Great property and space for my family and our dog. Loved the porch off the bedrooms and front porch area to relax. Very close to the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy to communicate with host.

We moved away to the West Coast, but needed our “Down the Shore” fix. This property is in the perfect location, just far enough from the boardwalk to be quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere!! Great host!

My family and I stayed for a long weekend over Easter weekend. The location of the house is exceptional and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was great, and the property offers a garage and drive way. The outdoor spaces on the house are large and perfect for sitting and relaxing with family. The house was accommodating and spacious for our group for the weekend. The owners were very responsive to any issues. The only negatives was that the listing stated that there was a portable crib and high chair available which I wasn’t able to locate but thankfully brought my own. The living room couches were a little dated and worn. The water in the refrigerator wasn’t working, and there was some mold present on the ice and water dispenser but it wasn’t an issue because we used bottled water. Overall we had a fantastic weekend at this property and made great memories! We would gladly return!!

We rented this house to host a Christmas dinner for family who can’t travel to our location. The location is excellent and the house was very enjoyable for our guests. The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. Communication with Bill worked well and we didn’t have any issues. We’d happily return to this house in the future if the opportunity arises.

My daughter and mother and I stayed with my daughters one year old baby and we had a wonderful time. Kate & Bill were very attentive and helped us out immensely!!! We look forward to returning, and enjoying the boardwalk (that is super close) more!!

This house was prefect. The porches were perfect to sit and people watch and relax with coffee in the morning. The location to the beach was perfect. Everything you could need was available in the house. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive. We will be back!

This home is so close to the entrance of the beach, you really can’t beat it for the price. The home is a little outdated and unfortunately we had loud neighbors upstairs for the weekend but everything else was fantastic. Bill was very accommodating and made sure we had the perfect stay!

Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and ensured everything was in working order prior to us checking in. Property was well maintained, clean, and even supplied some extras (beach items, bikes, games, etc). We had a very enjoyable stay with no complaints. We particularly enjoyed the oversized front porch in the mornings and evenings. We hope to stay here again next summer!

The location of this property is outstanding! We walked to the boardwalk and beach and enjoyed being close to Wonderland. The front porch is so relaxing and beautiful. Beautiful home, spacious, and great for a family. Bill was so responsive and personable. Highly recommend.

My family enjoyed the house so much. We had great family dinners with great game nights Around the big dining room table. I loved the open floor plan to allow everyone to be together. It has a location that is quiet yet close enough to all the boardwalk fun. I loved that it was such a short walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation in your beautiful home.
