Enjoyed our time in the fun beach town. Love the location.

The stay was good. Pots and pans were requested and delivered. Thanks. The patio was a mess-we did sweep it. The Vacasa text and links are too long. The links overlap multi balloons and are usually usable.

Nice view and generally quiet setting. The unit was very clean.

I've stayed at quite a few VRBO's and this one was just ok from the beginning. When I got the code for arrival they only provided one code - for the dead bolt. That code worked however you also needed a code to open a lock box with keys for the door handle which I was never provided. I called VACASA and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes before speaking to someone. There was indeed a different code needed for the lock box which I was eventually provided and got in. Why would they not just provide that in the email with the other code?
Overall the condo was clean and in good condition.
I was surprised to find that the kitchen was not well stocked. There was not even a coffee maker of any kind. I've stayed at many other homes and they have always had everything you could possibly need so this one was quite dissappointing. It just felt thrown together rather than adequately planned out for guests.
Lastly, there was very little info on the condo. Normally the house will have a welcome sheet with wifi info, garabage info, etc. This had nothing. I had to search for the wifi info which was on a tiny card by the tv and could easily be overlooked.
Overall the condo is nice, beautiful view and good location but the management of it seems to be the issue. You can tell its managed by a large company, not a person that really cares for your experience.

Family visit
The condo and location was perfect for a family visit :) The only problem we had was the lock on the doorknob. The lockbox for keys would not open. So, I had to remember to leave that lock, unlocked. I just used the other lock, on the deadbolt, which had a code entry. I would stay here again :) I did not have any problems with neighbors. Overall, a very nice, relaxing unit.

This one bedroom condo was perfect for our purposes. We had lovely view of the beach across the street. Low tides were fun to explore since you can walk 1/3 mile out to meet the water. The unit was clean. Vacasa was responsive and helpful when we had to open a lock box to find a house key. The combination door locked only from the inside. Combination would not lock up, only unlock.
The condo complex was not welcoming! Seems l should have had a parking pass neither l nor the management company were aware of. The parking lot was rarely half full and l had a handicap sticker but they were not impressed. The owners put a damper on what was otherwise a lovely condo and visit. They do a good job of keeping the landscaping attractive. There was new siding going up and we had an expansion ladder and workmen were coming and going most of the day. Might have made a different choice had l known about the construction project.
Unit was clean & kitchen was fairly well stocked. Everything worked appliances large & small. We enjoyed the spa tub and heated floors.
When l return in July l will stay elsewhere.

The condo itself was one of the nicest l have ever rented. Comfortable, well equipped, spa tub, radiant heated bathroom floor, amazing patio & views. The neighbors were rude and inhospitable!
Mind you l am a 72 year old woman, running my handicapped niece to drs appointment almost every day. That bathroom saved us!!!
