Eight guys on an annual golf trip. House had plenty of bedrooms and baths. We all cook so kitchen was important. It was fully equipped as advertised .
Property manager and owner great to work with.

We were 11 Adults and 5 kids in Park City for a Family Reunion. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had a comfortable bed. It was very well-equipped from spices, to pots and pans, cooking equipment, eating and serving utensils, 2 ovens, 5 burner stove, Chef's refrigerator, 2 dishwashers!, blender, 2 coffee makers, lots of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. - everything a large group with creative cooks could want. Plenty of room for gathering together in living room and two dining areas. Large TV and Pool table. Washing machines. Hot tub and large barbecue. We brought large coolers for drinks to avoid constantly opening fridge.
Just down the street was a very nice pool and clubhouse area. We had a few hilarious games of CAMJAM on the lawn area, which fortunately had a shaded area perfect for the cheering peanut gallery. One evening we did SMORES on the firepit.
The location was absolutely perfect. Walmart and Whole Foods were a few minutes away - no need to drive through town. The Olympic Village, just a few minutes from the house, was a lot of fun,and included a great area for the 6 year olds as well as the adults. It was totally amazing watching the winter olympic athletes practice their aerials in the aerated pool.
Jordellle Lake State Park, only 15 minutes from the house, was a great place to kayak, paddleboard and do most anything on water.
The property manager and owner were very responsive when we had an issue.
Overall, we had a great time here!

Great location with a community pool. Very well stocked kitchen. The size was perfect for 14 people, loved the pool room.

Great location, great owners and managers to work with, and well appointed home away from home for a large group to enjoy Park City. Smiths foods and Wally Mart are close bye and only a few minutes from downtown.
Only knock, time to replace the grill.

House was perfect for our group of 12. Fur couples and 4 teens.
Close to hill drop off about 5 minutes.
Lots of space for all of us.
Would stay again with good size group.
No issues, everything worked well.

Amazing home and it was perfect for 4 family’s over Spring Break. Great location and amazing views!! The water heater had issues early in the trip and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate all of us. We will stay again in the very near future.

This house is amazing, with more than adequate space and amenities for a large group. Huge refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers, two washers/dryers, lots of large screen TVs, etc. Two great fireplaces.
And John was very responsive to any minor issues or questions we had. Located a short walk to the free town bus, and a short drive to Park City town and mountain and Canyons mountain.

The house is large and can accommodate many people, though we only had 5 adults staying there as part of a large family group across three houses all on the same street. This house had all the amenities as advertised: 2 dishwashers!, a very large fridge and freezer, and a well equipped kitchen (aside from a shortage of coffee mugs). We found the property to be very dark and a bit dreary especially as compared to the two other bright houses others' were staying in. It was darker in reality than it appeared in the photos. The brocade window treatments and drapes made things very dark and there was no way to raise the valances. John, the property manager was extremely nice and responsive to questions and concerns. We let him know about a bit of carpet that was pulled up and had tacks sticking out and he came to attend to it right away. The sheets and towels were all fresh and clean, but the carpets and heavy curtains (even on the showers) may have held some dust as we found our allergies to act up. One of the downstairs bedrooms had a strong perfume smell and we chose not to use it. While the kitchen is contemporary, the rest of the house has a much older feel.

Beautiful house with lots of room for a big group. Very close drive to the Canyons side of Park City. Kitchen was well appointed for making meals and the hot tub was a great treat after. Also had lots of spaces for older children (pool table room and extra family room on ground floor). Highly recommend this property!

Great house
Perfect for our large family. There are a few maintenance issues that need correcting- I contacted the property manager and maintenance guy but they never got back to me for the list. We managed to work around the issues so we didn’t let it affect our enjoyment. It’s a great house for large groups

Family get together
Bear Hollow Village was the perfect family getaway. The many different levels worked perfectly allowing separation into small groups not to disturb sleeping babies. The pool and park were just a few minutes walk. The home was well presented on VRBO and had all those items necessary to to handle 15. The communication with the host from reservation questions to checkin and departure was seamless. They were very attentive! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our group
What a great property, perfect for large groups and an easy drive to the mountain and town. House was well equipped with cooking supplies, dishes, coffee makers. Kitchen and living room are great gathering spots and easily accommodated our group of 9. The property manager was responsive and helpful. I would do this place again. Also recommend the grocery girls grocery service who stocked the fridge before we arrived!

Great house and location
This house worked great for our ski vacation. We had 6 adults and 6 kids with more than enough space. The location is great, as you can get to Canyons or Park City bases, or back to Kimball Junction, very quickly.

Quarantined in Park City
We brought our whole family to Park City for a ski vacation but the mountain closed due to corona virus. Luckily we had plenty of room and lots of fun games and videos so we had a great time!

Great house for our large family vacation
So many bedrooms and private bathrooms! Nice large kitchen and with ample supplies for cooking. Plenty of eating space for kids and adults. Great storage for ski equipment and it was nice to have garage parking. 6 bedrooms including a great bunk room - plus the bottom floor with sleeper sofa is like a 7th bedroom. Good supply of pillows and towels (needs kitchen towels). Only 5-10 minutes from Park City skiing and close to the interstate for an easy 30-minute drive to Salt Lake City. This house has everything a large group needs. Highly recommended.

Presidents’ Day weekend get together
We had a wonderful trip in this Bear Hollow home. We were a group of four families on our third annual ski trip Utah. We found the home beautiful, spacious, and well located. Although it was our first time staying in this area as we usually stay even closer to the mountain, this location was very convenient. The house provided terrific spaces to congregate, and the kids and adults enjoyed the pool table room. The kids made good use of the hot tub! The one suggestion I’d make is to have a working humidifier in each room. The one in the master didn’t work, and there wasn’t one in our kids room.
It is just 2 miles to Canyons, so we typically drove there and parked without a problem. Nearby, there are many restaurants that can fit a big group as well as ski rental shops outlets and a Whole Foods nearby.
The property manager was very helpful in arranging for an early check-in and late checkout. He also showed us the electric bus that is right below the property near the street that will take you to Canyons if you prefer not to drive.

One of our best stays!
Our group needs a lot of beds, good kitchen, and room for 10-12 to be seated together for a meal. This home has it all, plus many other very nice features. The kitchen and dining facilities are terrific, and the overall space is wonderful. We will return here if the dates work out.

Great Christmas Celebration
Our family of 16 wanted to be together for Christmas and this was the perfect property for us. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home is in an excellent location and is really beautiful. My four star rating is simply about some minor things, which I know the property manager would have taken care of if notified, but I didn’t want to bother anyone over the Christmas holidays. In addition, I think this home has very recently been taken over by a new Property Management Company, so these minor things may be on the list of things to do. These are the small things....that really didn’t affect the great time we had at this property, but might bear looking in to. There are no kitchen towels as far as we could tell...and we looked everywhere!! Many of the overhead lightbulbs don’t work....I think the wrong bulbs may have been used in dimmer lights. The chairs around the small table in the living room could really use a cleaning....that upholstery is pretty bad. And the red chairs around the kitchen table aren’t in great condition....one of them kept falling apart and you could see that it has happened before based on the glue residue left over from fixing it. A little attention to the small things would make this property perfect!! I would highly recommend it!!

Wedding weekend
Our family came from other areas of USA to attend our sons wedding. The house was perfect in so many ways -
The bedrooms are placed so privacy and quiet were excellent for varied ages and sleep schedules😜 Everyone has decided Park City/ Salt Lake is definitely at the top of their list of places to come back to in their future vacation time. The 2 dishwasher kitchen was great 🙂 The MBR bed had the best mattress and pillows ! The billiard room was fabulous . We had fabulous weather and staying together with family and son’s groomsmen made the weekend perfect.

Beautiful home great for families of all ages.
During reservation process, after booking, and during stay - everything and everyone was very accommodating and helpful to make the trip a great one for our multi-family get-a-way.
