This lovely one bedroom (with additional sofa bed) condo is on the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in Mission Beach with GREAT VIEWS. From the wall of windows you can see all the way south to downtown, north to La Jolla, west to the Pacific and east to Mission Bay.
The moment that you step in the door, you are surrounded by a feeling of relaxation and calm. The bright new furnishings and happy decor make it easy to jump right in to a 'leave your troubles behind' mood, and the fact that you are only steps from the Mission Beach Boardwalk with miles of sand and sea bring that feeling into reality!
MISSION BEACH, the BEACHWALK, MISSION BAY, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BELMONT PARK (with it's roller coaster and wave machine) are just a short walk away. SEA WORLD is a five minute drive while SAN DIEGO ZOO, BALBOA PARK, DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO with it's GAS LAMP DISTRICT and OLD TOWN are within a 15-20 minute drive!
The wall of windows and terrace off of the sunny living room look out to the Pacific Ocean on the right and Mission Bay on the left. With views of the Downtown San Diego skyline and Sea World fireworks (nightly in the summer...weekends year round!). You can see for miles while you sit on the terrace with your morning coffee.
If you insist on working or just keeping up with the internet, we provide super fast WiFi service. And also have additional sports channels for your enjoyment...when you're not outside at the beach!
The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor. Just bring food because everything else is provided! All this is surrounded by beautiful marble counters and floors.
Extra care has been taken to provide the most comfortable bed (the mattress was recently replaced with a $4000. luxury mattress that sleeps like heaven!) with down pillows and comforters. We've also recently installed an aircondtioner in the bedroom which enables you to choose the most comfortable temperature for your sleep preferences. And if you're too chilly, there's a fireplace on the wall that not only provides heat but delicious romantic atmosphere!
The bath, with tub and drenching rain shower head, has been completely remodeled and surrounded with travertine marble tile on the floors, shower and vanity top.
Every care has been taken in the hope that you feel like the special and valued guest that you are!

We loved the location of the condo. It had great views from the balcony of the bay & the beach. Quiet condo complex and clean. Parking here for this unit is parallel parking in a tight garage so for a SUV it was a little difficult-I'm not the best at parallel parking.
The pictures online are pretty similar to the unit. There isn't much space to put food in the kitchen, so we just kept it on the counter. To access the bathroom you have to go through the master bedroom, which was fine for us as we were with our kids.
The beach and bay were super close. The outside water to rinse off was nice. I didn't realize they had beach equipment in the unit to use. We brought our own. But they had umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and I believe sand toys.
Very helpful owner & property manager too. We arrive super late and they gave us the info to check in ourselves which was super accurate. thanks for a great place!!!

This condo is in the most perfect location. Far enough from the noise but not too far to walk to the fun. The beach is literally "right there!" There are gread holes in the wall for drinking and dining. The condo has everything you need for yourhome-away-from-home experience. And the towels.are so.soft! I want to know what they use in the laundry.
My only complaint, and it is minor, is the watered-down soaps in the bathroom. I used more than twice as much so its not really saving money in the end.

The ocean is a very short block one way and the bay Just a tiny bit further the other way. The view is beautiful! The place itself is cute but it is also pretty small ifyou have more than a couple people it. May be pretty snug however we did not soend much time in there

Great communication and a wonderful location just a few feet from the beach and by all the best restaurants…Moe’s Steakhouse (their Butter Cake is fab), Molly’s (best Shakshuka we’ve ever had for breakfast), Better Buzz Coffee and Miss B’s Coconut Club. It had all the amenities that we needed!

The check-in process was my only complaint We had to set up a specific time to meet the property manager for a key exchange and an unnecessarily long tour of the very small place A keypad with a code would be a more Convenient way to check in

This spot was a very easy walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. We also rented a car and loved that we had parking. We were able to get to everything that we wanted to see in San Diego within a 15 minute drive. This spot was ideal. We rented bikes overnight and it was nice to have a garage place to keep them. We had minor maintenance issues, but Katharine, the property manager, and Sandi, the owner, were doing everything they could to get it fixed. Great people to work with!

The unit is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. Very close to the beach. The bed is super-comfortable with a nice selection of blankets so you can choose the one for the season you are visiting. Towels and bathing products well supplied. The TV and internet worked well.
The one (big) problem we had was that the elevator stopped working after our second (of 9 nights). Being on the 3rd floor, it was pretty challenging when we left resulting in multiple trips to/from the car. Also, the dishwasher worked, but needs some "attention" and the photos posted here need some updating.
Our hostess Katherine was very helpful and informative. Gave us valuable info about the area including restaurants and places to visit.

We (myself, husband, and son) really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Fruit bowl was a nice touch. The location can’t be beat…just steps to the beach! Two minor complaints…the elevator in condo is very “touchy” and sometimes didn’t work. This forced us to take the stairs to third floor which wasn’t a big deal except when our arms were full of groceries. Secondly, the portable air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t set up and we didn’t realize. The first night we woke up sweltering, realizing the outflow tube wasn’t in the window but instead was blowing hot air into our room. However, even after putting it in the window and setting temp to 70, room was still hot. Fortunately there was a fan in closet and that helped. Just as an FYI for future guests…room was quite warm even with the portable AC. I would still recommend this condo as a great place to stay, based on location, price, safety, and cleanliness.

So many wonderful places just outside our door, including the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and cute little shops. Grocery stores and the airport were just a quick ride away. We had a really nice stay here for a few days. Check in and check out was easy, the place is clean and it is a huge plus to have a designated parking space in a secure garage! We enjoyed the amazing views daily during our meals. 100% would stay again.

We so enjoyed staying here. First, Katharine is the worlds best host. She met us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.
The space was great for the two of us. Clean, modern, and it felt very warm and inviting. Sitting on the balcony was a delight.
We loved how we could walk to the beach, a local bakery, and restaurants. Driving into San Diego or up to La Jolla was easy as well.

My husband and I were here celebrating our anniversary. We would not have changed a thing. The condo was very clean, a fantastic location, and had a lot of little things that just added to our comfort and convenience. Communication from the time of booking all the way through our checkout was great. Both the owner and the property manager were very kind and pleasant to work with. This condo is in a great location. A very, very short walk to the ocean Beach & a 1 block walk to the bay. From the condo you have views of both beaches. The place was immaculate. There was everything you would need for an extended stay. Unfortunately we were there for just 3 nights. I can’t say enough about Katherine, the property manager. She greeted us upon our arrival & explained everything we’d need to know. Great dinner recommendations also. Sandi the owner is easy to contact & gets back to you right away. They both helped to make out 1st visit to San Diego very pleasant. If you have a car the parking garage is great. Driving wise, anything you’d want to see or do is about 15-20 minutes away. Great place! Great visit!

Perfect spot for a couple who wants be at the beach, but do not want to spend huge dollars. It may not be right on the sand, but it’s only a few steps away. There were new appliances, dish washer, fridge/freezer, nice sized kitchen, and normal size full bathroom. Also the secure indoor parking for one car in a very busy area was a huge plus. The condo is less than a 5 minute walk from a bicycle rental and about 1 mile on the walking/bike path to some nice restaurants and entertainment.
