This property has one of the best locations in Mammoth. Walking distance to shops and food as well as Mammoth Creek right next to it. Views from the unit were mountains and trees, no other condos, etc. You can hear the creek with the windows open. Very functional and comfortable place.

Very close to shuttle for easy access to ski area. Lots of room for friends and everyone had plenty of room to sleep. Would return.

Stayed here to ring in the new year and was very happy with the condo. Communication with the host was easy and to the point along with quick responses. Condo is in a great area with everything close by. Overall 10/10 experience with the place and host.

We had a great stay at the cabin. It is a short walk to the bus stop, the bus stops at 00,20,40 of the hour for your reference. After a day of fun at the mountain, we enjoyed family evening inside, our adult kids had fun learning how to play the VCR :) The kitchen is very well stocked.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was Clean and comfortable, and the living space was large enough for our party of 7. Easy access with a door code and parking was never a problem right outside for our 2 cars.
The only small issue was the lack of dry wood for the fire and no lighter. The fire wood was buried under snow on the deck, it would have been nice to have a supply available. Would stay again, thank you!

Great location and very spacious.
Nice views and quiet.

The layout of this condo is perfect for two families. Lots of space for the teens, and the walking path is right outside the door. Close to the bus stop. The bathroom layout is perfect for sharing - locked doors for toilets, so sink could still be used by another. Beds are very firm - so be prepared.

Nice property, had everything we needed.

Condo was great. We are 4 former coaches that come up each year at this time to fish and watch football. The fishing was awful and the television cable box was non operable. I was not informed of this prior to arriving so I called and was told that we could watch the game in a bedroom with a small tv and no chairs. Should have been compensated somehow.
6.0 / 10.0
Bedroom pillows were smelly and flat.
Upstair TV in bedroom did not work.
Living room TV cable box and DVD player did not work
Not enough face towels. Only 2 face were provided.
Scatter rugs at times were a hazard....a person could trip

Good location but they need new cleaners.

I have stayed at many mammoth condos over the last 40 years. This property is in good shape and the owner was lovely to us. The place is clean and on the Mammoth creek so you can hear the sound of the creek running by all day. You can also walk down to the old mammoth town area. I would stay here again.

This place did not have a shortage of videos, dvds and books as well as games for the family. It was convenient that parking was right out front and Kelly was also super responsive. Some areas of improvement are that there were not enough toilet paper and small trash can bags (which we took care of by just throwing most of the items into the kitchen trash can). Also the internet was a bit spotty / unreliable. Aside from that though, Kelly's condo was cozy and located near a bike path so on the days we couldn't go to the slopes, we biked around town.

The condo was perfect for us! Comfortable interior with everything we needed and located against a beautiful backdrop; Creek and Forest.

This townhome is in a quiet location on the edge of town (corner of Old Mammoth Road and Minaret--3 min drive to Vons) and across the street from a Red Line stop that makes it easy to park your car (plenty of convenient parking) and forget it. Easily slept the 4 adults (king in master downstairs and queen in spacious upstairs bedroom) and 4 teens (loft with bunk bed and two single beds) in our party. Spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace (generous wood supply on back deck), dining table that easily accommodated our party of 8, a well appointed Kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, large coffee maker and a Keurig, and two large bathrooms. Easy in and out (keypad lock) and a responsive and friendly host that was available to answer questions. Complex also has an indoor hot tub and a seasonal pool. This was a pleasant and no hassle rental.

The best part about the condo is that it's in a peaceful part of Mammoth and the balcony faces a forested area with Mammoth Creek beyond it. It also has a view of one of the peaks when you sit sideways (i.e. not facing the forest) on the balcony. The neighbors are mostly quiet and there are a restaurants nearby.
Nevertheless, we had some issues. First, the place was poorly cleaned: we found a used band-aid in one of the dresser drawers, there was popcorn underneath one of the couches, a hairball on one of the beds, and some other things that needed to be cleaned. The carpet is also visibly stained and could use a deep clean (something to think about if kids are going to be playing on floor). These things didn't inspire much confidence about the cleanliness of everything else in the condo.
A lot of the stuff is really dated, to the point of falling apart. For example, the towel ring in the downstairs bathroom was barely hanging from the drywall and unusable. The downstairs bathroom door hinges need WD-40 because they creak like the doors of a hundred year old house. And the downstairs bed, pillows, and blankets were of really low quality.
Communication with the owner was OK. Two messages through Vrbo went unanswered so had to call and she was very nice.
If you're hoping to use Mammoth Creek Park nearby, be aware that it's under construction and closed for now. Also, some construction noise can be heard from early in the morning if you're on the balcony.
For the price, was expecting much better quality; its saving grace was its location. You can spend the same amount on a nicer place or spend a lot less on one of similar quality. This place needs to be seriously cleaned and updated.

This is really a note to the owner: We enjoyed the condo and the location. Well-stocked kitchen, spacious refrigerator, nice stove. However, the rug under the dining rm table is a health hazard. It curls up and we all tripped on it constantly....should be removed. Could be a liability issue. Also, bath mats should be provided. Dishwasher works but is "loose"....needs to be mounted better. Nightstand light in upstairs bedroom is broken (left-hand side)....needs repair. Also a second desktop fan upstairs would be a good idea....gets very warm in evenings.

The condo was exactly as described and the view with the creek nearby is terrific. The pool and spas are now open, which is great after a day of hiking and exploring.. We all enjoyed our stay at Kelly's lovely property.

Accomodations were great. Location was perfect. We loved our view from the balcony and the pool! A great vacation spot for our family. Everything went very well!

It was very nice

Nice 2nd floor cabin, right next to Mammoth Creek. Walking maybe 100 yards gets you to a nice creekside bench, and it's also less than a quarter mile walk to Distant Brewing Co.
The cooking utensils are worn and well loved, but they're more than enough if you're going to be making pancakes, bacon and eggs.
Previous occupant had taken the parking passes with them, but we were able to get replacements from the property office, just across the parking lot.
Would definitely return. The location is super convenient.

The place had plenty of room for six guys and their gear. The bathrooms had great showers and plenty of hot water.

Stayed at Kelly’s condo for a getaway with the family. Tons of room for the whole family. The kitchen was newly remodeled and had everything we needed. Tons of twin beds in the loft plus two large bedrooms meant everyone had a place to sleep. It took us a little while to figure out exactly how to get the heat right, but we are also rookies who never needed a heater at home. There’s a lovely fireplace, great cable, good water pressure and the condo is very close to shops and the lifts. Would definitely stay again

The condo had lots of sleeping arrangements and spice cabinet had anything that may be needed for cooking. The condo was very nicely equipped. It even had some toys for kids which were very much appreciated by our three years old.
We loved our stay.

This was my first time using rental type place instead of hotels and I am very pleased with this property! Everything was upkept and clean there was absolutely no issues for our family. I liked that it was family ready with toys, and board games for my kids. This property is a couple minutes away from the main town which is exactly what we were looking for. Next time we come to mammoth if this property is available we would stay there again.

Property was spacious and communication with the owner was good. Kitchen and furnishings were well worn, but fine for a rental that we weren’t spending much time in.

Great, quiet location near bike paths and downtown.
4.0 / 10.0
Loved being right near the treed bike path and being able to sit on the deck and enjoy listening to the birds and babbling brook. The kitchen was very well stocked and utilitarian but cabinets could use a makeover. Very spacious and comfortable but for price point could use some updating. Overall great experience and would definitely return
