We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and with all the amenities to make our visit comfortable. The location allowed for a very short walk to the beach which was so convenient.

This was the perfect place for our week getaway! VERY CLOSE to the beach; the side walk beside the unit takes you straight to boardwalk 7 onto the beach just a 2 min walk. Cozy accommodations made it feel as comfortable as home. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for meals in. Spacious screened porch with additional seating made it feel even bigger. Highly recommend and would return again!

A short walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes). Very clean villa and well stocked with all of the necessities. Excellent communication with property owner. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay and great location.

Really enjoyed our stay: location is great, very close to the beach. The property was clean and large enough to be comfortable. The only negative was furniture in the living room: sofa and arm chair are quite old and not comfortable to sit at all and so is the mattress with was uncomfortable to sleep on. Communication with owner was very professional and courteous: on time and on point. Would stay there agin

We had a wonderful trip in this condo at Kiawah. It is in a beautiful and quiet area with many lovely trees and a close beach path with a very wide beach. The condo was immaculate, well furnished, and in a perfect location. The sceened in porch was also a nice place to relax. The owner was very helpful and made renting so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Very short walk to the beach. Everything has been updated and was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was nice but the directions to it at Kiawah were a little confusing. But Susie was available to help me out. She knew the area and interacted with me with genuine concern.

My wife and I surprised the kids with a spur of the moment beach trip. It was our first time at Kiawah Island and it more than exceeded our expectations. Susie was really great to work with and made the entire experience that much better.👍👍

Nicely decorated, comfortable, conveniently located to shopping center and a short walk to the beach.

Such a cute place to stay and get away. Kitchen was stocked nicely and made cooking there very easy. Love Susie let me bring my dog - Sushi had a great time too and we loved our morning and evening walks on the beach! Speaking of which it was such a short little walk to the beach, Could not be more perfect unless there were more windows....but that's only on the properties on the ends. We had such a good time and I would gladly stay here again!

We like upper floor units near the beach. Clean, comfortable and what we were wanting for a week at Kiawah.

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very at home. If we come back to Kiawa Island, we will definitely try to book this place. Thank you!

Working with Susie was seamless. She answered all my questions quickly and was very accommodating. Condo had everything we needed, close to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and are sad we had to leave.

We took our dog and she enjoyed it as well. The owner was always quick to respond...always kind and courteous.

I booked this condo on relatively short notice do to some construction that was being done in my home. Excellent, quick communication during the reservation process.
Door code, parking pass, and additional information arrived with plenty of time to print before leaving.
Top 3 Things:
1. 2min walk to the beach. I mean...cannot get much better than that! Easy to go watch the sun rise and to go / come during the day.
2. Relative privacy. Even though you are so close to the water, not everyone has to walk by the building. And when you are sitting on the screened in balcony, you have privacy out back.
3. Size. This is the perfect size for a couple of people to spend a week on vacation. Did not feel cramped at all, especially with the screened in deck. Enough space to relax when around but not so much space that it would be wasted.
I typically vacation in Naples/Marco in the winter and the Cape in the summer. Now I'm adding Kiawah into that rotation.
We will definitely be back!

A much needed relaxing getaway!
If you are looking for a beautiful place to unwind and to relax, this west beach village located in Kiawah Island is it! But we all know a comfortable home makes all the difference. This home exceeded our expectations in this area. Condo was very inviting and cozy with a well stocked kitchen and most importantly a comfortable bed. Everything you need is there, even beach chairs if needed. The overall location is perfect, surrounded by a shady oasis of beautiful trees and wild life which we enjoyed while walking on a paved path (less than 2 minutes) to reach the beautiful ocean. This was important to me because of a recent knee replacement (easy walk). The area is gated and upon arrival we had per-printed our gate pass which allowed us to enter quickly. In fact, the entire stay was hassle free thanks to our host, Susie, being prepared. Thank you for sharing your home with us for being a part of our memories. Great host and a very nice home. We would love to return.

Great location!
This is a great place for a couple or small family. Nice, private screened in porch. 3-5 minute walk to Boardwalk 7. Susie was very responsive with any inquiries I had during our stay.

Great stay…again
We stayed at Susie’s place last year and liked it so much we came back this year. Like a home away from home!

OK
A solid Day Inn - appliances were in fine working order but the decor was well worn and less than desirable

Amazing stay!
Perfect place for my husband, pup, and I for a long weekend! Short walk to the beach and had everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood and we loved sitting on the patio in the evenings.

Location, location, location
This is place is perfect for a couples weekend - small, compact, so close to the beach, with a lovely screened porch that's private and overlooks many deer frolicking. Inside is somewhat tired, the kitchen was sparsely equipped and the unit felt very much furnished as a rental with whatever was on hand vs what the guest might want/need.

Fun Fall Getaway
We've been going to Kiawah every summer for many years with our family but this time it was just my husband and me. We stayed for a week in September and the condo was perfect for the two of us. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach, which was our main priority. The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. It's close to the front gate so an easy bike ride to the grocery store and other shops. I highly recommend bringing or renting bikes. The bike trails are one of my favorite things about Kiawah. We had a great week and wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.

Outstanding location
This small unit is perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, and perfectly suited our needs as a couple with a dog. It would be tight with any more people, however. While the kitchen area has been recently updated with new appliances and cabinets, there are a few items that are ready for refreshing, such as the laminate flooring, which is worn out. Would also have appreciated a working fan in the bathroom and a functioning (able to open) window in the bedroom.

Dirty, Tired & Disappointing
Pros: It's super close to the beach. Less than a 3-minute walk.
Cons: There are many. (1) The interior is tired and long overdue for a fresh coat of paint, new floors (laminate is raised in multiple areas), new furniture, new appliances, and updates. (2) It wasn't clean. The bed sheets were stained and cheesecloth thin. (3) The furniture is old and a mashup. (4) No real closet space. They took the closet and put the washer and dryer unit in the closet. The proper place to put it in this unit is in the outside closet. While there is a bar to hang clothes, it was filthy and had to be wiped down before we could hang anything.
The unit was in such bad shape that we left 3 days into our week-long stay. We've been coming to Kiawah for more than a decade and have taken 30+ trips - this was by far the worst we have ever experienced.
It's a shame that this unit is in such bad shape. The location is perfect for beachgoers. A basic remodel would make it quite good.

Fun beach week
A small group of friends stayed at this condo and it was amazing. It has two really big TVs and the master bed is really comfy. The condo is small for long-term but for a couple of days to a week it is perfect. Also a great location from everything. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and less than a hour to Charleston. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful, relaxing stay at the beach
Just a short walk to a magnificent beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was just right for my husband and I, but would be a little cozy for more people. The porch was wonderful and the bed was comfy. I would definitely return to this place!

Rental not as advertised
Only the kitchen appliances were "re-modeled". The other furniture was dated, stained, and the unit was not clean. The window to the bedroom had no blinds, only a thin curtain so we were awake by 6 am every day. Cobwebs on the balcony, dirt on the fridge and on the baseboards. And there were roaches in the kitchen and the bedroom. Only two towels per person for the week which was strange. Generally, of the many VRBO I have rented, this was absolutely the most disappointing. The advertising of the unit was deceiving.

Everything was as advertised. Susie made it all easy. We had a great trip. Would definitely recommend this property.

Would come back
The owner was great to work with. We found the villa with no problems and loved our stay there. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the mattress could use a topper or something as it’s quite springy. It was fine for just the week though. Would come back in a heartbeat

Amazing location!
Susie's villa was everything we were hoping for...the perfect size, well stocked, with a delightful screened porch and in a great location A 2 minute walk through the complex to the beach and an easy bike ride to Captain Sam's Split, The Sanctuary, Night Heron Park, several of the golf courses and Fresh Fields Village. We were fortunate enough to watch a beautiful loggerhead turtle leave the beach and return to the ocean after a "false crawl", saw lots of deer, bunnies, dolphin, and just missed a bobcat sighting. A wonderful week! Susie, thank you for opening your lovely home to us!

Resort Living with SO much Privacy
Staying at 3565 was like being in a hotel. Clean, comfortable, thick towels and crisp linens. We brought our puppy and it was so nice to go for walks and enjoy the beach without crowding. At times we felt like we had the island to ourselves. The bike paths were so much fun to explore with my son who is nine. You can rent cruisers, yet we brought our own hybrids which enabled us to go off path a bit and ride for hours. The other folks staying on the island, when you actually see someone, were very friendly and everyone was mindful of respecting the animals and beauty you are surrounded by (deer everywhere!). We will definitely go back and are even looking into getting our own property. Charleston is full of history and the landscape is one from a long gone era - truly a place to feel far away from everyday life.

The condo was clean and Susie the owner was very friendly and helpful. The condo worked well for us and our new puppy. Very close to the beach and the porch was nice for the dog to hang out on. The place was a little small. The bedroom was crowded with a king size bed. My only recommendation would be a new Queen bed with a comfortable mattress. Overall a great stay and would stay here again if we travel to Kiawah .
