Family of 12: ages 8-75. Wonderful week late May 2024. Plenty of space, beautiful view from porches. Kids and young adults enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock, lovely fire pit and game room with pool table and fun retro arcade game. The house is beautiful, but could use some TLC. Weather was very warm and we wanted to enjoy the amazing breeze but both screen doors leading to the porch came off track every time we tried to open them and the screens were ripped and let in the bugs. Several windows didn't have screens at all. It does seem like they're in the process of updating the house, new floors in living area and windows are being replaced. With a few improvements it will be amazing! In the meantime, bring fans if you're visiting in summer because upstairs gets very warm. Also, they're not kidding when they say nothing is provided: bring your own dish towels, dish detergent, pot holders, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap for bathrooms. Good thing dollar store is 12 minutes away because we had to run out first thing on arrival. Might want to bring some forks too, and a working can opener. We did call once for a clogged drain and Taylor Made sent a nice repairman over right away to fix it. Last thing: if you have older family members in your group, be advised the walk back from the dock to the house is uphill with steep stairs and somewhat strenuous. Overall, we had a wonderful week and we would definitely stay here again!

My Family and I had a very nice weekend. The house was family friendly with a pool table and conveniently located to the lake and community center. The community center had a pool and a family T.V. area which we enjoyed. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Heavenly Grove for a long weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The check-in process was seamless and the professional host was very communicative. We stayed very early - the beginning of the season - so we felt like the house could have used a refresher on some supplies like measuring cups and spoons that may have gone missing over the previous rental period, but all in all we found the house comfortable, as described and located in a lovely lakeside community. Would stay again!

Property was wonderful. Multi-generational family vacation was enjoyed by all. Please add more description to your listing to avoid renters over-packing! Tap water/refrig water/ice all still strongly smell of sulfur. We had a great time and already look forward to a return.

there are 2 major drawbacks to this property: The HVAC system distributes very unevenly with little to no air to the highest level.Second the water quality is terrible and with a sulfur odor. The well water is undrinkable and smells really bad.

Immaculate indoor community pool that keeps the kids entertained on the rainy days. Would recommend this home to anyone. We had 7 people and we all could retire to our area when we wanted to. We stayed for 9 days, and the only issue we had was a sulfur smell in the water, and it noticeably worsened during our stay. We notified Taylor Made about it on our 4th or 5th day, and they immediately brought us bottled water for drinking and cooking. We appreciated that very much. It is not something that would keep us from coming back, but it does need addressed.

What a disappointment this vacation was. For the amount of money charged a little maintenance and a water filter should not be too much to ask. The smell was horrible every time water was used, and the provided water cooler water bottles were not on property as stated, we have never had to buy water to cook with before. Blinds that don't cover windows fully and not enough seating for amount of people it sleeps. Bar stools that are broken, loose deck boards, broken glider, WiFi that only works in the basement, Roku TVs with bandwidth issues, a gas grill that is regulated and takes days to heat up; I could go on for days. This place needs to have the fee match the quality provided, from inadequate ac to lack of window cleaning resulting in dead bugs and cobwebs, it was a large disappointment. Probably the last time we will use Taylor-Made. On the plus side the community pool was nice, the neighborhood was quiet and the Keurig was awesome. We would have overlooked 99% of the problems if the water had not smelled so bad. It literally makes you gag to take a shower! There is not reason in this day and age to have to deal with that. At least mention it your description giving people the choice to go elsewhere if you aren't going to fix it. This was the 4th rental from Taylor-Made in Deep Creek and as this was the most expensive for the worst experience we will most likely not be returning.

This home is all about location!!! Nestled in nature, great walking trails and a short walk to the lake with stunning views! Kitchen is fully stocked, pretty decor and great layout! The men loved the gas grill and watching wildlife as they grilled. The girls loved having access to the indoor pool that was just a short bike ride away! Overall we had a great stay and would consider renting in the future. Flaws: After an adventurous first day we finally got our girls settled in the lower lever, only shocked to discover the sheets were NOT clean! Covered in hair and crumbs we had no choice but to strip the beds and start washing (at 10:00pm). After checking the rest of the home, only 2 of the beds were clean!!! GROSS!!! Who wants to spend hours washing sheets and changing 4 beds on vacation??? can’t believe we were charged an “extra cleaning fee for our dog” when her bed (brought from home) was by far the cleanest in the house! Overall the house was not filthy, it’s just in need of a thorough cleaning. This has no reflection on the owners, maybe just in need of a new cleaning crew!!

1.Upon arrival found grill extremely dirty 2. Lower level that has a bedroom had a musty smell with dehumidifier running but not removing moisture. It took 2 days for it to be replaced and working to make lower level usable for sleeping and playing games. 3. Lack of instructions for TVs, Watercooler-coffee maker and smoke alarm. 4. access to garage for parking son's motorcycle was arranged in advance but it took until Tues Morning to gain access. 5. Lamp in living room extremely dusty 6. Hot tub had green water and filters were extremely dirty when service man cleaned on Thursday so unable to use until Thursday evening per his instructions.

There were 11 in our party - ages 14 - 76 years old. Each one of us had much privacy and everything we needed at the tip of our hands. The kitchen is well supplied with everything and more than you need. Two ovens made it perfect when you are cooking for 11 people. The beds were all very comfortable - the house was very clean when we arrived. The only problem we had, was that the upper two bedrooms were not cooled down - this only took a phone call to the management. They sent someone immediately who brought fans and an AC unit for the very top floor. No complaints from us, they handled it quickly and pleasantly - we were very pleased. Our family enjoyed the game room in the basement, the outdoor fire pit, the Jacuzzi was awesome, and the seating in the dining room was adequate for our party. The location was perfect for us - the lake is a 3 minute walk and if you have a boat, there is a slip reserved for this house to dock it at. We rented a boat for four days and enjoyed the beauty of Deep Creek Lake. It's about a 15 minute drive to the grocery store and to Deep Creek which was fine with us. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. A perfect vacation spot - it was really more than we had hoped for and will definitely be back next year. Thank you for having us and for making our vacation a dream vacation!

The house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect size but the water pressure was absolutely terrible. The girls could barely wash their hair it was so bad. Also the grill was disgustingly filthy. We had to take all the racks off and soak and clean them ourselves. I feel like that should have been done before we got there. Also i couldn’t find the house phone to check out on. Not sure if the house came with one but that made things a little more difficult to check out.

Well, the home itself was fantastic. All the rooms were nice. Even though all but two didn't have a t.v. in it but that's no biggie. But there was a very uncomfortable odor in the water. Heavenly Grove is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and has updated, stylish lake house decor(not the typical rustic, woodsy decor). Even the dishes were lovely! The open layout of the living space is very conducive to large family gatherings. The kids, especially the teens, loved hanging out in the basement playing foosball and pool. The only issue and it was pretty minor is that the tvs are set up with Roku which wasn't very user-friendly. We've rented many house in Deep Creek over the years and this is one of our favorites - highly recommend!

We loved Heavenly Grove!! It was the perfect place for our women to get away for the weekend and enjoy every minute of it. The kitchen was awesome and provided everything we needed and ar top quality The stand alone Keurig coffee machine was new to us and was incredible. We felt secluded and did not feel we were bothering anyone and no one bothered us us. Having all of the bedding and towels provided was a huge convenience and it were also top quality. There was a whole hutch full of games and the pool table was awesome. We did have an issue with some dampness downstairs and water pressure in the kitchen sink but other than that it was great.

Overall was happy with the property. It is nice inside and the wraparound deck was nice. As the other mentioned the grass was high which didn't help with the kids playing outside. My only real complaint is it is noted they have cable/satellite. They do not, they have sling TV (internet TV), which was spotty to stream. Probably not a big deal for the summer renters, but those visiting in the fall centered around football it was a big deal for us.

The home was lovely, kitchen was well stocked, beds are excellent, property is well maintained, the setting is peaceful, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk over to the lake. Great location for the lake, restaurants, and the grocery store. I would highly recommend this property and we would stay here again. We would recommend better exterior lighting...that is really lacking.

The house was beautifully decorated, located in a peaceful neighborhood and had a well equipped kitchen. There was only four of us but the house would defiantly be comfortable occupying a larger party. Our only complaints were lack of blinds on the entire front of the home (made nighttime privacy a little odd), very high grass and the lack of outside lights at night (these both made letting the dogs out a little more difficult). We had a great stay! The dock was a great bonus to keep our boat parked at the length of our stay.
