covered porch enjoys Gulf views and overlooks the backyard pool and deck. There are seating areas on the back deck for each of the 4 guest bedrooms and private access to the back yard and pool area.
The pool area and back yard features a private pool, deck area with Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill. The privacy fence surrounds a large sandy area we call "The Beach." Go to the beach in the AM and then come back at lunch and enjoy your private pool and back yard for the afternoon.
GRAND MASTER SUITE
Over 600SF of luxury living including king size bed with fine bedding, Egyptian cotton sheets and European pillow top mattress, private sitting area, private sun deck, large wet bar with dual zone wine fridge, walk in shower with beach views, 50" smart HDTV with Blue Ray player and Jacuzzi tub.
GUEST BEDROOMS
No need to fight over bedrooms because guest bedrooms are large and outfitted with luxurious, king size beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and European pillow top mattresses. From all the bedrooms, you have views of the Gulf of Mexico and direct access to a large covered deck through a sliding glass door with your own sitting area. Every guest room features a 50" HD smart TV with Blue Ray player.
GUEST BATHROOMS
All bathrooms are spacious and include double pedestal sinks with lots of built in cabinet storage to easily accommodate a number of people. Shower and toilet are separate so multiple people can use the bathrooms at the same time.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS – for the Foodie
We love to cook and have outfitted the kitchen to be a chef’s dream including all new top end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully outfitted with toaster, blender, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. Enjoy the espresso/cappuccino machine, Keurig machine, and coffeemaker. All the dishes, flatware, knives, and kitchen utensils you could ever need are included.

The great room is the social hub of the house and has the kitchen with large dining table, a full-size bar with 55" smart HDTV and Home Theater area with 84" 4K UHDTV and Blue Ray player and surround sound system. The house layout lets you gather together or enjoy as much privacy as you like.
DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
A 12' sliding glass door disappears into the walls of the home to open the dining room directly on to the dining area on the front covered porch - seamlessly connecting the two spaces. The dining room comfortably seats 10 with Sound and dune views. It doubles as a game area in the evenings. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and watch the sun hit the Sound. The Main Bar seats an additional 6 people comfortably for a total of 16.
HOME THEATER HIGHLIGHTS
The home theater area offers a Denon pro home theater system with a 65” 4K UHDTV and reference speakers for fantastic sound clarity and surround. Sink into the large couches and enjoy movies and sports in incredible detail. Also included is a DVD collection.
Most of the TVs in the house are smart with fiber optic internet service so feel free to stream your favorite media services - Netflix, Pandora, Hulu, Amazon Prime.
BUNK AREA HIGHLIGHTS
Four twin bunks are located in the central hallway. Each has a privacy curtain, light, power outlet and storage shelf. Ideal for the kids.
BUNK BEDROOM/Gaming Room HIGHLIGHTS
The ideal playroom features a bunk with queen bed lower and twin XL upper - comfortably sleeping 3. In addition to a 42" HDTV, an XBOX One with a small game library is included. Play games, watch movies or stream online media. Perfect play area for both children and adults.
OUTDOOR COVERED DECKS HIGHLIGHTS
There are over 1000 sq. ft of covered porches and decks including picnic table just outside the dining room and comfy seating areas. And, of course, a charcoal grill. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner; and breathtaking sunrises or sunsets.

My husband and I both had a week of vacation so we booked a trip to Navarre Beach. This was a beautiful home that accommodated us and our 5 children! Great views of the gulf and sound, a fun backyard area with a bar, lounge area, mini-beach, and pool! Kids loved the bunks and we watched several movies in the living area!

This was a great place for a family vacation, lots of beds, loved the decks & pool for when gulf was rough. For some reason, looking at the pictures, we thought the master suite was on lower level, but all beds & master suite are on second level, the pool & tiki bar are below. Host was very responsive and handled the few problems we had quickly. Some of the information provided about the area in general and rules of the house was outdated or had changed, so hopefully that can be updated. We definitely enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. The only discrepancy I found was the house only had 2 sets of bunk beds and the Internet showed it had 4 sets. It really didn’t matter to us because we only had 4 kids.

The house is absolutely amazing! It’s like being at your own private resort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook and they even supplied a starter pack of essentials like paper towels, detergent, trash bags, and toilet paper. The walk to the beach is super short and easy. We will definitely be back.

10 adults, 2 teens ( that loved the bunk beds) and 2 toddlers! We loved it! Very nice, beautifully decorated, great porch, great downstairs, hot tub, pool, this has it all! You can’t go wrong with this one!! They even brought over a crockpot for me to use! Great hospitality!

The Sea Gem has everything you are looking for! A variety of sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for our wide ranges of ages during our stay. This house is fully equipped with everything needed for an easy stay at the beach and communication with the owners was excellent throughout the booking and our stay. The house is designed to entertain, with a full separate bar area between the open kitchen and living room and a great, covered Tiki bar area outside by the hot tub and pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family absolutely loved this home. They had lots of covered outdoor hangouts plus plenty of indoor seating for when we needed a/c. We stayed the last week of June and the pool got really warm towards the end. The master bedroom was amazing. Everyone’s beds were super comfortable. The kitchen has every gadget you could ever need. The sunsets from the front porch will forever be a highlight of our vacation. Our only suggestion would be either a full size fridge/freezer is needed by the pool or an industrial ice maker. Walking upstairs for ice for drinks so frequently was our only complaint. We will definitely stay again. The homeowner was great and easily reachable.

We loved staying here. The house was set up perfect for our large family. TVs, internet and gaming all worked well. It was a short walk to the beach. Navarre Beach waters are beyond beautiful!
Our host was in touch with us anytime we had questions and left an instruction book that was great!

My friends and I enjoyed our time celebrating our birthdays at this lovely home. The owner was a great communicator and was able to let us in a couple hours early and check out an hour late to accommodate the needs of some of the guests. A few of the people staying got to meet the manager and they raved about how interesting and friendly she was. Would definitely rent this property again!

Sea Gem was exactly that for our family reunion vacation- a gem of a place!
We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets straight from the front porch, to an easy walk to the beach for sand and sun. The backyard oasis was perfect for the days we just wanted to chill and still have a beach vibe, with the pool and sand right on property! And of course the bunk beds were a huge hit for my grands. Grateful we had such a wonderful space and atmosphere to enjoy time as a family.

We brought all our kids, their spouses and four grandchildren, 11 people, we had enough room and space for everyone to enjoy and relax. The house was more than we expected, totally beautiful. We would come back in a heartbeat! We made so many wonderful memories with our family. We renewed our vows on the beach with a photograph capturing all of it. Our grands played in the pool, on the beach and on the decks when the weather didn’t permit us to play outside. Fabulous trip!! Location was perfect!!

The Sea Gem exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our family of 9. It was our first time all getting together since the pandemic and Sea Gem will forever be a place of great memories. Everything listed on the website is spot on and more. The personal touches of the owners made it so inviting and it was fun to learn about their adventures. The open floor plan and amount of seating allowed us to do the entire Thanksgiving meal without having to bring a thing, right down to the turkey baster. The pool and hot tub area was perfect for the younger adults to hang out at. We also loved the pace of Navarre Beach. We will most definitely be back and the owners are incredibly gracious and responsive.

The home provided us with excellent spaces to come together and make memories as well as areas where one can find some quite time for resting. It is in a great location a short walk from the beach and overlooking the sound so there are beautiful views everywhere. My family really enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the tiki bar and grill, the pool, and especially the corn-hole "court" beyond the pool. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

This is a beautiful home that has everything you might need, and more. It is well stocked and has so very much to offer besides a beach. The swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor tv at a tiki bar, with a grill, porches galore, and so much space in the living area that includes a kitchen, dining area, living area and a full bar area. Our large group could be together without anyone feeling crowded. With a tv and fan, along with access to a porch and a beautiful view in every bedroom, all of my guests were happy. Our second visit to Sea Gem was every bit as enjoyable as our first one. The owners are also incredible and easy to work with. They are available and respond quickly to all inquiries and we were lucky enough to get to meet one of them. We plan to return to Navarre Beach and have every intention of staying at Sea Gem again.

This place was so beautiful. The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for 7 adults and three kids to spread out and each have our own place as well as a large gathering room for hanging out and eating meals. We had no issues during our stay. We have stayed at lots of VRBO properties and this place really felt like a home.

Oasis on Navarre Beach
This house was incredible - better than the pictures which does not often happen! The beds were great, the young kids loved the bunk beds built into the wall with curtains for naps. The master bed was excellent and the huge multi head shower in the MBath was wonderful! The kitchen was fully equipped but bring your own spices. The bar / coffee bar was great for the morning and doubled as prep space. The above ground pool with surrounding deck, bar, and hot tub was very nice. The pool was always cool and refreshing which amazed me! The public ocean access was right across the street to walk or drive. The host was very responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. It was a great week at a beautiful house - will definitely be back.

They have thought of everything in this home. Having a pool was nice to have as well as the hot tub. Probably the nicest place we’ve stayed at on any beach trip.

Absolutely wonderful!
Our stay was perfect! The house had everything we needed plus so much more. The location couldn’t be beat. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Our group of 13 from 2 to 63 had so much fun. We would beach during the day and the kids would swim in the pool while the adults grilled and relaxed on the spacious deck. Lots of corn hole games. Mornings with a cup of coffee on the front porch overlooking the dunes and the bay was a great way to start the day. We had a lighting storm one night that was awesome to watch. We walked the pier, saw the Blue Angels, explored Fort Pickens, ate lots of great food……. The owners were easy to contact and very responsive to any needs which were very few. Many memories to take home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Location for our wedding on Navarre Beach. We used it to house majority of the wedding party and couldn’t have had a better experience. Hot Tub and Pool area was perfect for entertainment. Plenty of room inside the house for multiple guests as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
