Open January and February ~ Come and enjoy all the space of this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo for the price of a 2 bedroom!

Spacious, beautiful 4th Floor condo with 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths! Belle Mer is the most sought-after resort and address on Navarre Beach! Our unit has a newly remodeled kitchen! The style of our beautiful condo is best described as 'casual elegance'. If excellence and attention to detail are a part of your everyday life you should experience nothing less while on vacation! We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have contactless check in and check out procedures in place. We care about your health and safety and just want you to sit back and enjoy your beach time!

Our living area is spacious and beautiful. If you need a place to relax and rejuvenate then our condo will be perfect for you. 403 Belle Mer is the perfect place to reconnect with family and friends. The entire South wall is glass floor to ceiling. You can just sit and enjoy the beauty offered by Navarre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Of course, the sliding doors open to a beautiful balcony that is furnished with pub height table, 4 chairs, lounge chairs and a loveseat. Whether inside or out you will feel immersed in the beauty and serenity found on Navarre Beach! I have multiple units on Navarre Beach and would love to look for units at other locations for you if this is not available.

Our weeks run Sat. to Sat. You may reserve for less than a week at certain times but usually check in or check out must be on Saturday. However if that doesn't work for you, it never hurts to ask because sometimes we can make and exception. We require half the total due within 7 days of booking and the balance is due 30 days before check in. There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit required with Rental Agreement which will be emailed to you after your inquiry is accepted. School breaks and holiday rates will be higher than those posted. I look forward to helping you plan a great vacation on Navarre Beach.

Master bedroom has king bed, beautiful bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Great dressing area and ample closet space. The south wall is all windows with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! Sliding doors open to balcony which is very comfortably furnished. You can relax and enjoy the high def TV while relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf. Our second bedroom has 2 beautiful queen beds with a private bath with tub/shower combination and walk in closet. It also has a flat screen high def TV. Our third bedroom is tropical in its décor and has a king bed also. Also has a third bath connected with walk in closet. You can comfortably sleep 8 people in our condo.

Our kitchen is very well equipped. Great bar area for serving or eating. Dining table for 6 and bar seats 3. Kitchen, dining and living area all open. You don't even mind cooking (if you enjoy that while on vacation) because of the spectacular view you will be enjoying!

Navarre Beach is white sand, emerald blue water and surf and shells! Our area is very family oriented. We also have a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. Fitness center located on the first floor and open during office hours. We have a beautiful pool ~ elevated 20 feet above the beach. Because of this, we have a spectacular view of the Gulf from the pool deck and hot tub area. We also offer a tennis court so bring your rackets! From the moment you arrive until the (sad) moment that you leave you will be able to relax, relax, relax!

A few things to note:
You must be 25 years of age to rent our condo.
Our weeks normally run Sat. to Sat. If you need different dates, ask and we will try and accommodate.
Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is before 10:00 am.
It is a No Pet, No Smoking unit. School Breaks and Holidays rates may be higher than those posted.

We have stayed at the Belle Mer condos for at least 15 years. We always stayed in the same condo every year until we had an incident where the condo was not cleaned at all before we arrived. We called and it was a big mess trying to work all the things out. The housekeepers came back during our stay and were very rude. This was several years ago. We changed units and have not had another problem until this year. This year we arrived and again the condo had not been cleaned. There was dirt and grime everywhere. I contacted the owner this time and she was super helpful and apologetic. She offered to have housekeeper come but this cuts into your vacation. We declined and said we would clean the unit ourselves. She was going to give us a discount for the trouble. So far I haven't gotten it and just got a response today, saying the cleaning fee was going to be refunded. I should get that plus since I did the actual cleaning. Also she said we did not follow checkout instructions. I think this is just a comeback since I have complained. I have stayed in condos for over 25 years and have never gotten a message that we did not follow checkout instructions. WOW! I think she may be trying to keep my deposit which is a whole other story. In the beginning we were charge a deposit outside of the VRBO fee. I have never had this happen and thought that it was weird. However we wanted to stay here and paid the deposit. Now I think she is trying to keep our money. Not sure what will happen.

This unit was perfect for families with young kids. There was a pack n play ready for us and the rooms are much more spacious than they appear in photos. The pool was a great size and the walk to the beach was short. The only issue was the rugs and condo in general were a tad dirty and could use a deeper clean between rentals. We rolled up some of the rugs that were getting my crawling son pretty dirty. The bath towels also need an update. Other than those small things, everything was excellent and we would come back in a minute!

Very nice area and beautiful beaches. Condo was fully equipped with everything that was needed. Unit could use a thorough cleaning and the patio door in the master bedroom would not open. Overall the stay went very well.

This home/condo was beautifully decorated, and very spacious . It was perfect for our family beach trip to Navarre, with my children and grandchildren. We would definitely stay there again. There was an issue with a pipe leaking, but home owner tried her best to resolve quickly and then gave us a discount for the inconvenience. That is not something everyone would do, and we appreciated it very much. The condo has amazing views, and as Navarre Beach is our favorite beach, it was perfect.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We loved having 2 queen beds in one bedroom versus 2 twins. Belle Mer is a very nice property and this was our 5th year visiting. This property worked perfectly for our family! We love coming to Navarre and meet up with other family (we end up getting 3 condos in Belle Mer). We are already in the process of booking again for 2024.

We take a beach trip every year. My husband and me, my daughter, her husband, daughter 14, son 11, my son and his wife with their 2 year old son. We had a wonderful and relaxing week with beautiful weather. The condo was very nice and we loved the location

You're own little slice of paradise! Beautiful condo. Clean, lots of space and everything you need during your stay. The building is clean, elevators are fast, carts available for luggage, groceries etc. Pool and hot tub well kept and was never busy. Had to call Betty for a few questions and she was very prompt and efficient. Betty made the entire process flawless and easy. Kuddos Betty! Highly recommend!

This condo had everything we needed. It was clean, and comfortable, and had a wonderful view from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and much more. Navarre is a wonderful place to visit.

Spent the week with our son and his wife and children and our daughter. Check in was uncomplicated. Condo was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. Location was great! Close location to restaurants yet a quiet area. We had vacationed at Panama City Beach for many years but it had gotten too busy and crowded so we decided to check out Navarre Beach and we are so glad we did. Our 10 year old grandson said he never wants to go back to PCB and prefers Navarre. The unit was wonderful and we definitely want to return.

Our family has a condo in this building, but we needed to rent one for overflow guests. This unit did the trick! Easy access to the unit and no complaints.

Overall, the condo was adequate. However, the beds (mattresses) could use some updating, as well as the bed linens. This being my first time using VRBO, I really didn't know what to expect. We were all a little surprised at all the family photos and felt a little like intruders in someome's home. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils so we would have been able to prepare meals if we had chosen to do so. There was a little problem logging into the Wi-Fi, but the host answered any questions quickly (via e-mail) and the problem was resolved. We enjoyed being close to the beach and being able to return to the condo in just a matter of minutes. The 3 BR, 3 bath condo was quite adequate for 4 adult females - 2 being in their 80's. I am happy to recommend this condo as a VRBO.

We had a fantastic week at the condo! The location is amazing; quiet, spectacular views but still close enough to everything you need. The condo was perfect for our family of 7! Perfect condo for us! My 83 year old mother and her 88 year old sister had not seen each other in 4 years. This condo had 3 bedrooms and each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Location was perfect. Balcony overlooking the beach. And close to local restaurants. We will be back

What a great location! I love that Belle Mer is away from all of the hustle and bustle of the other condo buildings on Gulf Boulevard. I even said a few times during our stay 'this condo is great for ALL of the views - the beach, the boulevard, and the sound!' This was our second time to rent a condo at Belle Mer - you just can't beat the location! This condo was super spacious and had all of the amenities you'd ever need! Even though the hot tub wasn't really 'hot' and we experienced a few tiny cleanliness issues, we really enjoyed our 5-day getaway. We'd return to Belle Mer again!
