Casa Corazón, nestled in the hillside and surrounded by lush tropical landscapes is a 5 minute walk from the sandy shores of Playa La Ropa and a 20 minute walk or short cab ride to the energy of Zihuatanejo.
Step in to luxury in this 2 level architecturally unique custom designed penthouse property with 3,500 square feet of living space. Casa Corazón sleeps 8, has 4 bedrooms and a den.
All bedrooms have full ensuites, air conditioning, 3 with private patios and all have a spectacular view of the Bay and Playa La Ropa. Three bedrooms have king size beds and one bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a king size. Sleep well in your king sized bed dressed with 400+ Italian percale linens. Enjoy the spa like bathrooms featuring onyx under lit vanities and soak in your granite bathtub while enjoying views of the Bay. All bathrooms have generous glass showers and there are 2 granite tubs. Ample hot water available with on demand heated water.
Mix your favourite margaritas in your gourmet kitchen under the vaulted ceiling palapa with seating for 10, wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, Weber BBQ, granite and sile stone counter tops, and designer furniture.

What a great place! And better location. Close to the beach, but high on the hill with amazing views, this open air place is great. Everything was great and we will for sure come back. We went in August and had sunny days with rain at night. It was perfect. Thank you so much!

Jade at check in was wonderful, we arrived early and she accompanied our luggage as the unit was being deep cleaned from previous guests. This was less than a 30 minute period and was on us due to the early arrival. She prepared us some fresh coconut water which after a long trip really hit the spot. After, she went through the specifics of the house and available services and the how to’s like having a walkie talkie in the lobby with a direct link to the taxi stand down the hill. Now to the Casa. Has to be one of the best views of LaRopa in all of Zihua. Very clean and with for master suites everyone had their own space, I know my children will be forever spoiled. Casa has everything you need from beach towels to kitchenware. The private infinity pool was used daily to cool off with a glass of wine or cerveza after a day out. Margot the owner emailed me several times before and after the trip, very responsive. We will be back.

This casa was everything and more than all the great reviews that led us here. Immaculate, peaceful., everything you needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms done so thoughtfully. We vacationed with 3 other couples in this beautiful home. Many of us had been to Zihuatanejo before and have always loved the sun, the beach, the restaurants, the town and the lovely people. We can now add that we really loved where we stayed ~ so much that at times it was hard to leave. Sitting by the pool or in the open air living room/kitchen with the most amazing view of Playa la Ropa was a strong competition to the beach.
The onsite property manager,Jade, took good care of us. We were able to buy local fish and vegetables and cook at home for a few nights ~ delightful. Communication with Margot was easy and she answered all questions and provided us with detailed instructions on how to get to and from airport etc.
I highly recommend Casa Corazon to anyone wanting a relaxing and beautiful getaway. Thank you, Margot for sharing your lovely home.

3 suites and the 4th bedroom are exceptional. The Kitchen/Living/Dining/ Pool area keep all together to play games, swim, cook, mix drinks with out leaving by the group. Each bedroom very private for the privacy you may need.

Casa Corazón is a paradise rental. The description is 100% accurate. The views of the bay and sunsets are endless. The pool water temp is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need (unusual for a rental.) The rooms are spacious and quiet and the main great room is airy, spacious, and dreamy. I just can't say enough about this property. A quick walk to the beach and restaurants and located in a safe area with lots of recreation. Finally, the service was exceptional. Jade not only attended to our needs, but recommended a variety of recreation and restaurant options. Our family highly recommends this property for your special vacation.

This was our first time visiting Zihua and looked at many properties. This one stood out to us online, but you just never really know how well pictures represent the actual house/condo. Casa Corazon exceeded our expectations and then some! Margot, the owner, was so helpful giving us tips on where to go and how to make the most of our trip. She connected us with a chef to come to the house and make an amazing meal for our group on my husband's Bday, the pool was warm enough to be comfortable but refreshing, the house was clean and the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Be prepared to get your workout on the hills and steps to the top of the complex but there are also plenty of taxis available if you'd rather! Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we hope to be back soon!

We also had an fantastic dinner with chef Brandon. There are so many great restaurants in Zihua but we love dining at the condo. Margot has a list of restaurants in the area ( might take a few more trips to get through them all ) Quick and easy access to getting taxis is nice as well . We had 4 couples in our group the property has more than enough seating for everyone to lounge about as they want in or out of the sun or even better in the pool.

What an amazing condo! The open floor plan, the bedrooms, the chef ready full kitchen, and the views of the bay made it our little slice of paradise! We're already planning our next trip back to Zihua, and we'll definitely be staying at Casa Corazon!

This property is exactly as described. It is located right near la ropa beach. My husband and I wanted to treat our family to a comfortable stay so we chose this place over places for various reasons and this place definitely lived up to our expectations plus more. My husband and I , in-laws, my parents, and my aunties stayed at this beautiful home for a week. When we arrived we were greeted by the house manager and the security on site. We felt safe having the security here. The home is located at the very top of this complex so you either had to take stairs or take their funicular elevator. I used the stairs to go up and down. But my senior family could not take the stairs but used the funicular daily with no problems. We hired a Chef recommended by the owner Margot that was there cooking for us upon arrival. We hired him to cook for us that day and a few other days after. We were definitely impressed how great his cooking was and was very professional. We felt like we were royalty dining in the open concept kitchen overlooking the gorgeous view of the bay in front of us. The infinity pool was perfect temperature and we spent lots of our time on a daily basis. The kitchen was fully equipped so that our family was able to cook whatever they wanted to. We also used the Sono which allowed us to play our music which we loved the quality of the sound. All the bedrooms had amazing views of the bay which was important for us. Every room had its own bathroom as well which we appreciated as well. It was all very comfortable and felt luxurious . I also loved the ac in all the rooms. We also spent some time in the media room. It had a smart tv therefore we were able to watch Amazon Prime and Netflix. I loved all the art work and plants in this home which adds character and creativity. This home is stunning from head to toe. The cleaning lady always left everything clean and fresh. And the Chef, Brandon, also offered to be our taxi for the time we were there which was a huge plus because it made is feel even more safe. Not that there is any reason to feel unsafe. This town is lovely and everyone we encountered was friendly. We just felt extra safe with Brandon being easily accessible by text and was able to pick us up and take us where we needed. He also ended up taking us to the airport as well. There was construction next door going on which the owner told us beforehand, but we have had our eye on this place for a while we didnt mind.

Casa Corazón was a perfect place to visit Zihuatanejo. A beautiful open living condo over looking the bay and Playa La Ropa. Very well maintained and tastefully decorated. We look forward to hopefully staying again some time soon. The hill up to the building is steep so keep that in mind if you plan walking to town or the beach. beautiful Stay
Penthouse In Playa LaRopa is the perfect rental for three or Four couples. All the bedrooms have a bathroon of it's own. The view is breath taking. It is close enough to walk almost anywhere you want to go if you are a walker. Taxi's are close by if that would be your choice. The People are all so helpful with anything you ask. It was a wonderful place to lay by the pool or walk to the beach. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

Heaven on Earth
There are not enough words for this amazing home. We spent a week at Christmas time here with 7 adult family members. Margo was amazing communicating and answering questions before hand. The welcome, by Flora and her margaritas, was outstanding and unexpected. The home is exactly as pictured....STUNNING! Beautiful decor, fun colors, very clean and spacious. There was even a beautiful Christmas tree with lights for us! We had a minor problem early on and Flor was immediately on top of it and took care of it efficiently. It is so close to many 5 star restaurants or easy beach places. The views of the sunsets in the evening were ones we will treasure for a lifetime. Thanks, Margo!

Great stay in luxury penthouse!
This property is advertised accurately and we had a great stay. Cleanliness was excellent and everything was in top notch condition. The pool was cleaned several mornings during the week so it was always ready to use--a necessity in the August heat. Communication with both the owners and the staff was great, and they are there to help any time. We used the laundry which was a bonus since it meant we didn't have to pack many clothes for this simple vacation. Having a grill with natural gas was great for simple cooking. I would say there are only two potential downsides to this property but it depends on your preferences. First, it is at the top of a steep hill (like many places in the area). We are in excellent shape but you should be aware that this is not a hill you want to walk up and down very often in the high heat. It's a quick walk down to the beach, but walking back up is a chore for sure. Again, this was advertised accurately and it may not be a big deal for you. We walked a few times but also just grabbed taxis a couple times to go home. Other than going to the closest beach, you should plan for taxis into downtown, the supermarket etc. The other thing to understand is that the main living area is open air. There are ceiling fans for air movement and generally this is pleasant (the view is awesome) but only your bedrooms are air conditioned. The main living area is open to the world so the temperature and humidity are there (good or bad depending on what you like) and you'll want to have mosquito repellent handy. We used it quite a bit as there were quite a few mosquitos in August. Overall, a great stay in a luxurious place with great hosts and very attentive staff. Thanks for having us!

Zihuantanejo Heaven
Spent a fantastic, relaxing week at Casa Corazon with my small family and one other small family. The house is truly spectacular and spacious, with all one needs to enjoy the soothing environment of Zihua . . . from taking in the beautiful view of the bay and coast from the infinity pool to cruising down to the beach for parasailing and a couple of margaritas. The staff at Ensuenio 10 were all very helpful, especially Lynda (the manager), who made arrangements for groceries and snorkeling, as well as offering several restaurant suggestions. And Margot, the owner, was very responsive and helpful with setting up our stay. We have used Homeaway/VRBO for years, and this is definitely a 5-star accommodation.

Casa Corazsn is a beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom penthouse overlooking beautiful La Ropa beach. What a treat for our family of 8 to wake up to this breath taking sight every morning while enjoying our coffee. The property has 4 bedrooms that also have this spectacular view. All the amenities are through out Casa Corazan. The kitchen has everything you can think of as far as appliances , dishes etc so cooking in is an easy option. The decor is also beautiful with an exceptional art collection from local artists. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Corazan

Beautiful Condo, Stunning Views
We stayed for 10 days & enjoyed each and every moment! Beautiful, clean & the views are amazing. I would recommend this to anyone if you’re looking for a great place to stay!!
The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes, but we loved hanging out by the pool!! Lots of space (we had 8 people) with privacy when you need it! Good restaurants are a quick cab ride away, as well as a few within walking distance.

Penthouse indeed!
The only thing better than the condo was the property manager. Lynda was amazing! This condo will not disappoint. The views are something out of a magazine. You can hardly believe your eyes. Infinity pool was the icing on the cake! Bedrooms and living areas were impeccable! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Looking forward to spending many more weeks there in the coming years! Thanks Margot. It was perfect!

An Amazing Vacation Home
From the moment you arrive, this home welcomes you with it's elegant yet creative vibe. It is a beautiful space with extraordinary views of the ocean. The living space is open and comfortable, easy for 8 people to enjoy. We never did get to try the communal pool because the private pool was perfect. A step from the living space, with that amazing view, we swam, dipped our feet in or just chilled out on the lounge chairs. The bedrooms were very comfortable and private. Lynda, the condo manager was extremely helpful and we were lucky enough to enjoy the personal chef. Her cooking was outstanding with more food than we could eat. The walk to the beach was easy peasy and we went daily, enjoying paddle boards, walks on the beach and lots of swimming. We went into Zihuatanejo a couple times taking the boat taxi over. A charming town with lots to look at. We were spoiled rotten by the whole experience.

Fantastic property
Great place for a group of 6+. High up overlooking La Ropa which was great when the beach got too busy (Easter was nuts!).
Quite an incline when returning from the beach but we did it each day. 115 steps then a beautiful refuge.
Cabs everywhere if you don't feel like walking. Casa Corazon was spectacular. The views, the pool, the overall 5 Star accommodation feel.

We left our ‘Heart’ In Casa Corazon!
From the moment we arrived at Casa Corazon we were in love. The views are breathtaking. The architecture of the villa is stunning as is the artwork.
There were 8 of us who shared the space. There was more than enough room for all of us to lounge in the pool, read a book or just sit around and visit. We also enjoyed the onsite gym as well as the common area which included a beautiful infinity pool and a covered bar/bbq area.
The location of Casa Corazon is perfect! It’s just a 5 minute walk to La Ropa Beach and about a 15 minute walk to Zihua. There are a lot of great restaurants in and around the area but we also enjoyed meals at the Casa. The staff here are amazing! The property manager Lynda felt like an old friend from the moment we met her. She greeted us with Margaritas on arrival and Ana handed us each a refreshing towel. Ana is the house keeper/cook/all around great lady! She and her daughters made us some amazing breakfasts. She also kept the place spotless!
Margot and Ken are very accommodating and very accessible. She kindly and patiently responded to my millions of questions when deciding to stay at their beautiful home.

An amazing festive season vacation!
We absolutely loved our time at Casa Corazon! The condo was beautiful and well equipped. Loved getting up in the morning and enjoying our morning coffee
with the beautiful view of La Ropa beach below us.
The resident manager Lynda was invaluable to us during our visit. She helped us with dinner recommendations, setting us up with Omar the nicest taxi driver ever and even bringing us lunch in on our last day! We especially enjoyed the dinners that we had in the condo prepared by Angie . She brought everything with her, prepared the food , served us and then left a spotless kitchen in her wake.... her meals were delicious!!!
We have an active family and it was nice to have the use of the fitness room ( well-equipped) after our morning run on the beach. Walking down the hill a great warm up,
Our favourite part of the condo was the pool... after spending a few hours on the beach then hiking up the hill to the condo ,it was wonderful to plop in the pool to enjoy the afternoon happy hour with the beautiful view below us.
We definitely will return. Thank you Margot for all your help in planning our fabulous vacation!

A True 5 Star Beach Experience
Life at the beach simply doesn't get any better than this exceptional home overlooking stunning La Ropa Beach. This was my second trip here this season and will likely be a regular repeat experience in the coming years. The home is exceptionally well stocked and cared for. The staff is like your extended family and is happy to accommodate your every need. We celebrated my Dads 90th birthday here and he said in his lifetime he had never stayed in a more beautiful place. The tram, which is part of this unique property, made traveling to the fourth floor Penthouse a breeze for all of us, not just Dad. If you are looking for someplace special to share with family and friends, look no further. I just hope there will always be a free date for ME when I book again. TY all at Casa Corazon for the heart felt wonderful experience there.

Absolutely magnificant in every way.
A wonderful place in every way. Firstly, the location is perfect. the casa overlooks the beach and town of Zihuatenajo. Each room is positioned to advantage of the spectacular view. The beach is a short walk downhill, and if one is too hot, or exhausted, to walk back up the hill, taxi cabs are available for a very reasonable price. It is also very cheap to grab a taxi into the town. One can also catch a bus which is even cheaper. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in Zihautanejo.
Or you could spend your whole vacation at Casa Corazon. Each of the 4 bedrooms is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable.The ensuite bathrooms are magnificant. One can spend time sitting on their private balcony, or take advantage of the main deck and infinity pool while enjoying the above mentioned spectacular view. The week we were there it was exceptionally hot and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The kitchen and dining area do not disappoint. Again-beautifully furnished and decorated. The layout lends itself to great work flow. From the artwork to the dishes, the owners incredible taste is reflected in every aspect of Casa Corazon . I cannot say enough about this awesome place. I will definitely be back.

Breathtaking Views Luxury Villa
Celebrating my 50th birthday with my family, I searched for months for the perfect place. The pictures just don't do this property justice.
Welcomed by Lynda with Margaritas and Fresh Guac and chips, from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty.
The staff are easily available for cooking, questions, reservations, cleaning, laundry, pool, etc.!
Every detail is tended to; plush white XL bath Towels, Beach Towels, Pool Floats, Beautiful dinnerware, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking anything you desire, soft crisp white sheets, hairdryers, magnifying mirrors, soaps, and so much more.
We could have just arrived with a toothbrush and swim suit!
The artwork throughout is remarkable and adds to the modern luxury of the entire Villa.
We grilled fresh fish from the market with our family only a short ride away, we had fresh Paella catered in one evening that left us all speechless!
Lynda arranged for a driver, Omar who was available to us for entire 10 day stay, he spoke great English and knew the area very well, essentially he became our tour guide!
For a true "vacation" this is the perfect place, from the intimate beaches at Playa Linda for snorkeling to the local artisans up and down Cinco de Mayo, swimming with dolphins at Delfiniti and jet skiing down the hill at Playa Le Ropa there was no shortage of things to do.

Treat Yourself to a Decadent Vacation
You will feel spoiled and will want to come back. Great place for a girl's get away, couples or family vacation. Ideal for 6-8 people. The beautifully decorated bathrooms alone are worth spending time in! Excellent views from each bedroom to enjoy your own down time plus a huge common area to relax or visit in the sun or shade. No need to leave the property with all the amenities for relaxing, going for a dip and eating in all while enjoying the expansive views of Zihuatanejo Bay. The onsite multilingual property manager is very helpful with any needs and is informative regarding local attractions. Numerous restaurants and La Ropa beach within walking distance for a great morning walk or playing in the surf. Catch one of the frequently passing local buses or cabs and head into the town of Zihuatanejo for a day of exploring in this truly authentic Mexican town.
I would also like to recommend Carlo Scuba on Las Gatas Beach for snorkeling or diving excursions. Excellent service with a smile.

Spectacularly luxurious Casa Corazon
I was fortunate to stay, once again, with friends at Casa Corazon. This vacation home continues to exceed all expectations. The Casa itself is comfortable and luxurious.
Everything you need is right there. It is well stocked – with a gourmet kitchen – delicious coffee and wine on arrival, comfortable beds and linens, sun loungers and plenty of pool toys. Plan on spending lots of time in the sparkling blue pool, which cools you as well as offering magnificent views of Zihuatanejo town and bay. The team at Ensueno 10 is always responsive and happy to assist. Whether you want to rest and lounge at home, or get out and experience Zihuatanejo and its surroundings, Casa Corazon is the perfect place to stay. I would happily return.

Perfectly situated in picturesque La Ropa, just minutes away from the town centre of Zihuatanejo with an easy walk down to the beach. The property is magnificent, including the architecture, layout and design as well as the sophisticated décor with beautiful pieces of art throughout.
After a warm welcome by the staff in the lobby, your experience at the Casa starts when you get to the penthouse of the property (either by stairs or funicular). The stately front door opens into a beautiful and vast space that includes the living room, kitchen and dining areas. A few steps into the room, you overlook the private infinity pool to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and ocean, all in a single, expansive, open space.
The living, kitchen and dining areas are spectacular, as well as functional. The centrepiece is the marble dining room table that can easily accommodate seating for 10 -12. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, with everything you need to prepare your own meals, or have the meals prepared for you. There is also a TV room with DVDs, Netflix, etc. with sliding doors, should you choose to cool off and relax with air conditioning on those extra hot days (and nights). In addition to these shared areas, the Casa’s floor plan ensures complete privacy, with four separate bedrooms w/ensuites, air conditioning and all the amenities you could want.
The staff at Ensueno 10 are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. Overall, the property is adult oriented, peaceful and quiet with a small number of units, with Casa Corazon being the penthouse at the very top. La Ropa is quaint, with great restaurants and bars that are easy to get to. The town of Zihuatanejo with its vibrant markets and shopping is also easy to access, either by walking or a short taxi ride, if you prefer. Taxis are inexpensive, easy to find and reliably take you wherever you need to go.
The owners of Casa Corazon (Margot and Ken) have made tremendous efforts to ensure your time at the property will be a luxury experience that will give you wonderful memories. This is one of the most splendid properties I have had the opportunity to enjoy and I can’t wait until my next visit!

Beautiful, stylish, spacious, & awesome views!
It has been several weeks since my family of 9 stayed at Casa Corazon and we are still in awe of how perfect the 4 bedroom condo was for us. We literally are ready to go back again for my mother's 71st birthday in March and she usually doesn't want to travel but she said it was the best vacation she has ever had! Margo's team at the condo were so kind and accommodating! Upon check in we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working in one of the bedrooms, which Evelyne quickly scheduled the maintenance team to try to fix it. They weren't able to fix it so they ordered a new A/C unit and installed it the next day. We were very appreciative of the quick response to remedy the issue and your concern to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful open air kitchen at night and loved having the family sit together at the large dining table every morning for breakfast which was cooked by a private chef that Margot and Evelyne recommended for us. It was really a dream vacation and we couldn't believe the amazing view from every room in the condo. I am looking forward to returning!
