Executive home approximately 3 miles from downtown Greenville, 1/2 mile to Greenville Hospital and minutes to local attractions. Short commute to Furman and Clemson. Elegant four bedroom, three bath home..( Garage is inaccessible) Internet, cable with premium channels and telephone available for your use. Large family room with high vaulted ceiling, and large flat screen. The large sofa is a pull out queen sleeper. Formal dining room and private screen porch overlooking large fenced in yard. You can view tons of birds, squirrels and an occasional chipmunk from the certified wildlife habitat in the back yard from the dining room windows. Make this your place to relax in Greenville!

With a beautiful open floor plan, the house is spacious and family-friendly, making it a perfect space for relaxation as well as entertaining. Whether you are looking for a relaxing get-away, outings with friends, outdoor activities in the nearby lakes and hiking trails, or a chance to visit the town of Greenville , this convenient location offers easy access to a multitude of different activities.

The house is light-filled and comfortable, with central heating and cooling and a gas fireplace, high ceilings, free wifi, and cable tv with several premium channel options. The open floor plan is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs with adjoining bath. 3 bathrooms, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large screen TV, a dining room with large picture windows overlooking the back garden area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a screened in outdoor area with view of the large enclosed back yard. We own 5 lovely hens and offer fresh eggs to enjoy if interested. Ask for details.

Everyone can have their own space while still feeling present and connected wherever you are in the house.
The master bedroom features a high cathedral ceiling with skylights a very comfortable king size bed, flat-screen TV, and master bath with large walk in shower. Our other 3 bedrooms all have queen size beds. Plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer. All appliances have been upgraded, and the house is newly furnished. We only rent to 25 and older and do not discount the rates. No pets, smoking or house parties. Outdoor only surveillance cameras in use. Ring doorbell camera for front driveway surveillance, one in front yard bird box for font yard surveillance, backyard camera in bird box for backyard surveillance and one inside chicken house for chicken surveillance. None inside at all.

Great host, beautiful well appointed home, incredibly clean comfortable and suitable for dining in. The backyard flowers and bird watching is spectacular. Very short drive to downtown greenville. The host was exceedingly kind, gracious and attentive. I recommend this home without any reservation.

The house is nice and clean. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds out the huge picture window. Trees were lovely this time of year. Couch is comfortable and coffee was great!

My family stayed in Greenville for a wedding . The Host clearly went out of his way to make the stay great. The dining room has two large tables that worked well for us with a large picture windows to a garden filled with birds and chipmunks. Water pressure in the master bath is low but certainly usable. Location was great being no more than 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do in Greenville and near major roads, The house itself is on a quiet backstreet.

We stayed here for an extended weekend to attend a family event. Our group of 8 adults were taken in by the charm and comfort of this perfectly situated home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the back porch and yard were very welcoming and the location was close to shopping and major highways. We would gladly give this rental our highest recommendation!

The location of this clean and comfortable home is perfect for enjoying downtown and not too far from Furman University. We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation, and the house fit our needs perfectly. We had a large group of adults including grandparents! The garden and chickens out back were a bonus!

We had a fantastic stay in this home. We had a large party and the house had plenty of room to accommodate our large group! It is decorated beautifully and is very clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we have no complaints about the property! We would rent this home again without hesitation if going back to Greenville SC with a large group!

Great stay!!! The property manager was very helpful. Appreciated Ginger's prompt response to questions. Wonderful property. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Enjoyed the fresh eggs each morning and the great picture windows to watch the birds and squirrels.

I simply can't find words to accurately describe this beautiful executive home. The furnishings, decorations and color theme for each room was most shooting to the senses and the panoramic view of the wildlife habitat from the dining area and the grounds were simply magical. My family and I are looking forward to a return visit here.

We rented from Ginger in order to be close to Shriners Hospital during our grandson’s surgery! The house was prefect for myself, my daughter and son-in-law plus their two young children. The backyard was a great play area and my granddaughter loved seeing the chickens and help with gathering the eggs. Ginger was a fantastic host and checked in to see how our stay was going. She also was kind enough to bring a present by for the kids!

Oh my goodness where to begin? From making the reservation to check out, everything was meticulously organized. The directions were very clear as to how to enter the house, where everything was located, what the checkout expectations were. The house is so much more beautiful in person. Such A truly tranquil and serene setting. Everyone’s favorite room was the dining room with huge picture windows that look out upon their backyard. We watched birds and squirrels and chipmunks entertain us. My godson and I enjoyed strolling the grounds and seeing all the little surprises in the landscaping. We played boardgames in the living room and all slept wonderfully in those comfortable beds. Ginger was so patient with my frequent texts and questions. Such a super host. I feel like I made a friend. Cannot rate this property/experience high enough.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my wife's birthday and exploring Greenville. Ginger was a gracious host and left us with plenty of options of things to do for our first time visiting. Her home was nice and clean and the right amount of space for our group of 8. We are already looking forward to coming back and checking out what else Greenville has to offer. We loved all of the backyard wildlife! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Ginger went above and beyond to allow us to check in the same day we booked and allowed us to extend our stay an extra few days with no hassle. We would definitely recommend this to any group of adults or families with kids! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need and there was plenty of seating for meals. We would definitely stay here again.
