We really enjoyed the location of the property, the views were fantastic. We arrived Friday during a snow storm and Saturday morning we woke up to a beautiful winter wonderland. We watched the snow melt Saturday, and then Sunday morning we had elk and deer all around the cabin.
We just had a couple minor issues with our stay. The cabin clothes dryer would not work. The water machine at Albertsons was out of order and we could not refill the cabin drinking water containers.

Beautiful home with scenery to match. Sunrise to sunset breathtaking views. Great seating outside…I could stay on that patio all day! The home was very open and roomy which was great for large families. Great location, close to the strip as well as other attractions if you want to stay away from the crowds.The home was completely stocked, everything we needed was there! The home is two stories with most of the rooms downstairs! If you have little ones who are not familiar with stairs it might be a good idea to bring a large gate to close off the stair entrance.Evolve has become my favorite management company. Their homes are always top notch with the attention and care to every detail go above and beyond!

This property is a dream located right in the middle of everything Ruidoso has to offer! We had 11 family members stay. There is so much space to spread out and enjoy the mountains! We hope to stay here again in the future.

The view from the deck could not have been more beautiful! Coffee in the morning and the late afternoon was our gathering place. Later games at the kitchen table and snooker table was making memories with grandkids and parents.
While the house is old, it was perfect for our large group. I only gave 4 stars because the upstairs could use a small AC as the afternoon sun really heated up the west side. It was so hot we had to go out front to visit until the back would begin to cool off sometimes as late as 11 pm. Floor fans helped some. The downstairs was a really cool temperature.
A few minor issues were handled immediately by Kaye💕
A young mule deer came to visit every day and the grandkids named him Stitch. There was plenty of space to explore and loved that the pickleball courts were just down the road. We went horseback riding, White sands, swimming at Wibit (burrr), the Fairy Trail, shopping, etc.
Ruidoso is a beautiful and friendly village and can’t wait to go back!
Eating cherries from Glencoe is a must!!

The house was somewhat of a Disappointment. To have to pay for cleaning, whoever does it doesn’t do a very good job. Dishes were dirty and had to be rewashed, some lightbulbs out, blender didn’t work, chairs broken, screen doors had holes if there even was a screen door, NO A/C! listing says nothing about No A/C, fire pit on deck has a cover screwed down over it so it cannot be used-pics in listing do not show this cover therefore you think oh it would be nice to make a fire in the pit at night and sit around the fire and visit(just like I thought)obviously that didn’t happen. Refrigerator upstairs did not work correctly, fridge part wouldn’t get cold, freezer part wouldn’t freeze. Called Ruidoso contact & she Wouldn’t Answer, she returned my call an hour later & said she would come look at it, close to four hours later still nobody showed up. Called her again No Answer, Called Owner No Answer. Sent owner text, little later she replied but by that time I was so disappointed with the service I just decided to use the ice chests we thankfully brought. There is a downtstairs fridge but with the cost of the rental All Appliances Should Work! Owner said fridge had been looked at week before, so this fridge repair guy might also be doing the cleaning because neither was done well. When we showed up to checkin a groundskeeper was on-site cleaning up??? Shouldn’t cleaning be completed before guests arrive? Listing says no back to back bookings due to cleaning(which I already said was bad)between stays, yet in the guest book there was an entry from the day before so clearly that isn’t true. House is dated with several broken things throughout the house. The house had a good floor plan and did have nice views off the deck which was very spacious and quite enjoyable in the evenings. Overall I don’t feel the rental was worth the money I spent.

What an experience getting married in this fabulous home. Everything was perfect for a family wedding close to everything and beautiful views of the mountains. Would recommend it for anyone with a large family. Julie was great and answered all the questions.

Wonderful stay and relaxation. The home provided three families and 5 teenagers plenty of space and room to keep active. Sitting around the fire was so relaxing! Definitely making plans to come again!

Our group of young business professionals get together every year to golf in Ruidoso. The house provided everything we were looking for and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We will most likely be booking this house again for next years gathering!

The cabin is amazing although the cleaningness was horrible it had spider webs all over the cabin. When the manager was told about it the answer was that it had a lot of outdoors to enjoy.
