Our family loved this lake house for so many reasons: plenty of parking, large beach area, many outside gathering places to sit and enjoy fantastic lake views, a mix of inside renovations as well as old-fashioned cottage charm. Communication with owner was excellent. We would love to rent here again!!

We rented this lake home for our son’s wedding weekend and could not have been happier with the accommodations! They had everything we would need…to include a beautiful and spacious lake front property and lots of rooms/beds for extended family.
Linda was great with communication and was so very accommodating with checkin & checkout! The weekend was busy and weather was not that cooperative (except for wedding day!) so we don’t feel we got to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked…but we would definitely return in the future! That being said, this lake home is close to some of the best wineries in the Finger Lakes, so we made the best of our time! Thank you Linda and family for sharing this great place with us!

We recently stayed in this absolute gem of a home while in town for a family wedding. Linda and her husband greeted us upon arrival with lots of tips for local dining spots and attractions in the area. This home is AMAZING. The location cannot be beat. Amazing views of the lake, a sprawling green lawn with chairs and a fire pit overlooking the beach below and two docks, perfect for fishing or just relaxing in an Adirondack chair. We even were treated to views of the Penn Yan Memorial Day fireworks from the backyard and dock! The covered back porch gives a covered alternative while still being able to enjoy the fresh air and views. The living room and dining room are huge! We had nine adults in the house and never once felt cramped. Loads of beds, clean bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and spices. We felt so at home in this wonderful house on the lake. I was so sad to leave and can’t wait to come back! Linda is incredible and was so responsive to any question I had. I cannot recommend this property enough!

We loved this house for its old lake house charm and beautiful views! The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Walking up to the chirping birds and views was amazing! We cooked. We danced. We jumped in the lake. We played games. We roasted marshmallows by the fire pit. And we enjoyed restaurants and a nearby winery! Thank you, Linda, for being such a great host and the communication. 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time with their family and friends.

Our group of 4 stayed for four nights and had a great time! We were celebrating 2 big birthdays and getting my husband away from all his medical issues. The house was extremely clean, roomy, comfortable, fully stocked, and convenient to the town of Penn Yan and all the wineries along the lake. The towels and linens were soft and fresh. The appliances were all new and worked perfectly. There was even a charging station with all the major cords ready to use. Although the weather was less than perfect, we did get to experience a lovely sunset as well as a nice campfire during our stay. We all had a wonderful little vacation and would highly recommend Linda and Colleen’s cottage on Keuka Lake!

This is our 4th yr staying on Keuka. This property checked all the boxes! What really sealed the deal was the covered porch.The bedroom configurations worked great for us and the waterfront/yard was the best we’ve had. The location and closeness to Penn Yan was perfect! We can’t wait to return again next year!

We were so pleased with our stay in this lovely home. It was perfect for our family. The first floor bedrooms and bath made it easy for my parents and my mother in law to visit with us. The home was well appointed, with everything we could possibly need. Coffee on the deck every morning, even the chilly ones. The kitchen was roomy enough that we could prepare meals with ease, the dining area was perfect for our group of 5. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit.
We had a truly lovely time, and it was very relaxing. Great location, close to town but very quiet.
The hosts were very communicative. They let us know of some great places to try. The oak Hill bulk market was amazing I highly recommend it.
Already looking forward to the next time.

This property was utterly fantastic. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the boat dock was like new. The house is warm and cozy so you feel right at home. It was the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at. Nice kitchen supplies in great condition, everything you need. The kayak and rafts were a great plus. Spent lots of time on great porch. Loved this place so close to Penn Yan.

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 other families and had an amazing vacation. The location of the home was perfect to hike, enjoy the local shops, breweries and restaurants. But the house had more than enough to offer. The huge yard and fire pit were great! The kids fished off the beach and enjoyed plenty of space to play inside too. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was stocked with every detail addressed. We can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful property, lots of room and outdoor spaces! Owner was responsive to inquiries. Owner met us and gave us the property tour, left a lovely bottle of wine from Keuka Springs and a loaf of fresh bread from a local bakery! Plenty of room for our group of 8. Quiet neighborhood to serve as our home base in the Finger Lakes. Highly recommend!

This home was just perfect for 5 women that could all have their own bedrooms. Great fire pit in the back yard overlooking the lake. So much to do and see from this convenient location. I would highly recommend!

There was plenty of room for a big group. The water front access was awesome and the location was perfect. Close to town, restaurants, wineries. The only issue we had was that there were WAY TOO many spiders hanging out on the back patios and on the front porch. I understand that there are trees around, but maybe a thorough pressure washing would help. Other than that, good stay.

This home was perfect for us. So much space both inside and outside. It was so accessible for my mom which was a highlight for us all. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, pans etc. Waterfront area and docks made for hours of family fun! We cannot wait to return and make more memories!!!!

Everything was as listed. The home was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and located near town. Communication with the owners was excellent! We had 4 generations staying at the house, great accessibility for young, old and those in between!

Our family rented this house for the Fourth of July week. We had a great view of the fire works!! ( I’m not sure if there is a bad view). None the less, it’s a great location, not to far from Penn Yann , close to Keuka Spring Vinard. Good size driveway for parking, nice size yard for can jam. Wonderful waterfront with a Stoney beach, there is no grass as soon as you get in the water.
The house was wonderful, clean, comfortable and inviting. Well kept and maintained.
Overall experience was Wonderful and we didn’t want to leave.

Charming, Comfortable Lake Cottage
My family and I are big fans of this property - we would definitely stay here again.
Owners were nice, responsive and generous with house supplies. No nickel and diming here. They were even so nice as to leave a welcome gift basket for us! Cottage had a nice floor plan with areas inside, on back porch, in lawn and by water to gather. Not at all cramped. It was clean and tastefully furnished and decorated - NOT a mish-mash of garage sale furniture and plastic tchotchkes. It is evident from the appearance of the cottage and their personal involvement that the owners take pride in the property and truly want your stay to be pleasant.
Nice kitchen - quality, matching & plentiful dishware, glasses, silverware. Clean oven, microwave, fridge and grill. Some pans could use an upgrade, however. Space in cupboards to unpack your groceries, too! Nice bathrooms, recently updated - spacious upstairs bathroom with double sink & shower/jet tub combo. Smaller bathroom downstairs with walk in shower that my elderly father appreciated. He said he would have felt better if there had been a grab bar inside this shower, though. PLENTY of hot water and great water pressure for showers. The house is set back from the road with ample lawn space for outside games. Boat launch, marina, some wineries, McDonald's, pizza, grocery store and more within a 10 minute drive. Neighbors are nice. Trees and bushes in back yard create a very private setting and we loved sitting on the back porch watching the wildlife and the activity on the lake. For renters with bass boats, I'll add that my husband appreciated the bumpers along the one edge of the dock. For those who appreciate cleanliness, I'll say that I did NOT need to take out my cleaning supplies upon our arrival - a first for me! We've rented houses for several years now and this was the best experience we have had to date. We had such a nice, relaxing stay here. It felt like we were staying at a friend's cottage for the week instead of a rental property.

Can't say anything wrong about this place. Beds are very comfortable. Livingroom has comfortable furniture. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything you needed was there. It was super clean when we walked in along with a great bottle of wine to drink. Our family enjoyed our time. Owners are great to work with! Plenty of parking.

A great family vacation spot!
We recently finished a great vacation with our extended family. The house was clean, modern, and well stocked. We especially loved the large covered porch for coffee in the morning and cards at night! Air conditioning made sleeping very comfortable. The property is large and private. The waterfront is great, a lot of lakefront and a gradual slope into the lake. The owners were great to work with. The proximity to Penn Yan is very convenient. I would highly recommend this property.

One of the nicest houses on Keuka!
Excellent lake house with very pleasant and accommodating owners! There is plenty of sleeping space –like having 5 bedrooms, one upstairs bedroom with two full size beds and a very large bath off to the side is a pass-through to a king bedroom, but there is a door at the bottom of the stairs making it like a 5th bedroom. The house has a great large living/dining area across the whole lake side of the house with large windows looking out to the lake, a large new kitchen off to the side, and a small room with laundry & wet bar off the kitchen – great layout. Plenty of amenities & well stocked – had everything we needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the very nice huge covered porch overlooking the lake, and the large lawn area for corn hole & other games. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers, and a nice short walk to Penn Yan – convenient! The beach area was large & secluded with shade on one half from a large tree, and very gradual drop going out into the water. It was relaxing sitting on the plastic Adirondack chairs in the water! Dock accommodated our 19 foot boat very well at the end, and we beached our jetskis on the gradual beach. We even made friends with the neighbors. Definitely the best of the many Keuka houses we stayed at over the years. We had a great time at your lake house and hope to be back!

Wonderful house!
My sisters, brother and our families rented this house for a week and it was wonderful! The house itself was beautiful. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was very updated and clean. The lake was amazing! The swimming area goes out very gradually. It was perfect for our young kids. The wifi was also strong enough for several devices. The owners were very accommodating. I highly recommend this rental!
