Venice island freestanding newly remodeled private duplex old Florida yet modern beach home 1100 sf with great location-our guests tell us so!!! So close to the beach and beautiful gulf waters —-under 1 minute by car or a 5 minute walk 2 blocks up the street! Or walk to Sharkey’s for dinner drinks and live music and the fishing pier. Quiet & very private with own lanai patio and yard! Legacy trail for walking or biking is 1 block away. Wow! So many repeat bookings. The home is so clean and beautifully decorated with amenities you will feel like you are in your favorite hotel. Internet is super fast 1000gb!

Or walk everywhere !! Within blocks there are parks, beaches, fishing pier, boating, public golf courses, restaurants & bars pharmacy, food shopping(Publix), municipal post office, hospital, blocks of shops close by our place. Historic downtown Venice a stones throw away!!

We had a great time and found lots of shark teeth. The house is beautifully furnished and one can get to the beach in 5 minutes. We were also very grateful that we had a carport.

We loved the house and lanai which is roomy, well equipped and nicely furnished. Also it had the added bonus of a car port which kept the car cool! If you have children there are lots of equipment for the beach, noodles, belly board, sieves for searching out sharks teeth on the local beach ( which I used and found some sharks teeth for my grandkids in UK) Also beach chairs and umbrella! Everything was a short drive away. - beach 2 minutes, Publix 4 minutes. We had a great time there and would definitely recommend.

We choose to stay at this property because of the proximity to Caspersen Beach. Location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to Caspersen. Property is clean and has everything you need. The screen in back porch is was very enjoyable as well. Communication with host was great. We would stay here again in the future.

Very cute place and great location. The cleaning person needs to spend more time doing the details like washing shower curtain that was nasty on the bottom cleaning the wire rack in the sink was full of Crud, trash can was dirty under the pop up lid. I cleaned the sink and the trash can. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Fantastic stay and close to the beach. Clean, spacious and best place we have ever rented for a fair price. Cheaper than staying in a hotel. Quiet and enjoys the screened in outside room. Had bikes and ride one of them. This is a Bonus !!!

The home was clean, well equipped and plenty big enough for 2 people. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook. The washer and dryer were very helpful, and we only needed 1 suitcase bc we washed what we brought. The owner has stocked the house with all the toys needed for the beach including a shark tooth rake, chairs, umbrellas, and a boogie board. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was everything we hoped it would be! It was clean, very spacious, a great home, layout! We had breakfast on the screened in porch each morning! This condo has easy access with covered parking. Super close to grocery shopping, stores, restaurants and beaches. Very comfortable with everything you need in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean. I spoke to the owner several times and she even showed up and brought me laundry detergent when I let her know there was none there. The property was quiet and close to the beach, which we enjoyed very much. There are bikes and beach chairs and towels and we left the umbrella we purchased. Would go back and visit again, if the opportunity arises. Great place to stay with wonderful owners!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and even helped work out a solution because our flight out wasn’t until after checkout time. The place was very clean. We really enjoyed our coffee in the mornings in the screened in porch. The beach access is so very close and that part of the beach didnt seem to get super crowded which we loved. CHeck in was super easy. I highly recommend this place and the host we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

The house was absolutely perfect for our two weeks of horse showing, coupled with trips to the beach every day after showing. It was super clean, beds were very comfy, and it was so close to the public beach access and Sharky’s. Would book again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, great location near beach and rail trail. The condo has everything you’ll need for a stress-free week- there are even a few coffee pods to get you started in the morning. We rented hybrid bikes from Florida bike and beach for the week. They were delivered w locks and helmets right to the condo and picked up at the end of our stay. We also got lessons and rented e-bike from Big Bam Bikes one afternoon just to try them out. We spent the week cooking, riding, playing pickleball (brought our own stuff), and hiking. We had a wonderful lunch at Sharkys overlooking the beach. The only slight negative was that the bbq grill has seen better days and we we did not use it, but not a big deal for us. Gayle is totally awesome and kind.

My husband and I stayed here a week after Hurricane Ian hit the west coast of Florida. Gayle kept us very informed and updated on the conditions of her home and surrounding areas. She was very accommodating and flexible while we were trying to decide whether or not to change or keep our reservations. We decided to keep them and make the best of it and I’m glad we did. This house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was close to nearby shops, restaurants and beaches. We had a very relaxing week of sun, sand, fishing and eating fresh seafood. We will definitely be back.

We love the area. Closeness to the Venice fishing pier and Casperson beach are awesome. Sharkeys is one of our favorite places, and being able to easily visit for sunsets or sunrises is so convenient with this location. Gail is a great hostess and communication was awesome. Thank you.

Cute duplex about 1/2 mile to the beach and close to Venetian Waterway Trail. Just on the edge of town near the airport. Open kitchen/family/dining room made a smaller space feel large. Loved the screened in lanai with vegetation around creating a little oasis. Bikes available but they need some tuneups. Easy in/out with coded lock, no need to deal with a key. Air conditioning worked great as we were there in August and it was hot and humid in Florida! Thank you for the coffee in the unit that was an unexpected surprise! And thank you for sharing your property.

This home was perfect for our week long stay. It was clean, cozy, had comfortable beds and a lovely updated kitchen. The location was close to everything - including bike rentals on the next block. Venice is a beautiful town and we hope to return soon!

The house was perfect for our visit; had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well stocked with probably more gadgets then what I have at home. The location was perfect for our stay, close to our event at Maxine Barrett Park and Sharkey's yet not far from town either. We enjoyed our morning coffee among the gardens on the Lanai; it was nice having the extra shaded area to gather together. The owner Gayle, and property manager were quick to answer all our questions right away. We thought there was a problem with the hot water, but it turns out all was OK. The property manager still sent someone out to take a look and make sure all was good. Great communication; I would definitely stay again!

This was a first visit to Venice and couldn't have been happier with the location and the unit itself. Updated unit and very comfortable. Great space to relax indoors or out! Private yard is great.
