Beautiful, tropical, two level home with five bedrooms and four baths. Free WiFi. Just added to the deck which is now a tremendous 12 x 42. New Living Room and new Deck furniture. An OUTDOOR TV on the Living Room deck. All under the protection of the screened pool cage for your comfort. Rooftop sunning deck. Brand new Fridge with filtered water and ice maker. New dishwasher. We have more bedrooms with their own bathrooms than all other properties in our price range. Of our 5 bedrooms, three of them have en suite bathrooms & 2 share a connecting bathroom. This makes it really easy for many people to get ready at the same time and offers convenience and privacy. Our house is ALWAYS sunny. We have ample sky-lights which have heat and glare shields. The beautiful swimming pool is heated and has attractive pavers. We are the third property in from the gulf beach on one side and the third in from the bay on the other. The driveway gate can be closed for privacy and most of the property is fenced. We are constantly told the pictures don't do us justice. We enjoy having many returnees to Blue Heaven year after year.
Clean, white tiled floors, 12 x 42 living room level deck with OUTDOOR TV which is within the pool cage, tremendous rooftop sunning deck, screened & heated pool, steps from the white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico and steps from the Bay. Perfect for shelling, fishing, kayaking, biking and sunsets, a quick walk to charming restaurants and unique shops and art galleries in the Village area of Captiva. Tennis and golf are available in Sanibel just minutes from Captiva. I think Tween Waters Inn, Captiva, will let you rent a pass to play tennis. We are within the 'Village' area where you may use rented golf carts.
Our first level may also be used as a private In-law Suite or Nanny Suite with its own bath, living room, kitchenette. It has a secondary private entrance for added convenience. The 'Cabana' room with kitchenette and sliders to pool, may be used for bedroom with 2 twin beds and 'Jack and Jill' bath. We had never previously rented a house, and this time we all pooled together and did as a family. It was SO nice to have plenty of space for everyone. We did have to ride out Tropical Storm Debby which wasn’t the best but we made due!! The house already had a jumper for my son (10 months) which was such a pleasant surprise! We also found games and books which was awesome as well. There were plenty of beach chairs and items for the pool. I LOVED the guest book- what a fun feature!! The property is beautiful, and we even went to the roof a couple times which was neat! During the tropical storm, we did have the skylight leaking so we placed towels and buckets to catch any water dripping. It was hard to give my kids baths though (I normally have a handheld shower head I use for them- in the bathroom my daughter stayed in the shower head was obnoxious and basically dumped out like a water hose so she just showered with me all week, and for my son I just did my best to hold him against me and shower with him too, not a terrible complaint just less than ideal. I loved having our own laundry as well so we did not have to go home with a ton of dirty clothes! Overall, I loved being able to stay there and would definitely consider it again!

I loved the property, the house was perfect. I would love to go back to this property. The check in process was delayed due to the cleaners, considering the prior renters were out 2 days prior. The cleaners could due a much better job inside and out.

Layout was great. We had 2 families with children and a set of grandparents. Everyone had their own space making differing bedtimes easy. The pool and decks were great. Property management company was responsive and helpful.

Blue heaven is a very comfortable stay away from home. We enjoy location to beach, and comfort on property with much space available to relax or swim, cook outside, and enjoy family time. Home is comfortably decorated and fits a family to make Wonderful vacation memories.

Beautiful, comfortable house with all the equipment, pool and short walk to the beach. Short walk the other way to restaurants and shops. Great experience!

3 generations, 9 people vacation. Plenty off bedroom and bathrooms. The extra long doing table with plenty of chairs was great. Walked to ocean (ocean equipment and washing wagon were great). Kind used pool everyday. I watched the sunrise from rooftop deck several times. Royal Shell was nice enough to supply us with a shower chair. Only downside for me was the stairs; I am disabled and mostly the stairs were okay; but there were a couple days when I had done so much walking that the last stair climb was challenging.

House is as described and in a perfect location. There was ample space for our group of 5 adults, one teenager, and one child. The heated screened in pool was amazing! We would definitely return and cannot think of a property we have liked more.

Great vacation property. Extremely clean upon arrival. So much better than the pictures, accommodating 4 kids (18 to 23), 2 parents and a grandma. Close to beach (walkable) and food options. Pool was perfect.

And this party of seven, spent a wonderful week
at the house called Blue Heaven! The weather was chilly, but we didn’t mind, for the pool kept us warm, the heat was sublime. All you could want was well within reach, restaurants, stores, especially the beach! The view from the roof of stars, beach and sound was truly beautiful, the best around. Any needs that arose were quickly handled with care, 10/10 would recommend a stay there!!!

The location was excellent and the home was as described. We had several issues in the first week, but the management company stuck with us until all were resolved. We had issues with the A/C, internet, cable TV, the ice maker. The home itself was lovely and the pool was great.

Great house.
Plenty of room. The downstairs is like a home of its own. The 2 mini splits keep the basement cool.
Short walk to beach.
House had beach chairs, toys, umbrella and a wagon to haul it.
Pool was good size with comfy poolside furniture.
Would stay again!!

It was beautiful but also sobering to see the damage and imagine the pain owners are still experiencing! The ocean was wonderful !

My family and I were very excited to find a house on Captiva that would accommodate 6 adults and our dog! It was our first time bringing out dog to the beach, and he was thrilled.
The pictures and description of the house did not disappoint. We also absolutely loved the pool area! It was so nice to be able to relax in the pool in the evenings.
We also loved the location of the house. It's just a short walk to the beach, and only minutes from some fantastic restaurants. We wish we had more time to be able to really explore the island. We've previously only stayed on Sanibel where everything is much more spread out. It was fun to have so many things to do near the house!
Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by Hurricane Ian. We checked into the house, and two days later we evacuated for the hurricane. The property owner was so wonderful while we were dealing with this! He reached out several times prior to the hurricane's arrival, and continued to reach out after we had evacuated. He helped to make a very chaotic situation run as smoothly as possible. I can't thank him enough!! I would not hesitate to book at this house again in the future, once Sanibel and Captiva are up and running again!

Our family of 10 had a great time staying at this house especially the screened pool and deck. Its convenient to the beach but you walk along the main road to Captiva for about 400 ft. Its fine and we had no trouble but just be cautious. We have stayed here for the last three years and would go back.

Blue Heaven was Great
My immediate family stayed for a week in Blue Heaven. The home was wonderfully decorated and the sleeping rooms were perfect for our group of 10! We loved that our dog could be included in this family celebration. The location was ideal for walking to places all around Captiva. We did cook several meals at this home, and there was a nice assortment of pots and pans, as well as plenty of eating utensils and dishes. The size of the dining room table did not accommodate all 10 of us for family meals, however. The ice maker and water from the refrigerator did not work, which was a major inconvenience for our family. There were ice trays in the freezer, but with the July heat and 10 people, we had to get ice from a local market daily. The home is located on a very busy street at a sharp curve. The signage for the home impeded the ability for one of our vehicles to easily enter the driveway from one direction. We had a lovely time and appreciated the many good qualities of the home--including the beautiful pool.

This location was perfect!
I came to Blue Heaven with my daughter, her husband and two of my grandsons. We all had a wonderful time! It was so close to the beach and restaurant which helped me because I have knee issues. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. The house was everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay for all ages.

We love Captiva!
Captiva is gorgeous with lush tropical scenery & beautiful beaches. Every house is very private, yet has a neighborhood feel with immaculately kept yards. Family oriented. Beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops and food places, bike and golf cart rentals within walking, biking, or driving distance. Prices were equal to other vacation/ tourist places we’ve been too. Friendly people. There are numerous multi million dollar homes and then homes affordable for regular people like us. House was perfect, plenty of space for multiple family members. Pool and deck areas were great. We had an issue out in the yard area and staff (Andrew) and maintenance from the realtors were so polite and helpful! They kept us updated and took care of the issue promptly and checked back with us to make sure it was resolved. We are definitely coming back and will use vrbo again. Very easy to book.

Captiva Heaven!
Always sad to leave here, having stayed 6 times now. I always stay with my husband and kids, but just visited with my 3 sisters and they all loved this home also! I love that the rooftop deck has been redone with, I believe, trex decking and there are now lounge chairs up there to relax and see the sunrise and sunset from. Also, the pool was perfectly heated for the cool weather we just had. Can't wait to come back again soon!!!

A Perfect Place to Experience Captiva
We found this property to be an excellent place for our 2 week stay on Captiva. Located just a short walk from the beach and the village, so super convenient. Very clean, bright, well outfitted and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Week
We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The smaller deck and large deck were nice to have along with the pool. We had to contact the property manager to bring some essentials. We thought with the pandemic still going on the property should have been cleaned and sterilized much better.

Captivating Home
This beautiful home on Captiva was perfect for our family! The layout is great with so many fun amenities to enjoy.. the inside pool, the screened porch and atrium, the upper sunning deck and a cozy and well stocked kitchen for enjoying meals in. Having filtered water for coffee and refill water bottles was nice too!
The bedrooms and baths are all decorated pretty and beachy with comfortable beds and nice quality sheets which makes for a restful night's sleep/afternoon nap. Made short trips to the beach several times each day for family fun and beautiful sunsets. We booked a local photographer for family photos at sunset which was another highlight. Also rented a large golf cart for short trips to restaurants and ice cream, sightseeing and having the island experience. Last but not least sunrises at the docks behind Green Flash were awesome and the perfect way to start the day at this "magical" place.

This property was perfect for our family of 10 with all the amenities needed to have a great vacation. The screened-in pool was a favorite of everyone. Light-filled beach house with pool
We had a lovely time at this Captiva home. The home itself is very well equipped with baths and TVs in every bedroom and a separate suite on the first level. The salt water pool and lovely deck out back were our favorite spots to hang out. The girls loved the rooftop deck for suntanning and we appreciated short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Perfect spot for relaxing on Captiva!
Tips: Don’t miss the sunsets each night at the beach. Bring your camera. Rent bikes to explore the area.

Wonderful location
The pics didn't do this property justice. Plenty of room for our large group. We loved all the different locations to hang out. Outdoor tv was a hit. Easy walk to restaurants, and we enjoyed walking back from dinner along the beach. Only downside is the kitchen is smaller, but who wants to spend time there ok vacation anyway?

This house was great for multiple families with small children. There was plenty of space for when people wanted to spread out and also nice community indoor/outdoor space. The pool area was also fantastic. Short walk down to the beautiful beach made for wonderful days. Afternooons by the pool and finished the days barbecuing. Plenty of chairs, beach umbrella and large wagon created the perfect beach setting. The only items that some might not fine perfect - the street is a little busier than other areas of the island. The kitchen is a little on the smaller side for a home of this size. Neither of these were negatives for our group but felt worth noting.

Family Remote Get Away
Very nice property. There were a couple of hic-ups, but they got resolved quickly. The pool location is such that the sun never shined on the pool, which made swimming a little chilly. The best part is that there was plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Great location, old Florida vibe
Perfect location for our extended family gathering in a beautiful spot with an old Florida vibe. The kitchen is not spacious so best to not plan on spending much time cooking. We had a great time by the pool. Thank you!

Loved our stay at Blue Heaven!
We had a wonderful stay at Blue Heaven on Captiva Island! There were 7 adults in our group and the house had more than enough room for all of us. The location was great! Just a very short walk to the beach where we enjoyed the water and sun, and saw dolphins every day. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. We all loved our dinner at Key Lime Bistro. Was a great, relaxing vacation which is exactly what we were looking for!
