About this cottage rental

This adorable Summer Towne Cottage is located directly next door to Pier Park. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Enjoy a beautiful gulf view from the upper floor. Make sure you check out the video!

We own cottage 13 next door. Both cottages rented together accommodate up to 12. See VRBO 7885294 for calendar availability or contact host for details.

Two full bedrooms with queen Beautyrest pillow top mattresses located downstairs, each with a full bathroom and ample closet space. Master bedroom has television & dvd player.

Living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry and half bath are located upstairs. The sectional sofa converts to a large a queen sleeper. 55" television, dvd player, Xfinity wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils needed for cooking meals.

Beach is a very short walk directly across the street to Beach Access 60. Private secluded beach area near homes not high-rises.

All pets considered. Very dog friendly area. Please submit description (age, breed, size, etc.) for pet approval. A non-refundable $195 pet deposit required.

Located less than 150 feet from the only dog friendly beach in the county! Dog Beach begins at Beach Access 56 and heads west towards Beach Access 60.

No crowds, no waiting on elevators, come and go with ease!!!

Park your car in the private driveway and you won't need it again until you depart. You can walk everywhere you need to go or better yet bring your bicycles! Vehicles may not park in the grass. Contact host if you need to bring a trailer.

This was our 5th time staying at this house. It has been nothing but spectacular every time. From being close to the dog beach, we bring our little 12 pound Malshi with us, to being in walking distance to Pier Park. We drive from Colorado park the car and don't have to use it the entire week. Already looking forward to next time.

We had an awesome time. Place was very clean and neat. Property was around everything you needed. You name it and it was right around the corner in walking distance. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Will definitely be my vacation spot. Had a wonderful host. Only one thing, you need to bring towels. Not complaining. The overall stay was excellent.

This was our 4th time staying at the Summer Cottage and we another amazing time. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a little snafu with the thermostat not beng on when we got there but the owners were responsive and it was fixed in minutes. We bring our little dog along and he is comfortable and knows the house as well as we do. The proximity to the dog beach is what led us to this property and we are very happy with the decision. Pier Park is super close and easily walkable in the evening. A great family trip.

Great location, walked to pier park daily, beach access right across the street. House has plenty of room for 6 adults. plenty of room for four mid size cars. Pool is just right and was never overcrowded. Deck chairs very comfortable. Loaded with all the household items needed for the week. Closet under the stairs had beach wagon and plenty of chairs, a umbrella, and a tailgate tent.

This was a great location for traveling with our dog. Located close to the Dog Park and Pier Park. It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I loved that there were beach chairs/umbrella, boogie boards available. It saved us some time and money not having to purchase these items. The living area was spacious and kitchen was a good size. Would like to stay again sometime.

Great location. Dog park and beach located steps away. Nice they have some beach supplies like car, chairs and umbrella so we didnt have to try to purchase or travel with it. We walked to Pier Park and shopped and ate. Fully stocked kitchen. The only negative is we had to purchase more toilet paper, trash bags and there wasn't enough dishwashing powder for our stay. 1 week with a family of 4 goes through more than 2 trash bags and a lot of dishes when your cooking. Other than that it was perfect.

We were in town for the Emerald Coast Cruzin and spent most of each day at Frank Brown Park, and we then came home to a nice clean place to rejuvenate. It’s across from the doggie beach and next to Pier Park. Great time. Thanks for letting us stay!

This house was so great! Will stay here again!! Super cute, clean & comfortable. We came in to do Ironman Florida and the location was so close to everything. Had fun on the beach…we had or pup with us and the “dog beach” was super close. Highly recommend this home!!

My sister and I booked 6 nights at this property and it was perfect. We were hesitant because we usually stay in a condo rental located on the beach to be able to see a clear view of the ocean. However, this property still has a view from the second story balcony and everything else about this rental makes it worth the tiny sacrifice. Beautiful home, wonderful location (only a short walk to the beach as stated by owners), quick walk to the dog beach area as well which is adorable. Pull cart, umbrellas, chairs, etc is provided by owners as stated and came in handy every trip we made to the beach. Pool is clean, close by, and surprisingly quiet which we enjoyed. Location of cottages is perfect with Pier Park/restaurants/groceries/ very near by. Having the dedicated driveway is also a big plus with no worries about parking. Our dog had a wonderful time as well as this was his first time going with us. Overall a great experience and needless to say we did not want to leave! We would definitely stay here again now that we have found the perfect rental that ALSO excepts pets!

Location, location, location!

Location, location, location!

First, we were able to check in early because it was ready, that was so nice. Can’t beat the location, was able to walk to so much, including Dog Beach and Pier Park. Beautiful clean condo, had most everything we needed, even beach chair, towels and wagon. Loved the upper deck, enjoyed our coffee here every morning. Plenty of space and beautifully decorated. The only negatives(per my friends that came), was the kitchen appliances need updated, the cable channel options are minimal and wifi is not the greatest. Who really needs that at the beach though! This did not bother me or my family in the least, because we were on the beach or outside all week, and did not plan to cook or watch tv. The couple that was with us cooked every morning and wanted to watch football some, which is not available on the tv. Just a FYI if you have to have those things. To me the place was perfect and the host is very accommodating. Loved our stay here.
