The perfect home for a getaway! You'll be delighted you chose this home!
Beautifully upgraded, every day is a true vacation. Pool, putting green, pool table, large screen television all in a beautiful home with mountain views.
With four bedrooms (3 upstairs and one office/den that converts into a bedroom), you'll have room for the whole family. We are fully stocked with bed linens and towels for your use.
Take this time to really relax and enjoy spending quality time with your family and friends. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.
Our home has one of the best locations in the entire community with a great view of the mountains.
Sit by the pool and sip a cold drink or practice your putting while the kids splash around in the pool and enjoy themselves. Or just enjoy some quiet lounging and soak up the peace and quiet, reading one of the books from our small library in the den.
The professional-quality Turbo STS grill will make you mouthwatering steaks, juicy burgers and anything else you want to grill.
The large kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, with TONS of counter space for you to prepare meals.
When the sun goes down, grab a board game from the upstairs loft or fire up one of our 200+ DVD movies and pop some popcorn.
Love hiking? This is for you. There are walking and hiking trails in the neighborhood and mountain trails close by
Private gym? We have it, offering weight and cardio training equipment, along with recreational equipment such as bikes and golf clubs (if you didn't bring yours).
The community has a number of playgrounds to keep the kids busy for hours.
An easy drive to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, with easy access to major north/south and east-west Interstates, you'll have a home base to see all the Arizona sights! You'll want for nothing here!
We are interested in rental terms of 90+ days. With 90 day minimum rental terms, you will also get access to the community facilities, such as tennis courts, lap pools, water park and basketball gym.

We had a wonderful time at this home. Very quiet neighborhood, out of the hustle & bustle of Phoenix. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 days, including a. nice pool and beautiful views. Owners were prompt answering questions but everything was easily spelled out with printed instructions so we had no problems. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great stay in a great home
We had a wonderful time at this home. Very quiet neighborhood, out of the hustle & bustle of Phoenix. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 days, including a. nice pool and beautiful views. My wife and I loved the house. The view from the backyard is out if this world. Nick and Kelly are great and answered any questions we had quickly. We will be back!!!

Let me preface this by saying when compared to the prices and comfort of a motel, this was a nice place. Saying that, there were some things that would keep me from staying here again. The downstair’s toilet’s seal was broken and the toilet contstantly ran. It got so bad we turned the toilet’s water off making the downstair’s toilet unusable. The towels smelt moldy and spoiled. The property is listed as a 4 bedroom, but the 4th bedroom is an office with the most uncomfortable futon. My daughter and son-in-law, who live in Surprise, wanted to stay with us, but didn’t because that bedroom wasn’t even fit for a teen. In the kitchen, there were two steak knives that were broken, and a lack of overall utensils. In the pool area, there was cat poo in one of the fountain bowls and the pool’s handheld net was broken. The outdoor area is beautiful, but even with the pool’s heater running, it was too cold to swim in December. The owners charge a very high cleaning fee, yet the guests have to gather all bedding, towels, all dishes have to be done, etc..., which is something I’ve never had to do when renting through VRBO. The walking paths not far from this house are lovely, and the pool table made our stay worthwhile. King size beds would make this house more rentable.

Incredible House!!
Our family loved this house, from the heated pool, to the great putting green, wonderful patio, and everything in between. I’ve rented many homes and this was one of the best and best price. Beautiful quiet golf neighborhood. And the owner communicated so well the whole time, which is a plus. Grocery store and shops are maybe 5 min away.

Great home in a beautiful location!
This home was perfect for the 8 of us. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and the trails in the neighborhood are gorgeous. We had a few minor random things happen while we were there (we tripped the alarm, was the main thing), and Nick and Kelly were super easy to get a hold of and issues were fixed immediately. I would recommend this home and we will be staying there again. Thanks for sharing your desert paradise with us!

Perfect Family Home!
The house is great, the pool was fun, the putting green made for some great competitive evenings! This house has all the amenities and gives access to the community center. We have since moved to Peoria, AZ and we will recommend this home to visiting friends and family members.

Great House in a Quiet Neighborhood!
They are not kidding when they say fully loaded!!! Kitchen had every appliance/cooking pan our family of 8 needed. Lots of things for our older kids to do w/the pool table, bikes, putting green & pool. Great backyard for families with small children because the pool area is gated off from the rest of the yard. It's a quiet neighborhood with a nice walking trail & a couple playgrounds not too far away. Owners are very easy to work with, understanding, & quick to respond! We'd stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic! The accommodations were better than expected. Check-in and check-out went flawless. The owners were very good to work with and were available anytime we needed to communicate. The pool and putting green were great entertainment for my grandsons. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends

Awesome House!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the house. Fully furnished with everything imaginable. Of utmost importance to me is cleanliness and this house was top notch. I can't say enough about the large private yard with a fabulous heated pool and putting green. We spent so much time in the yard! It was perfect. I hope I have a reason to return to this particular area so I can rent this home again. Owners are great to work with. No complaints whatsoever!!

Dreamy pool, dreamy views
Our family moved to Vistancia this summer, and needed a place to stay while waiting for escrow to close and work to be done on the house. This was the perfect location for us, well-priced, plenty of room for our family of 5, close to the kids' school, and at the end of a cul-de-sac so the kids could ride their scooters around. The pool was very inviting and the views have to be the best in the neighborhood! Nick was very easy to communicate with, he was always just a text away and always wrote back fairly quickly. They were very flexible and generous when we needed to add an extra week since work on our house was not going as quickly as we hoped.
The only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 are: there was no mention in the original post or in the home details they emailed a few days before our stay that the garage was unavailable. We had some belongings from the move we were hoping to store in there, and it was 110+ degrees outside -- and that's when you find the melted crayons in the car. :) Only in the check-in details in the HomeAway app (that we didn't receive until right before our stay) did it say that the garage was unavailable for parking. It was disappointing, and we ended up moving everything into a storage unit... in the 110+ degree heat. The other reason was because the kitchen was not adequately cleaned before our arrival (I'll spare the details). I don't blame the owners for that, since they appeared to be out of town, but housekeeping definitely cut some corners during their last visit.
All that aside, I would still recommend this home to travelers, especially since vacation rentals in the Village are hard to come by and Vistancia has a lot to offer!

Can't go wrong with this one.
We traveled from San Diego and played a tournament for baseball in Peoria. Loved the house and everything in it. It was very clean and everything was in great order. Record temps of 120 so the cooler on the pool made it a retreat for us. The rental company and Home away app made it easy for us to follow directions.
We will be back to this awesome home again I'm sure.
