About this bed and breakfast
Take a moment to read the messages in the fun collection of art sketches hanging over the dining area. Floor-to-ceiling-windows ensure there's plentiful light, while nice touches include the letter and number textured 3D wall by the spiral staircase.
The 100 years old historic structure with original wood floors and restored systems. The ceilings are insulated to minimize any noise to our guests, but occasional noise travel through, so for light sleepers’ earplugs and white noise machine are available in the loft.
The Loft Unit is brand new! The upper level of the unit consists of a bedroom with queen bed, a kitchen, hard wood floors, and a bathroom. The lower level has a lounging space, hard wood floors, access to the backyard and view of Space Needle. To access the unit, walk down the steps and input provided key code at the door.
You will have access through a private entrance to the unit
I live in a unit attached to the one you will be staying in. I am available anytime you have questions or concerns. Your stay is self-checkin and the access code will be provided to you upon booking.
Queen Anne Hill is an affluent neighborhood situated a long walk or short monorail trip from downtown. It's also an easy walk from the Space Needle. Nearby are Kerry Park, the Key Arena, the Seattle Science Center, and the Museum of Pop Culture.
If arriving from the airport please take Uber, Lyft, Taxi.
Also you can take light rail from the Airport to Downtown, from downtown Uber or Lift or bus #2, #13 from 3rd Ave and Pike street will take you very close to our location.
Link light rail travels between UW Station and Angle Lake Station, making 14 stops along the way, including downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac Airport. Link trains run every 6, 10 or 15 minutes depending on the time of day. Service is available from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the Kerry park, walk on Queen Anne avenue and do some small shopping, or visit Seattle Centre. All locations are within walking distance form our home. There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!

We stayed here before our Alaskan cruise and it was a perfect location! Larissa went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. What a gem of a rental to find! Beautifully designed, great view of the Space Needle and perfect location to visit the city or nature. Highly recommend Discovery Park Beach if you visit.

Property is just as listed. Bi-level loft with bed and bath up 7-8 stairs. Lower landing level has huge windows and shades to see the space needle and skyline.
It’s at the top of the hills to the north. Easy walking down but is a bigger walk back home. Close to the space needle with access to train, hop on hop off and whatever else you would need.

Nice unique location centrally located, cute interior and patio. Just be aware of zone parking meaning you get a permit from the owners but have to hunt for street parking which can be tough at times. Easy to book and contact the owner.

Great little loft. Within walking distance of the space needle and piers. Quiet neighborhood.

My friend and I picked this property over staying in a hotel, and it was a great choice. There was plenty of room for us to have our own spaces (upstairs and downstairs), and the kitchenette was a great feature. As the description says, the property has a great view of the Space Needle, which we enjoyed while having breakfast on the back patio. The neighborhood is also very nice, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby to explore. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit Seattle!

The Seattle castle was a cozy and restful place during our weekend trip. The view of the Space Needle was incredible, and we were so thankful for the complementary coffee and French press available! Kerry Park and Caffè Zingaro for coffee were just a short walk away. Larissa’s communication and ease of check-in/check-out went above and beyond. Highly recommend this space for a couple or solo travelers looking for a treasure tucked away in the Seattle hills.

It was perfect for what I needed!

Very cool place in an amazing location. The loft is artfully and thoughtfully designed, filled with art and books. Architecturally very unique and exciting. It's a loft, but the way it is split you can have someone sleeping up top while someone is watching tv or reading below, and it feels separate. We were there in November, so we didn't use the outside space much, but I can only imagine how great it will be in the warmer days, looking at the Needle.
It's walking distance to the Seattle Center, and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants.
Would definitely book it again!

If this is how VRBOs work, I will definetly keep using them. She owner was super friendly and informative about the area and the place was spotless. Not to mention it was stocked with a few treats which were much appreciated since we got in so late. Great stay, great time.

I recently started here and when I arrived Larissa's husband greeted me when I arrived at the door fumbling to find the code to get in. The loft was quiet and unique, very clean and cozy, perfect for what I needed on my business trip. It was a 10 min under ride to the convention center where my office is. I would highly recommend staying here, is not a large space but big enough for 2 people to have a comfortable stay. Thanks for the hospitality.
