About this bed and breakfast
Hi. The place that is available is a new model,as of 2016, Jayco RV trailer with 3 slideouts. The entire trailer is for rent and can sleep up to 7 people approximately. 4 people can sleep very comfortably.
It has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower, 3 TV s, an outside kitchen, A/C, heat, queen bed, and many other amenities. It is one of the top of the line Jayco trailers.
We are situated in Hollister, CA and in an easy to get to spot. There is a tremendous amount of parking on the property as this is a 1 acre property.
We have a horse and 3 alpacas here and they love people!

Not clean, loud dogs and rd. traffic. Absolutely to funky to be rented out to anyone. Smelled like sewage. Small moths on ceiling in bedroom. This worked for us only because we were hardly there and everything else in the area was rented. I am definitely dissatisfied.

The trailer was nice and clean. Being a trailer owner myself, it seemed as if the black tank hadn’t been emptied or was left open because the smell in the bathroom was not pleasant even with the vent open(fan didn’t work). I also understand that trailer mattresses can be thin, but it seems that this one needs to be replaced. It is right off a busy road and there were dogs barking a lot through the night. The instructions after booking should be updated because there was a smaller trailer in the spot we were instructed to park and the keys weren’t where the instructions stated they were. Communication wasn’t the best when we were trying to figure out where we needed to park.

It wasnt quite as described. Was excited to see alpacas outside of my stay but they were in a different fenced in area. Camper was located within 10 feet of a house, not in a field as i anticipated since description states alpacas roam around.
But all in all it was what i needed which was a shower and bed since i was not spending time at this location.
It was hard to find as the driveway entrance was on a side road not on the address side of location.
Had to clean someone elses toothpaste off the front of the bathroom cabinet. A strong perfumy smell everytime you entered was a bit much but it beat the smell of sewer backing up which was only minor and owner is working on it diligently.
Owner came right over to greet me and explain a few things.
Their dog barks alot at night and being 10 feet from house woke me several times.
The shower was sufficient, parking was fine. If you dont mind stepping out of the camper to face the side of the house, its not a bad place to stay.

Great experience
This was perfect we had enough room and separate sleeping areas bunk room was good after doubling mattress. Loved all the animals could do with a few less spiders but thats the worst! Host was very helpful and responsive. This was way better then a hotel!!

Adorable Animals
We enjoyed our stay in Hollister.
Robbie was very quick to respond on the minor issues we had (this is an RV, and we know RV's always have some little quirks). The value was great for the area and the accommodations were clean and comfortable.
The Alpacas, Goats, and Horse were very friendly, super adorable, and lovely to visit every morning with our cup of coffee in hand.
There was a bit of road noise but it did not overshadow the the country feel. Even though this property is close to town it is towards the outskirts so it has a charming county vibe.
Robbie was also kind enough to locate an item which we had accidentally left in the RV and mail it back to us- which we appreciated greatly. Thank you Robbie.
We would definitely stay here again, only next time we will allocate more time into our schedule to specifically spend with his adorable fur babies.

Good stay with a couple of hiccups
I kinda wonder if we caught the owner by surprise. We arrived and the keys weren’t where the email said they would be. I messaged him and he responded about half an hour later, luckily I found the trailer unlocked with the keys inside. The trailer itself was pretty spacious and had everything we needed. The bed took some getting used to, but after the first night we found it to be very comfortable. The road is noisy, but gets quieter at night and even quieter on weekends.
The check in email said that an instruction sheet would be in the trailer. It wasn’t, but we found Robbie and he gave us the WiFi password so we could watch tv. We had an issue with some sewer smells throughout the trailer, which Robbie dealt with promptly. I emailed him about the check out process the night before and didn’t get a response until after we had left the next day. The animals were one of the reasons we chose this property and they did not disappoint! They are friendly and so cute.
All in all, it was a good stay. Despite the few hiccups, it is a great value for lodging in the area and we would probably stay again. Thanks Robbie!
