Pésimo

El baño la regadera se llena de agua, que no te limpien el Cuarto si no después de 7 días de estadía , y creo q tenían acaros sus camas, estamos todos piqueteados.

Easy jumping off point.

Easy access from the airport after a late flight. Clean and spacious. Secure parking. Smallish but nice pool. Breakfast options within walking distance.

It didn’t have appliances for the kitchen, the kit that they sell it's overpriced, and the pan was super cheap and nasty quality. We had to buy another at the supermarket to cook

Stay at extended!

The place is good. The room is spacious with a kitchenette just perfect for me and my daughter. There is a clean pool to cool you off. I love the staff. They are so helpful. I had a problem with my laundry and they tried their best to help me. They were helpful and they did not expect anything back. Very accommodating even with the language barrier. It was close to amenities. The price I paid is actually fair. Overall, it was a good stay.

That I have to get a package for utensils. There is not even a free coffee/sugar. No glasses even.

I wouldn't back

location and price

too basic. ugly and torn towels. not even a glass to drink water. no safe box. the tv wasn't working. no hairdryer. I think they could a bit better. the staff one woman at the reception was friendly enough. they have a deal with the taxis outside of the suites and overcharge any taxi service.

Disappointing experience

Quick and efficient check in. Attentive staff - our room ended up getting humid and very wet after showers and we always had someone come in to mop. We enjoyed our time in the pool. Close to the airport

Our room had a lot of issues. Dirty sheets and stained toilet bowl when we entered. The bathroom floor got wet everytime we had a shower and our room was so humid that the floors were constantly wet. There was fungus on the walls. Generally we didn't feel like this room had the value of it's price. We were told that they only change sheets every 7 days but we expected to be received with clean sheets What's the point of a kitchenette without even the basic utensils ?

It's a brand new hotel, great location and very accessible for the price. We loved the staff We wished the room was a bit bigger but overall it was a great experience

Good hotel for one night only before or after the airport

Nearby the airport. Large bedroom. Bed comfortable.

Shower had zero pressure, impossible to shower properly. A shame. Hotel has the minimum for one night stay after or before the airport

Don’t stay here unless you want horrible service!

Honestly nothing. The hotel is located in a dingy street off the highway and rooms are big but poorly maintained.

Terrible service from the unhappy staff! We had scheduled for a taxi at 3am to pick us up but the driver never showed and the receptionist refused to help. He seemed to be busy entering data into his computer at 3am n kept saying “what can I do if the taxi doesn’t show up”. We speak Spanish, so language isn’t the issue. It’s the terrible attitude of the staff. In general this hotel doesn’t offer any value for money. Rooms are simple, poorly maintained with a rickety air conditioner and kitchenette without a single utensils. We checked with the receptionist and they didn’t even have a spoon n fork! The hotel is not close to the airport or downtown, it’s just close to Walmart, Sam’s Club and TGIF.
