About this house rental

Situated on Beach Road this lovely holiday house has 3 bedrooms, a renovated kitchen, external laundry with an extra shower and toilet all positioned on a flat level block of land close to everything that Batemans Bay has to offer.
For those rainy days we have a TV, Telstra 5G Internet WiFi, NETFLIX and some board games/cards.

Golf anyone?
The Catalina golf club is a flat 200 meters walk and your ready to tee off on there 27-hole championship golf course.
The clubhouse, golf course, and restaurant are open 7 days a week.

Fishing anyone?
The Hanging Rock boat ramp is only 1 kilometre away where you can launch your boat with absolute ease!

Exotic Animals anyone?
Mogo Wildlife Park is a privately owned zoo that supports an amazing collection of endangered and exotic animal species just 10 mins south of the popular coastal town of Batemans Bay.

A mere 450 metre flat walk towards town and you will find the Marina and JJ’s @ the Marina where you can grab a meal/drink with an awesome view over the Clyde river.

A 1.5 kilometre walk/cycle will get you to Batemans Bay CBD where there is plenty of shops, another club, restaurants, cafes, pubs, cinema and awesome fish and chips!

There are a number of stunning beaches all within a short drive such as Surf Beach, Malua Bay, Broulee and only 1 kilometre to Corrigans Beach which has a “Dog Off Leash” area.

Stay for a week and get 10 percent off the total price!
Stay for 28 days or longer and get a whopping 60 percent off the total price!!

PLEASE NOTE - Linen and towels are absolutely included in prices quoted.

Your dog is very welcome and the yard is fully fenced but the front side fences are low and therefore the house is more suited to smaller dogs or non jumping dogs.

The conditions around pets are,
Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property.
Dogs are permitted inside the house, however they must not be allowed on furniture or bedding.
Also please be aware that normal bond conditions apply to damage to gardens, lawns, screen doors, furniture and other property caused by pets.

PLEASE NOTE: - House is currently "FOR SALE" but there will be no disruptions to any bookings made over the Christmas period. No open homes and no private inspections. The only thing will be a "FOR SALE" sign out the front.

This was a spur of the moment booking just before Christmas but so happy we managed to snavel it up. Great location, super clean, well appointed and relaxing. Michael, the host was friendly and informative and it was obvious that he takes pride in his home. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property was lovely and clean, three big bedrooms. large kitchen and dinning room. Peaceful location despite being on the main road. lovely views of the beach and marina. Shops were close by. We attended a nearby church. Our dogs had plenty of room to run around in. All the facilities at our finger tips with all the comfort of home. Laundry facilities available. We just loved our stay and our home away from home... What a treat!!!

The property is practically designed with all the essentials including a TV and 5G, clean and located just across the road from the beach. There are two bathrooms, one inside and the other outside. The outdoor area is secure for pets and large. There is also a washing machine and ample space for parking. Importantly the host is generous and easy to communicate with. Thoroughly recommend this property for your stay.

House was very clean and comfortable. Short drive to a great range of shops and beaches, with some within walking distance. The host, Michael, was very attentive and provided excellent communication. Property is fully fenced and was great for our small dog.

It was very well equipped and well maintained. Close to town and many different beaches many of which the dog can enjoy too. Fenced yard was good. Had a lovely week away. Thank you

The property is located on main road and very close to the shopping centre. I stayed there for a month for work and was very comfortable and everything was ready. I was moved to have even the standing medicine there, and there was a lot to enjoy (Netflix, board games, etc.). Michael, the host, was able to communicate smoothly. I am planning to visit again and strongly recommend it.

Great little place. The place was meticulously clean, I think the cleanest and neatest I’ve ever stayed in. The house is well equipped, backyard and garden is very well maintained. Well done to Michael the host. Thanks for your hospitality.

The house is lovely and clean and had everything we needed. It's an easy walk or drive to the Bateman's Bay shops, and, the pet friendly Corrigans beach. The owner, Michael, is very helpful and communication is quick and easy.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday at the coast. Scrupulously clean with all the basics and more in the kitchen (a coffee machine!) as well as board games, Netflix and a location that gave the whole family the choice to drive to surf or to swim. Thank you Michael for your care and attention in ensuring we had a relaxing break.

While unassuming from the outsude this rental was spotlessly clean and very well appointed on the inside. There were lots of thiughtful touches which made for a homely stay. While there was some traffic noise it was what you would expect for being in a main road and wasn't problematic for us. The second shower was a real bonus as it meant we weren't tracking sand inside the house. The large back yard is great for dogs and/or kids. Communication was excellent and check in was really easy.
