About this apartment rental
Efficiency Apartment located in the Heart of Wrightsville Beach. We do not supply linens and you will need to bring your own. Seaside Linen of Wilmington NC. This apartment has been completely remodeled. It is a great get away for a couple, small family, or even a few friends. This apartment has hardwood floors and all new furnishings. It is on the ground level. You can relax on the patio or walk around the side and walk just a few steps to the ocean or walk in the other direction to the downtown area. You do not have to cross any streets. It is convenient to all local restaurants, local grocery store, pizza parlor, surf shop, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and more. You can enjoy the 'walking loop' which is just a few steps away to begin the 3 mile walk around the island for exercising or just pleasure. The pier is just a short walk down the beach for fishing or fun. This apartment has all the amenities of home and the private area that make it just a quiet relaxing fun place.

I could not get the cable TV to work and I think it was possibly related to the technology outage that occurred prior to my stay. I know others had problems with cable after the outage and had to call the cable company to get it back up. But I was not there to watch TV so it was fine without it.

Was a quick trip to wrightsville beach. My daughter attends UNCW so it was the perfect spot to stay and relax. Walking distance to beach, Vito’s tower7 and not a bad walk to Sundays either! Will be back again. Thank you! Simple parking and quick response if anything is needed.

Small comfortable cozy location 2 minute walk to the beach everything is so convenient walking distance and the other guests were very friendly and the surrounding areas very clean and pristine location very safe and perfect family environment

Very close to the beach, just a few hundred feet from the door to the short, fine, white sand path to the beautiful Wrightsville beach!

Clay is a fantastic host! He’s great at communicating and answering questions and he made everything very simple every step of the way. It was very well stocked and appointed and I am very impressed with the use of space.
The Heat/AC mini split provided a perfectly climate controlled environment of our whimsy. The thermostat is the first thing you see when you walk in the door! The bed is extremely comfortable and he spares no expense on clean, comfortable pillows! The kitchen is very clean and well stocked with everything you need to keep it clean and to do your own dishes. He even provides good quality toilet paper!!! Our daughter was very impressed to hear about the toilet paper, on the phone, haha!
We are extremely excited to visit again in the very near future as the price was more than fair.

The most convenient place we have staying in Wrightsville. Very close to the beach. Quiet, clean, enough of everything we needed.

This unit is immaculate. We found the space very comfortable: bed, loveseat, shower, kitchenette, hot & cold outdoor shower or hose for cleaning when coming off of the beach, free access to a washer and dryer, quiet location yet close to beach, restaurants, and retail, Wi-Fi, and cable T.V.. Outdoor picnic table and grill available. Wonderful! The hosts are great communicators. We will visit this spot again.

This place was in the perfect location! It was a 30 second walk to the beach, coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, bars, and tourist shops. We never had to get into the car! The place was the perfect size. It had an amazing back patio that got shade in the afternoon after the beach. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the warmth. Would highly recommend!

Went down for my daughter's orientation at UNCW, the place was perfect for 2 people. Clean and great communication with owner. Just a minute walk to the beach and minutes from several restaurants/bars, pizza, the Trolly Stop hotdogs and coffee and also an independent grocery store that serves breakfast biscuits and lunch. Will definitely book again!!

Clay’s place is very nice. It has a great mattress and air/heat exchanger that is extremely quiet and you control it yourself. The location is close to many good food places and a grocery for supplies. The walking trail is right out the door and is great too! Clay was great with his communications with us.

Everything was great until we realized we had no control over the heat and Air which they kept on 71°. Not ideal for two menopausal women. Then we found the blood on the pillow and the floor. Property manager was not very responsive. He did finally get back about the air and told me it would cool off and there was a fan in the closet. Never got back with me about the blood that was found.

The cozy studio met all our needs. Just a few steps to the ocean, convenient parking for one vehicle right next to your door. Clean gas grill just outside the door along with a picnic table with umbrella. Robert’s grocery is also just around the corner as well as King Neptune’s, Vito’s Pizza, Tower 7, ice cream, coffee and more!

This is a great studio apartment. Well equipped for a solitary or couples getaway to the beach. Location was a quick walk from the beach and convenient to multiple restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable.

This efficiency apartment uses its space well and provided us a nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable.
Just an FYI that in addition to bringing sheets and towels, bring dish towels for the kitchen as there were none. Also bring any staples like coffee and spices, although salt and pepper are provided.

Staying four nights for family Christmas fun was the reason. The price was very fair. Parking and getting around was very easy. I will come again I didn't mind bringing my own linen. Place was spotless.

The unit was very very charming and the perfect amount a space for the two of us. Cannot beat the location! It is super close to the beach and to some great places to eat and drink. It was very clean and was the perfect retreat. Would highly recommend!

I love this little place. It’s right in the middle of everything, but with the little back patio, it feels very private. Just around the corner from bars and restaurants and the beach is just around the corner the other direction. Peaceful, has everything I need for a quick getaway. The owner is great, very easy to work with. Looking forward to my next stay!
