A short distance from the Trickle Creek Golf Course, the area provides year-round activities outside while the cabin provides all the comforts of home inside.

The accommodations were very nice. There was a lot of space. It was only a little tricky going back and forth between the two units. If you have someone with mobility issues, it wouldn't be a good option due to the number of steeper stairs if you are staying in the upper unit. But, great for a larger group. The kids really liked the loft area which is essentially like a fifth bedroom.

We had a wonderful time at the Kimberley Cabin. The accommodations were exactly as described, perfect in every way. What a treat to ski every morning, walk back to the cabin for lunch and then back for a great afternoon of skiing. The hot tub to use after skiing was heaven. Lots of room, lots of sleeping space and great spot! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. We will be back!

This property was exactly what we wanted for a family ski vacation! We rented both units, so we had plenty of space for everyone and 2 hot tubs to enjoy. The kitchen had all the basic supplies we needed.
The front entry has lot of space for all your ski gear, and many hooks for hanging everything!
It’s nothing fancy but that’s honestly not what we want when on a family ski trip.
Stephen was fantastic to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. We would certainly consider renting this same unit next year.

This place was ideal for our family group ranging from 3 to 82. Lots of room for everyone and the kitchen had plenty of large and small appliances as well as dishes, towels, etc. Love this comfy home away from home.

Property suits our need perfectly. We have stayed here before but have been unable to book it for the last two years due to date availability. It was great to get it again. Sort of felt like coming home in a weird way. Booked it again for next year. Super comfortable, great kitchen on the upper level (the only one we use). Short walk to the main lift, and you can ski in if there’s fresh snow. Hot tubs are nice. Hard to imagine a better place.

This cabin was well equipped and very comfortable. There were two well stocked kitchens and lots of amenities. The privacy was ok, as there were people close by on both sides, but there was never an issue. We unfortunately coincided with a biker event that was stationed at the ski area very close to the cabin, but that was just a bit of bad luck. I would happily stay here again.

Good location for our needs. Bedding was still in dryer for sofa beds. Blankets not in the chest where labelled. Only one BBQ on lower level so if you rent the upper unit be prepared. Thankfully some propane left in a tank that was in the garage otherwise would have been running out for more gas. Had to get the tank and connect. Some minor cleanliness concerns.

We rented both units since there were three families altogether. It was really nice to have two kitchens and hot tubs. The garage was super handy for storing all the ski equipment and a good space to get suited up for the day. Most importantly, the ski hill was walkable, even for the youngest skiers in our group. I would definitely stay here again. It's a affordable and practical for families.

The 2 units housed 10 of us no problem. Lots of extra sheets, pillows and blankets. Kitchen was well equipped for all meal preparations. Definitely would stay again.

Had a wonderful family ski vacation. Condo was in a great location to the hill, making getting the little ones to and from the hill a breeze. Condo had everything we needed and enough space. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Thanks so much!

Our family had a wonderful ski holiday at this property. The 4 bedrooms and loft gave our crew lots of space. As promised we had a spacious kitchen/ great room upstairs with a large table and breakfast nook. There was even a cozier kitchen and living room downstairs and having 2 fridges was very handy. The 4 bathrooms meant no waiting. We used both hot tubs when everyone returned from a long day of skiing at the same time. The kitchens were well stocked and we lacked nothing. It was a short 3 minute walk to the base of the quad chair. We would definitely book this property again.

This was my second time renting this location. Great spot for bigger groups. This time we only have 6 so the big house was very comfortable for fitting everyone in. The owner is very easy to communicate with and makes it very easy. All you have to do is show up and enjoy yourself!

Property was great for our vacation with extended family. Beds were comfortable, hot tubs were excellent and amenities as promised. Stephen was very responsive and great to deal with. My only suggestion is to make a couple of portable fans available for the upper rooms on hot days. It was hard to sleep the first few hot nights. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a very comfortable stay at the location setting aside there’s no air conditioner-no big deal though. Location is very nice too.

Great Golfing trip with 8
The location was great. Working with Stephen was great.
We used both hot tubs and everyone enjoy them after each day of golf.
We rented both units , but mainly cooked and ate on the top unit as it was bigger. Lots of dishes, cutlery , and glasses for all eight of us. The upper unit had a new dishwasher.
Everyone enjoyed the 4 full bathrooms. All the rooms had a TV except the bunk bed room.
We saw lots of deer around the area, and even saw a brown bear behind the unit.
I would suggest that the units have Coffee percolators, and wine glasses and a wine opener.

Great value for a family place!
This place is the best value for a place on the Kimberley Ski Hill!
The home is comfortable and spacious. We had more than enough space for our group of 6 adults and our three-year-old. The location is also terrific, just a short walk to the chair lift and the bunny hill. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking, though we were unable to find any wine glasses and a few plates and glasses had chips in them and could do with replacing soon.
The only disappointment we really had was that the hot tub seemed to have way too much chemical in it. We could smell it as soon as we opened it and after my daughter came out, I rinsed her suit and a lot of the colour washed out if it and it looked like it had been bleached.
Other than that, the value for space of this place can’t be beat and we hope to return for another stay next year.

Great location
Massive property for huge gatherings. It was only the 4 of us so we had run of the place. Everything was as it should be for a rental property. The (2) hot tubs was a nice addition so no one feels left out. The area is quiet, mind you it is off season, but you are within walking distance of the ski hill. Great little playground and basketball court a few steps away. Well appointed, tons of windows, loads of tvs to keep everyone happy. Great property.

Perfect place for 2 families with kids
This property was perfect for us. The location is excellent: very quiet area, backs onto a treed area, view of the ski hill from the upstairs kitchen and there is a nice little playground just down the road. Having access to the garage was nice to keep strollers and bikes in. We found the house to be very clean with well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. There were even a few board games, puzzles, and packs of cards. The hot tubs were a wonderful way to finish the day. Plenty of room for our group of 2 couples with 6 kids aged 6 and under (one family on the main floor and the other family upstairs/loft). We would definitely stay here again.

A week with the family
We spent a week at 240 with the family for a week on a golf holiday there was plenty of room for us we had 8 adults and 4 children 6 and under 6.
Would of liked more room on the decks or access to the back yard for more outside space. We enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 4 couples, the house was well equipped and we each had our own bathrooms. I would not hesitate to reserve this unit in the future.
