The Condo--This is a comfortable, well-equipped two-story waterfront condo on a canal right off the bay. The living area is downstairs with one large bedroom upstairs. The bedroom contains two comfy double beds and the bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a large picture window to let in the ocean breezes and give you a nice view of OC's High Rise Condo Row. The bedroom has a few chairs for lounging and a Roku equipped television for late night viewing or to keep the kids occupied. This area is accessed from a charming spiral staircase that leads from the kitchen/living room area.

The kitchen/living room area has a new (fall 2022) pullout sofa and a matching love seat. There is a large TV with a ROKU. There is fast, free WiFi in case you need to check in on work or attend your meetings remotely. There is a nice, spacious balcony overlooking the boats and the bayside canal, witha glimpse of the ocean to the left and the open bay to the right. It is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size oven, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, and dishwasher. There are plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. The unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer--a must at the beach.

The condo comes with a pool just steps away from unit. Grab one of the many lounge chairs, bring a few cool beverages down from the condo, enjoy a great book, watch the kids swim and work on that tan. Hours are generally 10 am to 7 PM between Memorial Day and Labor Day, though this is subject to change. The condo also has its own dockside area where you can stroll along, view the boats and ponder your evening plans.

The Beach-Cross Ocean Highway, walk a short block and enjoy the surf. The beach in this section of OC is wide and generally less crowded than what you find along the boardwalk. If you are a surf-fisherman, you will be happy!

The Park--Northside Park is an easy two block walk from the condo. The highlights are the marked running trails, the pier that juts out far into the bay (free fishing and crabbing-no license required) and the playground for the kids. There is also a recreation center that has a gym and rents equipment. The park has a fishing lagoon and picnic tables. You don't want to miss Sundae's in the Park--ice cream and fireworks!

The Bus--the OC Beach Bus is just outside our complex. This bus takes you to popular sites like the Convention Center, the Boardwalk, and the Inlet. A few dollars gets you 24 hours of access to everything that this resort city has to offer.

The Restaurants--The condo is right next door to the excellent Tailchasers Restaurant (complete with playground!) and Starbuck. We are around the corner from Higgins Crab House, the Crabcake Factory, Whiskers Pub, Wawa, Dumsers, and other unique restaurants. Breakfast at the beach is awesome and this condo is a one to two block stroll of some great spots.

The Neighborhood--the condo is a short walking distance to mini-golf, Food Lion, CVS, Sunsations, ice cream parlors, surf shops and a variety of other specialty stores. Once you park your car, you will not need it again!

The Details--Condo rental is a two-day minimum off season. Summer requires a 3-day minimum stay. Check out is 0 and check in 4. This allows the cleaners time to prepare for the next guest.

Off Season Extended check-in and check-out is usually available--just ask!

Please note that we do not provide sheets, towels or pillowcases. You will need to bring linens for the two double and one queen roll out.

Please note that this is a third-floor walk-up condo with spiral stairs to the second floor. The condo is not handicap accessible.

Minimum age of the primary renter is 21. The primary renter must be on the property. No exceptions. The property is best suited for couples and small families. Our condo association does not allow parties or pets. Contact me for details on your specific needs.

Close to the beach. Split level condo gave space. The spiral staircase is unique, one has to go slow up and down.

We were coming to a tournament and wanted to be by the beach. The location of the property was great walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The listing advised on the numerous steps which was true and we expected and were ok with that. From the pictures we expected it to be dated. The cleanliness was ok, When we got the sofa bed open there was food debris in the mattress and under the coach. For an older place it was as clean as it could be. There was an odor present when you enter, it was an old house smell. The hosts were prompt with the information for the rental and no other issues. Unfortunately we probably wouldn’t stay at the condo again.

I stayed here for just under a month while looking for apartments in the area. The condo was clean when I arrived and the kitchen had all of the supplies I needed for cooking my meals. Allen was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions. The location was wonderful too, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The balcony was a great place to have coffee and got good sunlight throughout the day. I definitely recommend staying here whether it’s a short or long stay.

Perfect place for a long beach weekend during the White Marlin Open. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Convenient location easy access to the beach. Would definitely book again.

This my HONEST opinion. Stayed 6 nights at above average costs for location (1600.00 +) . Knew about stairs and it was rough carrying luggage groceries etc. The stairs inside unit were okay for my husband and I but children and elderly would have difficulty. They were very sticky to touch and in need of cleaning and painting. Overall, the painting in the unit is in need of redoing. Flooring downstairs was nice and couches were nice (I still covered them with sheets). They were the only furniture that was good and protected for my own security. Bar stools Cheapest style. Balcony nice but noisy with A/C. Outside had weathered chairs , a rusted broken heavy useless high top chair, and a $ store dirty white plastic tiny table. A little $ could really enhance the stay here. Kitchen was clean and had basics. It seems the gfi outlet was popped and thought my camera charged but outlet failed. Kitchen light could have been on same circuit and that didn’t work until we turned fan off when leaving. Only used coffee pot & didn’t work consistently. Starbucks is near as well as many shops! Upstairs was dingy and bedding filthy. I guess most don’t bring sheets. Good thing I brought three and two blankets to make a barrier against mattresses. Pillows were disgraceful. Bring your own!!!!!! Mattress pads were sticky gray ,stained and ripped. Found debris underneath. Mattress had urine stain and pillows were brown and had colored stains hidden under zip covers. Stained carpet in BR.

The location is a amazing. The stairs up to the condo are a little scary when it is raining and you are trying to unload when you arrive. I took some good pictures from the balcony if you need them. We have never stayed in a VRBO will definitely do it again.

The condo is super clean, charming and cozy. The location is ideal for great eats, great shopping and it is so quiet. A true little slice of heaven. The owners are super thorough in their attention to detail and make the entire process from booking to checkout insanely easy. My family and I will definitely be back!

The condo was clean. The kitchen was conveniently equipped with necessities. The washer and dryer was useful. There was plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach was very close. The spiral staircase is not conducive for older adults and young kids.

My daughter and I had the best vacation. Super convenient location, short walk to the beach and restaurants and golf nearby. Host was very responsive to any messages sent during our stay. The only downside was not having an elevator for check-in and check-out… 3 flights of stairs is a lot with a child and all the luggage and supplies needed for a weeks vacation. Already looking forward to next years vacation here! :)

Perfect for a family of 5 or less. The location was perfect. A short walk to beach, CVS, beach store, and quite a few restaurants. Overall, a very nice condo. Very simple to check in. A very minor thing was the cleaning crew only left a roll of TP, and no extras garbage bags, and they missed cleaning a couple things left behind. That said, we would stay here again.

Our stay for the four of us (wife, two daughters (4yrs and 7 mos.), and myself) was perfect. The unit was spacious enough for us as a family of four and just as advertised. Blocks away from the beach and Northside Park. Check-in was seamless and we never had any issues for our entire trip. Would def stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Nice little place, location is perfect. I am not a good person to rate cleanliness of something because my standards are typically really high. With that said the unit was clean at first look but as we got settled in alot of cleaning has been neglected. Overall not bad and would stay again.

This is a great place to stay. The location is great! Walking distance to the beach, Northside park, food, and shopping. Beautiful views of the canal.
