About this house rental
Beautiful, modern, well maintained 3BR 2.5BA home in the heart of Old Port Royal. Sleeps 6-8 in 3 comfortable bedrooms. King, queen, and two double beds. Relax on the large first and second-floor porches, enjoy family dinners in the large kitchen and dining areas, and kick back with games and movies in the large living room. Features include all kitchen appliances and accessories, laundry, TV and WIFI, charcoal grill and plenty of extras.
Walking distance to Battery Creek, Sands Beach and Boardwalk, great restaurants and nature trails. 6 minutes to Parris Island, 10 minutes to walking and biking on the Spanish Moss Trail, 10 minutes to historic Beaufort, 20 minutes to beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park, 40 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

We were in town for my sons graduation at Parris Island. It had everything we could have needed and it was very cozy an roomy to enjoy family time. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

My family traveled to Port Royal for my grandson's Marine Boot Camp Graduation from Parris Island, SC. in July, 2024. I was a bit skeptical of using a VRBO because I have never used this type of lodging. We were all just delighted with the house, the location (minutes away from the base and that was very convenient on those early morning arrivals), the neighborhood and the quaint little town of Port Royal, and I could go one and on. The house was impeccably clean and decorated with coastal decor. We loved it and if we go to Port Royal again, we will definitely opt to rent at 1016 10th Street. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

This house is well equipped and in a great location. It provides the comfort of home and still delivers the excitement of vacation. The upstairs balcony porch is awesome.
Port Royal seems to just keep getting better and better with new restaurants and activities. I temporarily lost the house keys (found them when the tide washed out!) and the property managers were very, very helpful. We fully recommend this house to anyone looking for a great trip away.

We were pleased to find this wonderful property for our trip to attend our Son's Marines Family Day and Graduation. The property was perfect for our family and lived up to the reviews. Amenities available were so well-thought out. We only needed to bring ourselves, luggage and shop for groceries. Thank you! We will definitely plan on visiting again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house while here for our son’s graduation at MRCD Parris Island. We’ve stayed at plenty VRBO’s. The photos do not do the home justice. Plenty of everything in this house. Fully stocked kitchen from dishes to spices, comfortable beds with plenty of room to stretch. Great internet connection, wonderful games, and lovely porches we enjoyed continuously! We were here during a full moon, and the view from upstairs porch has an early morning reflection onto the waters as if it was pulled from a Pat Conroy book. Neat, clean, perfect! I told my husband we should invest in this place once we retire. That’s a big compliment coming from us. Thanks again.

Our family(including 4 adult children) very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was exactly as described and so convenient to everything in PortRoyal. We were in town for the Beaufort Air Show and it was a nice surprise to find out there was an After Party right down the street where we were able to meet the pilots!

This house is wonderful! It was the first time we've ever used VRBO, and we will definitely be doing it again. Our son will be entering the Marines this summer, so we were scoping out a place for family to stay for graduation. This house is perfect! We will definitely be renting again! Book it! We were in South Carolina for a USMC graduation. It was 4 minutes away from Parris island and the location was perfect! All shops and restaurants were about 10 minutes away! The home was clean, fully stocked and very nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable! Lots of room in driveway and overall it was a great experience! Thank you!

My family and I stayed there for the weekend for marine graduation. Its location was very convenient and within minutes of Parris Island. The place was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. This property was exactlywhat the description says. My family went down for my son's graduation from bootcamp. It was 5 mins away to the island. Walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants Fishcamp. We have 5 sons, 3 of which became a US Marine and this was the best house and location out of the 3 times there. Highly recommend. We had NEVER rented a house before. BEST thing ever. This location was perfect in every way. It fit our families from NH and IL that gathered to see our son and brother graduate bootcamp. It was about 10 minutes or less from Parris Island. Great place to walk around. A+++ from us!

As it happened, my cousin rented a house one block over, so we had a large gathering of family. The house is roomy and the kitchen is amazingly well equipped for a rental. Would definitely go back again!

Cherished Memory
We visited Port Royal like many others to pick our son up from Marine Boot Camp at Parris Island. We decided to make a weeks vacation out of it and our other 2 adult children, their significant others, and my grand daughter all stayed at the house! It was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with so many things that we needed and appreciated! It is SO close to the base and makes it very convenient! We ate at great little restaurants and enjoyed walking the piers and just enjoying the beautiful weather. My husband and I visited the base daily just to take it all in! We would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone wanting a pleasant place to stay!!

Great location
The property is nice and in a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable even though there is carpet, I didnt sneeze once. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but its easy to miss corners with such a quick turnover of guest in a great place. We would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Location
1016 10th St. is a great house in a great location. We were on a family vacation (two parents & four kids). It was the best for exploring Port Royal, getting to the Sands, short trip to Beaufort, and short trip to the beach. The house was clean & had everything we needed for an easy vacation far from home. We used to live in Beaufort and return almost every summer. This house was the best we've stayed in so far.

We booked last minute for our son's USMC graduation. Base was very short trip, and we could see his barracks from the watch tower by the boardwalk where we spent a few evenings at the beer garden. Met many locals and really enjoyed everything about our trip, especially getting to see our Marine!
